Like, I raced in for some Cranberry caps a bit back. No separate stop at CVS or Rite-Aid is usually required. It's actually one of my favorite grocery stores pretty much any where. Always clean, their produce is generally excellent, an overall great selection and their service is good.

I'll drive to Ralph's in Los Osos, or speak to the happy smiling employees, at Spencer's. Both times, the cashier did not scan in the discounts. When I pointed it out to her, she looked at me as if I had punched and berated her. a sad sneer,no eye contact, and malevolent body language. it was as if it was my fault! Dang, where do they find these people? I checked my receipt, there was another $3 miss. I took it to the extremely sad and volatile no eye contact ex use for a human being allegedly, in charge. a big sigh, I deserved it, she had been standing there, looking into space. How dare I! I don't hold grudges, but shame on me.....yep, missed every single sale item. My partner took it up to the managerial monstrosity, and she said it wasn't her job to correct the cashier Anyone remember the great Fawlty Towers comedy series? Id get angry with these people, but....its comical. oh, spoke to several people who also cowered for the audacity of pointing out errors, anyhow, you can read it all on Next Door. We love coming to this store to shop and the selection is always great but after witnessing the…read morerude and aggressive behavior of one of the employees today I doubt we will be returning. The employee in the mobility scooter who believe is named Athena continuously harassed an unhoused man who was trying to shop. She followed him through the store and accused him of shoplifting even though he very vocally said many times that he was trying to shop and would be paying for his items. It was an extremely off putting situation that was wholly caused by this employee and even made us feel unwelcome. I don't shop in a store that treats vulnerable people with such hostility.

A shame. The staff are incompetent. The amount of MISPRICED, MISLABELED, and UNLABELED merchandise is appalling. The amount of times the staff member at the checkout is unable to scan an item because it doesn't show up is surprising. They ask "do you know the price on this? You can't buy it if it doesn't show up in our system" as if it's the shopper's fault. Then they have to run to find out, holding up the ONE line (since they can't manage to do more). The store layout is poor. The employees always forget to move baskets back from under the registers to the front door. The "manager" is mean. I love GO, so I wish this location lived up to the expectations. I'm sure GO corporate would make big changes if they visited this location.

Nothing like spending $150 on groceries to be treated like a thief in the self checkout…read more We were using a large canvas bag to put the majority of the groceries in, it was pretty full so my daughter was holding the straps of the bag so it stayed up. Doing that set off the flashing light and the self-checkout clerk came over irritated and said we were moving the bag too much. So we adjusted and started a new bag but the light went off again, not sure what we did wrong there but she played back the video to make sure we didn't take anything than stood behind us the rest of the time which was pretty uncomfortable. I looked at her and she made a snide comment about how we needed extra help - she wasn't helping, just rolling her eyes and watching that we weren't stealing This is my daughter's neighborhood store but neither one of us will be returning. And yes we know how to operate a self-checkout but should be able to touch the bag we're using without the whole system repeatedly stopping.

Of course, the parking lot was a nightmare (but I've yet to meet a Trader Joe's where that isn't the case). I was shocked at the slim pickings of flowers around 4 pm. Empty buckets lined the shelves, so I was left with gathering one of everything (expect I doubled up on irises and eryngium because they're one of my favorites). Apparently they only sell the pin cushion flowers in floral arrangements, so I had to skip those dinosaur-like blooms. But check out was quick, and I had a lovely selection for a do it yourself self bouquet arrangement for my little sister's bachelorette!
