SO out of ALL the possible items I could forget to bring to California from OR for the long weekend I forgot my Progesterone. Oh NO. Because I am NOT a nice person without it not to mention I start bleeding if I don't take it. SO I panicked. Asked for an order of 5-10 to last me the weekend and sent it to this store. My boyfriend and his family said I had better call the pharmacy since it was the day before Thanksgiving and I hadn't gotten a text that my Rx was ready. So I gave it a call and spoke to the nicest gentleman, who told me all about his trip to Clearwater Beach FL. Because I have an area code 727 phone # as I'm from Floriduh. We spoke for a few minutes and he was so kind and so helpful and got my Rx ready in minutes. Even my local Rite Aide doesn't do service THAT fast. And the day before a holiday?! We also grabbed some Pendleton because it was SO inexpensive compared to what it costs in OR and had a great Rite Aide experience!! read more

Horrible, long waits, they loose paperwork. Tried to get my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy. And rite aid lost the transfer 3 times and every time h called I was pulled on hold for an hour each time before I hung up and had to call again read more

Right after 4.5 hrs at Hilltop Medical, at 5 p.m. I went to pick up my 2 prescriptions at the Westwood Village Rite Aid pharmacy. I was told they couldn't get to them for 1.5 hrs. I told him I had to have the antibiotic tonight. I asked what time they closed. I was told 8 p.m. I came back at 7 p.m. They were closed. The cashier at the front said they closed early for "inventory." I came the next morning. They weren't ready. I came back several hrs later. Only 1 prescription was ready, but they needed the pharmacist's thumbprint, so I was asked to wait for him to return from lunch. I waited. NOW they tell me they don't accept the doctor's diagnosis for the 2nd prescription. Freaking nightmare. I've been using this pharmacy for 20 years. Apparently, it's time to look for a new pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy staff are terribly overworked and understaffed, and don't seem very happy or satisfied with their jobs. I feel terrible for them. Their Corporate employers should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Easy, convenient, and quick. Store is typically clean and well staffed. The pharmacy is great and deserves 5+ stars. Just keep in mind they ID EVRYONE for tobacco and alcohol products. Even saw them ID a 70+ old woman buying a bottle of wine. She and I were both astonished. So always bring your ID into the store! read more

Your pharmacy has gone so far down hill in last year it's ridiculous. I am double insured and you guys have no idea how to run that? You never have the prescriptions ready when I get there no matter how far ahead I call. Matter of a fact I have not been able to come in a pick up anything without some sort of issue for almost a year now. Nothing I get is narcotic! It's always inhalers or creams, maybe a antibiotic , and still you give me crap about refill dates. You have more then once claimed to have been denied by my insurance and I have had to call them, just to find out you never ran it!!!! Wtf? Your job is to do that. That's what you all supposably get paid to do. I can't see why it's so hard to do. Almost any other pharmacy in Redding Is better then this one. Don't hassle with the kids here. read more

My elderly mom went in this store this week, using her walker. The clerk, a young man named JJ, noticed that she was a little unsteady and asked if he could help her. She said she needed a little help getting down the ramp outside, because of the rain. He excused himself from his post and walked her out and stayed with her till she felt secure. He offered to go all the way to the car with her, but she said she was fine just getting help down the ramp. Thank you JJ. It really warmed my heart to hear that there are good, really good, people out there who would go the extra mile to help a stranger. May God bless you and repay you for your kindness. read more

So unhappy with the lack of customer service at the pharmacy. I always have to wait to pick up even though they were called in advance. Tried to over charge me for something I get regularly there, and then when I said that's not the price I normally pay the lady got really rude telling me that I hadn't had it filled since 2013 which was untrue. I gold her i was unhappy and another lady told me "sorry you are having such a bad day". I was never rude until that statement. I refuse to go back. They just lost a customer. read more

Ive been going there for 6 years now and overall I would have to say that the people (save 1) who work there are about as nice, and courteous as they come. The pharmacy folks are friendly and do try to get you in and out as conveniently as time allows. Ive had better service ...Ive had worse. read more

Rude staff in the pharmacy. My husband and I have been getting our prescriptions filled at this location for over four years and we are done! Constant mistakes, bad attitude and they are NEVER wrong. Finally, today they would not take my HSA card because I did not know the PIN. Hello...it's a VISA card I do not need a PIN to use it. To top it off, when I got home my 90 supply only had 30 pills in it. read more
