Very nice place. Food is excellent, and I suppose that justifies its price (like 7 bucks for a slice of pizza, 14.90 for 3 chickie tendz and fries, or fingerling potatoes). It certainly does seem more refined than a typical pizza slice place, I suppose being a spinoff of Giancarlo's meant they went with both, hmm, how to put this...high-class modern decor and concepts. The chicken tenders, for instance, were fried in avocado oil and they have fingerling potatos rather than french fries. Service was VERY quick though, the ordering with computers and then just taking a seat is extremely efficient. I can definitely see why this plaza down on Main street is so chock full its hard to find parking nowadays, Williamsvillers seem to love this place. I suppose I'll come back here on the regular, though again, like 7 bucks for a slice compared to the 4.34 you can get at Whole Foods or Wegmans is a bit steep...

My daughter and I had a lovely experience in this new Mediterranean style bistro. Its ambience is bright cheery and beautifully decorated in an Italian motif. We tried the pita with 3 different dips, a salad, and two different slices of pizza. Naturally we couldn't finish it all so we got to go containers that rival Tupperware. I will be reusing them over and over again My favorite was the pizza I ordered , mushroom with a hint of truffle. We ordered a large pizza to go and tried the cookies. All was delicious. Ordering was a breeze and food came out pretty quick. The servers were very attentive. We will be back to try more of the menu.

When I heard Gian Carlos was opening this spot couldn't wait to try! Cute lunch spot for take out or eat in. Located in the Tony Walker plaza. You walk in and there are kisok to order your food and pay for it, then grab a letter tag next to kisok, seat yourself and they bring the food out to you. Sara was also at the front greeting people with a great smile and giving assistance where needed. But it was pretty easy ordering. Once seated the food came over very quickly!!! Water was provided at the table. The spot is super clean and cute vibe. We tried some pizza and some salads. The salads were very fresh and so good. You can get a whole size or a side size. I had the beer and citrus salad it was amazing! And my friend had the roasted veg with chicken thigh and she loved hers as well. For pizza tired a slice of the Mediterranean This was feta, mozerella, olives, lamb meatballs, tahini citrus drizzle. I was really looking forward to this one. Thought it be a huge flavor Greek bomb with feta and tahini, but it did fall little flat for me..it was definitely good, but not what I was expecting. I wanted more of a punch and definitely more lamb meatballs, it was more like little pieces. Also got chicken balsamic slices, these were very good! You can only order slices to dine in. But you can order take out for whole pizza. So I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza to go. Great flavor, sauce is really good. Definitely true NY style pizza.

Not just a plain 'ol pizzeria! Ana Blu is a dining experience. The food is absolutely amazing. It's made with fresh ingredients and herbs and tons of love you can taste. Plenty of room to dine with friends without being crowded. It was a little pricier than I expected, but when you get your meal, you'll find it to be worth every penny. The staff is just the best. I did meet Sarah, Juliann and a fine gentleman named Nick . ( He made my specialty salad... ) Great lunch spot if you want to impress your guests !

WOW WOW WOW!!!! WOW! This is the best pizza I've had here in WNY. It's perfect. I told my husband "I already want to come back". It's a standard NYC slice--nothing thick, not overly saucy, not overly cheesy, just...chefs kiss. Perfection. The potatoes! FANTASTIC! $5 for a HUGE pile of lemon potatoes! Wish I had taken a picture!

It was not busy and we didn't have to wait for a table which is a plus. I ordered smoked turkey, with salad and sweet potato fries and a pg13 which was ginger beer, mint and I added a shot of vodka. When our food came out I had to question what was going on with the sweet potato fries because they had a thick coating and looked beer battered, not at all indicated on the menu. I asked the server, Kelsey W., and she paused and said yea I don't know for sure but if you can't have gluten I wouldn't eat them. I was annoyed at the situation and just took them off my plate but I understand this can happen. The server seemed annoyed and goes on to blame me and says I should have told her. Now will say I did have to go through the salad ingredients and pick most of them out, she didn't ask me about allergies either. And it's not common to add a beer batter coating to sweet potato fries without indicating it in the menu. The menu should be updated asap for other guests. Any other server would apologize for the situation and ask how they can make it better and not blame for a customer for a misunderstanding. After that I realized there was an extra sauce on the tray, I asked her to check with the kitchen to see what was in it, is it safe for me to eat? She came back 15 minutes later and said she will check and have an answer soon. It was not busy, this was not acceptable. Again clearly not showing any help for your guest with a food issue. This showed me she had zero concern or care about this or trying to smooth it over. Finally, towards the end of the meal I realized my water was leaking, had thought it was condensation as it was hot out. My glass, water cup had a huge crack in it. You would have hoped that someone would have seen it before serving it to someone. Clearly a safety issue. I hope I didn't ingest glass. I handed it back to our server and told her this glass needed to be tossed in the trash. Her response was another blank look, she didn't really care and just gave me another shallow I'm sorry. The rest of my meal was tasty and it was a large portion. Everyone else at my table had nice looking food and was happy with it. I will personally not come back here. District 37- it wouldn't hurt to update your menu and add what is gluten safe and indicate what kind of coating is on your sweet potato fries because a lot of people who choose these have special dietary needs. You should also train your staff to help bring up allergy issues with your guests and have more empathy if an issue arises. If this is something a server isn't able to work on they might consider an alternate employment opportunity.

