writing this review because of the really great customer service i received at this pop up! while i…read morecant remember the young ladys name (red hair) I have to say she is a big part of the reason why Im now going to maybe keep an eye out for Roller Rabbit, i first became aware of the brand back in november when they collabed with LoveShackFancy for their holiday release and looking back now I should've gotten them as i later learned that they had been doing monogramming and embroidery for instore purchasing that day, but none the less when I learned about the pop up taking place in NoLita from 1-10//1-12 i decided to take a gander, I hadnt seen all the post on social media so when i popped in friday night around 5 ish after attending the loveshackfancy dylans candy bar pop up I was greeted warmly by the staff and the young lady with the red hair explained the whole event to me and answered all my questions about products pricing and offerings, so when i realized sunday was the last day i decided to go and was first 15 in line and got a free event specific tote and was greeted by the same young lady with a genuine "welcome back" I ended up purchasing the limited edition hand painted tumbler painted by artist sam ball and then I heard there was a fitting room, and remembered on friday that although this line was made for women, men could likely fit it if they sized up a size or two so I asked if i could try it on and was helped every step of the way and when i put on that pajama set i said wow ok im never taking this off, the rep then got me a fresh sat bagged it up and did a quick checkout for me , and although that tiny room was packed she made me feel like I mattered and had her full attention while still simultaneously helping others! Its moments like these and people like these that make all the difference because ive never had any interest in Pajamas let alone luxury pjs but now ive got an eye on roller rabbit!

A Must for Friends Fans -- With a Few Caveats If you're a…read moreFriends fan, this is absolutely worth doing -- just go in with the right expectations. The sets are incredibly well done: Joey and Chandler's apartment, Monica and Rachel's place, the hallway cheesecake scene, Phoebe's taxi -- it's a total nostalgia trip and the photo opportunities are endless. The staff were wonderful about snapping pics on your phone or camera wherever you wanted, which we really appreciated. The highlight at the end is Central Perk, and the coffee is genuinely great -- not just a gimmick. Cute gift shop too, though the prices there are a bit eye-watering. That said, a few things kept this from being a five-star experience. It moves quickly and feels more like a curated photo op than a true immersive experience. I would have loved more time with the memorabilia -- it has the potential to be something closer to a museum, and I wish they leaned into that more. The crowds made uninterrupted photos tough, and some of the lighting in the sets wasn't the most flattering for pictures. Ticket prices are on the higher end, and combined with the gift shop markups, it can feel a little steep for what is ultimately a shorter visit. But we had a genuinely fun time and left smiling. For any true Friends fan, it's still a yes from me -- just maybe temper expectations and budget accordingly!

Very cool spot to say you've been. Extremely neat, photo-realistic sets with all the fun memories…read morefrom the show covered. Set pieces, memorabilia, all the things discussed in the show and funny anecdotes, etc. are all part of the fun and experience. There, of course, are many photo ops, and the staff are all more than willing to take extra pics. Many options for goodies to take home are available for purchase in the gift shop. And naturally, there is the coffee shop where you can get the drink of your choice, and honestly at extremely affordable pricing! Overall, for the purchase price, it was a very neat thing to have done - especially with my wife who is one of the world's foremost knowledgeable and avid Friends aficionados - that said, it is certainly a one-and-done experience that, while we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, will not be something we feel the need to repeat when back in the city. If you're on the fence and enjoy Friends, GO! It's worth it for sure to say you've done once.

I visited right after opening, a little after 10 am (many businesses do not open until 11am, like my beloved Seed+Mill). My first impression was that it reminded me of a food hall similar to what I experienced in various cities in Japan. The variety of foods available is impressive and you really can find it all here, from an Italian grocer to Japanese to the various food stands offering everything from BBQ to the best halvah I've ever had. And there's a Pearl River Mart and other places to find gifts and souvenirs. My favorite of this ilk is Muji Market, which has all the Japanese amazing things! Also of note: very clean bathrooms. It reminds me of the bathrooms at Grand Central, a lot of stalls, sinks in the center, only much, much more pleasant. I'll be back as soon as I can. It's silly that I didn't come here when I actually lived in New York.

Swung by on a Saturday evening at 9pm for about 30 minutes while waiting for a late dinner…read morereservation. The physical location is open to 10pm though most shops and restaurants inside are closed by 8-9pm, only a handful of places like Chote Miya, Miznon, and La Devocione were still open though also wrapping up business for the evening. Wanted to highlight a few more stores here for this review: - Moon Man Foods: a Brooklyn-based company, they have a small stand about a third of the way thru the market (walking east to west), selling southeast Asian kaya jam, which is coconut-based and contain eggs, coconut milk, sugar, starch, and salt. They come in pandan, ube, and Java palm sugar (aka gula melaka) flavors. - Pearl River Mart and Pearl River Mart Foods: back in the day they used to be located in SoHo on Broadway, though rising rents made them relocate, and I'm glad they're still around! They carry all sorts of Asian-inspired decor, serving ware, stationery, and their "Foods" location downstairs is combination of Asian grocery, bubble tea (Milk & Tea), and Korean and Chinese snack/takeout stands (Kimbap Lab and Mao's Bao's). - Muji Market: this is a smaller location that carries a narrower assortment than your average Muji (house wares, basic apparel, accessories, kitchenware, snacks), though they have a full cafe serving coffee and matcha, simple Japanese lunch items like bowls, sandwiches and bento. Cafe prices seem a little higher probably due to the location. - gallery art: there is a small whitewashed hallway gallery of maybe a couple dozen small pieces by local artists, featuring NYC-centric photos, sketches, paintings, multi-media. Found this fun and entertaining!

My favorite was Beat Saber. You can view others trying the games from the windows outside. The staff was friendly and did a good job of guiding users on how to use the controls. Head sets were cleaned with disinfectant wipes between sessions. At the end take a survey and receive a pair of socks and pins. Definitely worth checking out before it ends on December 11.
