Toonie was the only one I ever saw clean the milk dispenser for the coffee and when I saw her doing it you could tell it hasn't been done in a very long time. There was mold. I don't see anyone keeping up with the cleaning since she left. The only friendly clerk left are Cassie and Jerome. The new employees now add "loyalty numbers" of their own on customer purchases. I don't want some random number attached to my purchase/card. I find this to be bordering fraud. The car wash is constantly down as are the slushee machines. I don't trust the soda fountain as I never see them cleaned. This company has become more concerned about numbers and less concerned about about cleanliness or customers. I called 7-Eleven and asked to speak with the manager about the items that were charged to me by Door Dash (and shown as received) that 7-Eleven didn't give to me. The manager, who is difficult to understand, and annoyingly kept on calling me "my friend" (he is NOT my friend) told me that 7-Eleven's system canceled the order and he told me to call Door Dash. I told the manager that I had contacted Door Dash and they show it was fulfilled on their end. I would not do business with the 7-Eleven as they are not honest folks. Better to give my hard earned money to somebody who deserves it.
