This pharmacy is literally the WORST ever! We had brought a friend here last night to p/up his anti…read morenausea meds and they were closing so they told us to come back after 9am today. I arrived at 9:05 and waited for 15 min in a line only to be told to go wait in another line to "confirm insurance." Waited there for another 5 min to be told they already had the insurance but hadn't started the on the RX. So then they told me it would be 15-30 minutes. I still needed get some other things for my friends BUT the shelves are literally bare. Each aisle is easily 85%+ empty. So I went next door to Albertsons to grab the things needed. I came back to the pharmacy now 1.5 hours after my initial arrival and they still hadn't even started the RX. They were extremely rude and weren't helpful whatsoever. I would recommend avoiding this pharmacy/store at ALL COSTS!!

We waited maybe 10-15 minutes for our food to be ready...they call your name, and it is already packaged ready for "to go". - We took our food over to one of the tables near the recently renovated Vets Hall and ate while enjoying the ocean view. - OMG, was the food amazing! The burrito was massive and awesome tasting, and the sandwich was like a gooey grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and egg...so good. In fact, my wife liked the sandwich even more than the burrito. I was going to go around them, but then they all went into the store. Only one put his mask on, the other two just waltzed right in. Turned out these were the owner and his buddies, or at the very least someone who worked there. I waited a bit for the air to clear and then went into the store to start to gather my items. I should have just walked away then!! I got through one row and was starting on the second row when I saw one of them go get a soda - with no mask!! He saw me and quickly put on his mask, sort of like an afterthought. I immediately returned the items I had chosen and walked quickly out the door. I will NOT return here, they don't respect the safety of their customers or their workers!! And this during the worst time in the pandemic, where cases, hospitalizations, and deaths are increasing at an alarming rate. They should be ashamed of themselves. Throughout this pandemic I have shopped here several times a week, buying a lot of overpriced goodies. I have probably spent $30-$50 a week here since April. They will definitely notice that they have lost a good customer since I won't be shopping here again. The one star is for the cashiers who are always polite and wear their masks.

I think this is a corporate thing less than poor local management. The same great employees still work there.

I called in a prescription and was told it would be ready in an hour. That was fine. I went to…read morethe store an hour and a half later to pick it up (I gave the pharmacy an extra half hour just to be safe). I waited in line to see the pharmacy cashier and pick up/pay for my prescription. I'm told it is not ready. The young woman at the counter did not apologize. She said I could wait or come back. That was all she said. It was like she thought my time was worth nothing and I could just wait an indeterminate period of time or I could just leave without my medication. I had to ask: How long would I have to wait? She said 20-30 minutes. After I waited in line for at least 10 minutes that's a 40 minute wait. What is the point of calling in the prescription and being given a time that it will be ready and not honoring the time being given to the customer? Especially not acknowledging that the customer has every right to be frustrated. Terrible customer service. "Go away or wait." Rude employees who don't take any responsibility for achieving the expectations that they give to the customers. No wonder they look like they are going out of business. With performance like that, customers will not try to keep them open. Not me.
