My boyfriend and his family said I had better call the pharmacy since it was the day before Thanksgiving and I hadn't gotten a text that my Rx was ready. So I gave it a call and spoke to the nicest gentleman, who told me all about his trip to Clearwater Beach FL. Because I have an area code 727 phone # as I'm from Floriduh. We spoke for a few minutes and he was so kind and so helpful and got my Rx ready in minutes. Even my local Rite Aide doesn't do service THAT fast. And the day before a holiday?! We also grabbed some Pendleton because it was SO inexpensive compared to what it costs in OR and had a great Rite Aide experience!!

I only went to Circle K because it was on the same side of the street I was on and they posted the same prices as Star. The money isn't the issue. Customer service is horrible. They try whatever they can to not fill a prescription. We have experienced long wait times and sometimes you're waiting when you think it's being filled, only to find out that for whatever reason they were not able to fill it, and they don't call and inform you, wasting your time and when you're sick can be the worst. I'm sure part of the problem is that they're busy and understaffed, but when they say they were filling a prescription for you, only to find out that it was not being filled - I feel it's not OK.

I bring my own lunch from home a lot (or buy Ramen from them) and they let me use the microwave without any problem ever. The two brothers that run a lot of the station are always so friendly and even gave me a free item on my birthday a week ago! I enjoy supporting local places that treat their community with kindness and old-fashioned neighborly friendliness. Come here to get gas and snacks the next time you need to fill up or eat!
