If I could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT GO HERE. Sells fake products. My granddaughter went shopping her and bought a sonny angel hipper and became upset when she saw the quality. When confronted the manger said the product was not defective and would not offer any remedies to the issue. Awful customer service and sells fake products! Photo: right: real sonny (worn out due to being on phone case) vs fake sold product major differences in color and size , fake also has paint issues read more

Super cute store! I've been wanting to go for a while and I finally did. I visited the West Village location. There were a ton of toys, trinkets, books, plushies, wallets, keychains to choose from. This place is great to find gifts for friends and family. There were two workers and they greeted everyone that walked in. read more

Such a fun and cute store and the worker was cheerful and friendly. We stopped by for some Sonny Angels and we were able to find and purchase the ones we were looking for. The store is well organized, stocked, and there is plenty to look at. read more

This was on my MUST do's when visiting NYC. The store had everything you can think of if you love trinkets. My friends and I love blind boxes, smiski's, sonny's and Miffy. So this store was the place for us to splurge lol. It was such a cute store, the workers were really nice and super patience considering it got crowded in their tiny shop and everyone is requesting to look at different blind boxes. The prices of the blind boxes were fairly priced, considering you can't always find a good selection. We did all of our gift shopping here. Totally recommend! read more

This store was magical. They had so many options and were stocked with several kinds of Sonny Angels. They have two locations and this location was a delight. I will definitely be back. Lovely atmosphere, service, and a moderate price range of items. I love that another spot sells Sonny's!! read more

My two kids and I had a bit of an odd experience here. This is a toy shop. But it's not really for kids. It was crawling with teens and 20-somethings--the La BuBu set. A few literally pushed my daughter out of the way as she was perusing the Calico Critters. Bizarre. In any event, the store appeared to have a good selection of blind boxes and Sonny Angel stuff. Not much in the way of Calico Critters. Service was nonexistent. We grabbed what we wanted to buy, paid, and left. No bag offered or given. read more

Stumbled upon this toy store by chance! Lots of cute things to buy. The workers were helpful and friendly. Got my first Smiski! Also found a Totoro notebook and Garfield pins by chance. Check this store out if in the West Village area! read more

an me is a popular specialty shop known for its wide selection of small goods and collectible blind boxes. Located in a busy shopping area, the store carries trendy items like Smiski and Sonny Angels, along with well-loved character merchandise featuring Snoopy, Sanrio, Miffy, and more. It's a fun destination for fans of kawaii culture and niche collectibles. During my visit, the store was fairly crowded, and while the staff were present, with some behind the counter and others restocking shelves, the service was a bit scattered. There was some initial confusion when I approached the register, but once they noticed I had an item to purchase, checkout moved along quickly and smoothly. The selection overall is solid, with a variety of items that rotate frequently. While the prices may seem a bit steep at first glance, many of the blind boxes are actually priced lower than what you'd find online, making this a better deal for those who want to avoid shipping fees or markups. A great stop for collectors or anyone looking for a cute and trendy gift. read more

I am a frequent customer at an.mé so I'm sad to say that my latest visit was a little disappointing! I've accumulated quite the amount of store points since shopping here and wanted to redeem my points for 1 free Smiski like they had advertised. Unfortunately, I learned the reward doesn't apply to the newest series of smiskis (which wasn't stated on the point system) so I tried to redeem my points on an older Smiski series. However, the employee working at the register was having difficulties inputting the reward and ended up charging me full price. They couldn't refund me either, so I ended up getting store credit to use next time. Even though I got store credit to make up for it, I am disappointed with the lack of clarity on what the rewards could be used on as well as being charged full price for something that should have been discounted. read more

Super cute shop with unique finds!! Just stumbled upon this shop while walking around the City and so glad I decided to check it out. I LOVE blind boxes so when I saw that they had sonny angels and smiskis, I had to get some!! They also have other plush collectibles and cute keychains and trinkets. They have a lot of unique baby toys/clothes as well if you are ever in need of that or need to find a gift. Only complaint is that the store is small but so many goodies to look through. Will be stopping by whenever I'm in NYC! read more

Staff is rude, accused one of daughters of stealing. We still made our purchase but its sad to say we will not be coming back even though it used to be one of our favorite shops. They didn't want to check us even after we offered our bags over so I don't understand that. The shop is also quite expensive too with Monchichis priced at $40. I can understand this for collectibles but how can you accuse someone of stealing in such a small store that had way more employees than customers? read more

Super cute kids boutique. Very adorable fun items. I come from out of town and always try to get one thing from here as it is on the rather pricey side, but it is so fun to have something cute and different. They have clothes for all ages and then accessories, toys, and books. You can also buy stuff from their store online as well, which is nice. read more

We were on vacation and traveling on a road trip and when we stopped at NYC. One of my first places I wanted to go to was this store with my family. Unfortunately the service was horrible and come to find out the owner (annie) was the one being rude to me and my family. Since it was our first time we kept asking her questions about sonny angels and she kept responding very rudely and rolling her eyes. The only one that made this experience fun for us was their lovely worker who was excited for us each time we opened a sonny angel and cheering us on .. I hope maybe some of his great customer service rubs off on annie cause she really needs it. read more

Tiny, packed store with a great selection. Victoria was working there when I was shopping today. Super helpful in my search for something for my 4- month old twin nieces. A matching pair of NYC t-shirt w/snappy pants! And the match wasn't even on the shelves, Victoria had to go into a special storage area to fetch it for me. It's a five star store. with the only problem being price. My 2 wisps of clothing were $60. I guess that's life in modern NYC, unless you want cheap goods in an unhelpful K-mart. I'll go back to this place, but probably wait until the twins' 1st birthday. I know Victoria will find just the right thing. read more
