I decided on ordering my birthday cake from here after seeing 7 out of 7 five star reviews here…read more The other reviews do not disappoint! The cake was AMAZING. I ordered an 8" vanilla cake with American buttercream and cannoli filling. I then requested the top to be filled with pastel tones of flowers. On the day of pickup (yesterday), the cake was ready and exactly as requested. Granted, the cake was a bit pricey, but then again, I also did not inquire the price prior to ordering. The quality is there, so in the end, the price didn't really matter. Also, the cake seemed huge for 8 inches! Those working (I'm assuming one was the owner as she was there both times I came in) were super friendly and welcoming. I would totally recommend this adorable bake shop to anyone looking to have something made for a great occasion, clearly with love and quality ingredients.

Absolutely fabulous addition to Cheshire. My birthday cake this past March was probably the best…read morecake I've ever had. Pistachio cake with buttercream frosting. Wow. Have been in the store twice for her cupcakes, the cinnamon roll (delicious but maybe a bit too much frosting for my taste but too much is better than not enough!), the chocolate chip cookies are very good, and her apple scone was incredible. A lot of times scones are dry but hers was perfect! I want to try some other desserts like the baklava. Amy is such a friendly delightful person so I have to say the only negative is the slightly older woman that works in the store is not friendly at all. I do wish there were more gluten free options too. Overall this has been such a nice addition to Cheshire and Amy is fabulous.

If not; you can order from their extensive cake menu. Small sitting area if you choose to sit and have a slice of cake in the shop, several flavors available for that!!! Staff could be more forthcoming, on a few occasions I found the counter help to be fast and demanding by basically asking over and over "how many cupcakes are you getting, I need to know " seriously just let us see them first!!! A more relaxed visit would had us back more times! The last visit was a new crew- much better service!

This is one of the best bakeries. Their treats are so buttery and taste absolutely delightful…read more Everything is so beautiful and gives the look of artistry. I love the pineapple coconut cookies. I've eaten them for years. They are delicate yet the flavor of pineapple and coconut work so well together. The cookies are moist and soft. They are such a joy to bite into. This day I also tried the toasted almond cupcake. While beautiful, it was extremely sweet, even for me. I couldn't eat it in one sitting. I don't think I'd ever purchase it again. It does remind you of the good humor toasted almond ice cream bars that were discontinued. But I just wish the topping wasn't so sweet. The cake was blander to complement the icing but it just wasn't for me. If you are looking to host an event or surprise a friend, i think treats from this bakery say I love you! There is so much variety that you should be able to find something for anyone. I took one star off because the staff isn't too conversational which takes away from the experience. .

It was a very vanilla graham cake with salted honey marscarpone filling and a mocha frosting. It was fabulous! All the flavors went together beautifully. The cake had a beautiful flavor and was nice and moist. The flavor of the mocha frosting was not overpowering and complementary to the rest of the flavors. The salted honey marscarpone filling had a hint of salt and a hint of sweet which was also complimentary.