I took my son there for lunch the other day, and we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who as it turns out, I knew from his previous restaurants stops. I hadn't seen him in about 15 years, but I recognized him instantly. Great service, polite and courteous staff, and delicious fresh food, are my initial reactions. I was surprised how good the San Franco pizza was! I also had a bowl of Pasta Fasola which was outstanding. I live in the city of Buffalo between Delaware and Elmwood and there are many pizza places around here, plus, I grew up on Bocce on Bailey pizza. However, the Forno Napoli pizza now ruins all others for me. I have never been to Italy, but I imagine this is what pizza is like there. Authentic and fresh. I'm taking all 3 of my kids back there tonight. Trying their salads and pasta as well. This place was very busy on a weekday at 4pm, so it is not a secret. It is also not cheap. You are paying for the quality of the food, and it is worth it.

It looked fantastic. But when I asked his rating, he gave it 6/10 stars. However, I wouldn't trust anyone who doesn't like cheese so take it with a grain of salt I was torn between the Bianca and Quattro pizza so I asked the kind man at the register for his suggestion; he said the Bianca is more popular so I went with that. I enjoyed my pizza, although I wouldn't order this one again. I do want to say that it is pricey but you will get a very big pie of great quality. The dough was excellent! It was actually my favorite part and I've never said that about any pizza! Atmosphere is extremely casual. There's fruit infused waters to have and you go and grab them yourself (back right corner). But you can order bottles of soda, alcohol, etc. Also in the back right corner are small pizza boxes for leftovers you can grab if needed. When you cash out, be sure to enter your phone number for the rewards program!

A dear friend drove to Buffalo from NYC to volunteer at an event and after a long day volunteering,…read morethey were looking for a hearty meal and some good drink. Seeing as I'm a Yelp-er, they wanted me to find a spot I hadn't been to yet, even though I had eaten dinner already on my own. I had The Ridge West Seneca saved in my "Places to Try" collection so I said let's go. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and grab a meal here and try the food for myself! We arrive just before 8pm on a Saturday night to a large gravel parking lot that was pretty busy, but we still found a spot pretty easily. We walked in and the hostess was able to seat the two of us at a booth right away! Inside it was very spacious with plenty of TVs going, a bar on one side, music playing overhead. Indoor noise was elevated (it's a restaurant that has a bar, it's going to not be quiet haha) but the two of us could carry on a conversation fairly normally. Our waitress came over immediately to let us know she'd be a few minutes as there were a few other tables she was handling. Fine by us as that allowed my buddy ample time to look over the menu and figure out what he wanted. I saw the St. Patrick's Day-themed cocktail specials menu so I knew what I was ordering. Our waitress though - Absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, had great personality, and was really accommodating in splitting the check (I took care of all our drinks, my friend took care of his dinner). Our waitress did a great job checking in on us at the perfect time, we never felt pressured, rushed. I didn't order any food but my friend ordered their Steakhouse Strip off the "Large Plates" section of the menu, and boy oh boy, did that look amazing! The 12-ounce strip was cooked to a picture-perfect medium-rare with plenty of tobacco onions on top and around the plate, and served over a generous bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus, served with a small cup of their A1 aioli. After seeing that, I certainly want to come back and order food. My friend really enjoyed their meal, the plate was clean! As for me, I ordered two St. Patrick's Day -themed cocktails: "Sham Rocked Shake" and "Irish Good Bye". The "Sham Rocked Shake" was vanilla vodka, crème de menthe, cream, and chocolate syrup and curls - This was creamy, delicious, not overly minty. The "Irish Good Bye" was Three Chord bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice with a lime wedge - There was so much flavor in this cocktail, the lemon juice added a pleasant fruity 'punch'. Looking at the prices for these cocktails, I felt they were in-line with most other places and they were made well so no complaints from me. The Ridge West Seneca really surprised me! I've driven past it a few times and wondered how good it was. From our friendly waitress and service, the delicious cocktails, to the fantastic-looking food, I am impressed. I'm looking forward to coming back soon for another night of drinks and to try some food!

I told myself I was going to try something new since they have great happy hour specials from 4-6 PM on weekdays, but I couldn't resist the Everything Wedge Salad. No regrets, it was delicious. One of our friends brought her puppy and was thrilled to discover they have a dog menu. Such a cute touch! Overall, it's a great spot for groups, with a fun atmosphere, plenty of outdoor space, and solid food. No complaints here!
