Ana's is on the west side of Williamsbridge Road, just south of Pelham Parkway. The next street down is Lydig Avenue.

Best baklava I've had in a long time! I haven't had eveone of Ana's pastries yet that I did not love. I haven't had all of them yet, but that will soon change now that I have found this wonderful bakery. The cannoli are only filled the moment you order, so the shell stays crisp. The tres leches is sweet mushy magic, as is the tiramisu. It is also very pleasant to get a table by the front window and enjoy the sunshine. Special shout out for the burek, a delightful pastry filled with ground beef, or cheese, or spinach. I can only speak for the beef burek although I plan to return very soon for the others. UPDATE: The cheese burek is So good, it's almost like a cheese danish. A great breakfast with a coffee. The spinach burek is very generous, like a delicious spanikopita but slightly different pastry. Get one of each, cut them in half and you have a $14 dinner for 2. Just a very small criticism, they need real plates and metal tableware. Also, when I am having my coffee in the shop, it is more enjoyable out of a proper coffee cup rather than a paper cup. UPDATE #2: They serve my coffee in a cup now! Which reminds me, the cappuccino is also terrific here. Ana's bakery is in Morris Park, on Williamsbridge Road just south of Pelham Parkway. It is very pretty neighborhood where you will enjoy a stroll. The people who work there are lovely and the food prices are more than fair. Ana's is a gem of the Bronx!

Ana's Bakery excessed my expectations. I ordered a cake for my brother in law and the design was made exactly how I asked. From every little detail it was perfection. It was a cigar box with his badge. Also it was fresh ingredients and creamy. (I had to cross out the shield number because it can't be shown but my cake vision cake to life)

    Heavenly elephant ears. Seriously perfect

The cakes here are delicious. They are known for the Boston Cream pie but everything is great…read more The workers are courteous & professional. In a part of Morris Park that's changed, Conti's is a great asset. My constructive criticism on Conti's. I ordered 2 cakes online. Paid in full for both last week. They gave me a pickup window 9AM. I show up early & there's a big line. I ask a worker & she says there's 1 line. She states there's 1 line for picking up a cake paid in full, ordering a new cake, getting coffee, getting pastries. Guys NO GOOD! Why pay in full & order a week prior? You should have 2/3 lines. 1 line picking up cakes paid in full only. 1 bread line only. 1 line for new orders. I mean this criticism as constructive

a pound of cookies went from $15 to $22 in a year. I understand the economy is bad, but 10 cookies…read morefor $22?? that's highway robbery. I remember when Conties would price the specialty cheesecakes to $30-$35 max. a 12inch pistatchio cheesecake is $46???? i know for a fact the employees dont get paid enough for the price of a cheesecake to increase that dramatically. one of the girls said the pies/cakes are made a week before they're sold, so the price on soon to expire pastries is insane. for $46 dollars I can get a larger and better quality cheesecake in Manhattan. The ladies behind the counter look unhappy and find every request to be inconvenient. this place is definitely ripping you off. UPDATE: I opened the box of cookies for my friend, she reached for the first cookie and as soon as she took a bite, she pulled out a blond hair from the cookie. $22 dollars for cookies full of hair. I'm never going back.
