My favorite was the shrimp topping as the shrimp were perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. The conchitas a la parmesana was another interesting dish featuring seared scallops. I found that the sauce was a little overpowering and took away from the scallop itself, but I really enjoyed eating it with the ciabatta.
