If you need to be on time, just don't even entertain the idea. And I don't mean a few minutes or a few hours I mean 1 - 2 days...

Great deal, fast, comfortable and cheap…read more Caveat here is I commute against the crowd so I leave SF in the AM and take the shuttle in the PM from OAK. I always get a seat and there are times when I am the only one on the shuttle.

Most times it is very convenient, on weekends the trains are an hour apart, and I hope you don't…read morehave to deal with employee ELIZALDE, R badge # 574. She is very rude and needs to go through training on how to talk to people again. I had lost my clipper card, bought a new one, registered it thinking my old pass I had purchased would switch over once I registered it online, but that was not the case. I insisted I had bought a pass and would show her when the website loaded up on my phone but she didn't want to wait. She told me to just dispute the ticket later. Someone else sitting a few seats away said she was running late for work, couldn't find her clipper card before she left, tried to show her online that she had a pass, but ELIZDALE, R badge #574 was impatient. Also gave her a ticket and just told her to dispute the ticket later. She called her supervisor over the radio to get his expertise on how to proceed, and I heard him tell her to keep doing what she was doing and not to worry about it. I called clipper card and the lady was very nice, tried to tell the ELIZDALE, R #574 that I did have a pass to to ride, but ELIZDALE, R #574 didn't care and with attitude and in a raised voice told her to tell me how to get the ticket cleared up.

I did the 8am tour to Muir Woods that stopped in Sausalito. I'm so happy I got to see Muir Woods,…read moreit is really awe inspiring. It was nice to see it with the tour too and not have to worry about makes a reservation there. We promptly left at 8am. And the tour shop does have a small bathroom which is nice to use before you leave. Barry was a great tour guide, he loved taking pictures of everyone and knows a lot about San Francisco. We got out of the bus twice to take pictures on the way to Muir Woods. They were great picture stops and we head nice weather to pose in front of Golden Gate Bridge. Even though I've been to SF 5 times I still loved this tour. I've been to Sausalito before and could have skipped that, there is not much to do in that town besides eat something and look at the bay. Muir Woods is the real gem. We had only 1 hour and 15 min to explore on our own. I was alone so I walked fast and think I got to see more than most in that time. I would have liked more time there. You can add on Alcatraz and the bus drops you off there, or he can drop you at fisherman's wharf or back at the tour shop. Highly suggest this tour company! Very friendly, on time and knowledgeable!

We were supposed to be able to stop in Sausalito for lunch. We didn't get to do that at all. We got back with 20 mins to eat and get in line for the ferry to Alcatraz so we were super rushed. The tour guide was also in a big hurry from the minute we started. He also yelled and honked at cars on 3 seperate occasions. The stops were all rushed. And the tour was mostly the tour guide talking about music recorded in San Fran. Don't recommend for the price.
