Mohsin gave me a call back quickly when I contacted him regarding getting a new FOB smart key for my Toyota Prius. He quoted me a price that was lower than the lowest offer I received from another locksmith. He offered to drive up near where I live, but since the timing wouldn't work for me and my wife, we drove to his place. He was very cordial, positive, kind, and incredibly helpful- due to an after-market lock in my car, the FOB wasn't being programmed as it usually does, but he took the extra time and energy to ensure that we went home with a brand new, working key. Throughout my life I've had a rather large issue with locking my keys in my car. Whether I was at work, the gym, or even at my house.
