They told me the issue was one thing and fixed it for a lot cheaper than I thought. Unfortunately, the air only worked for a day after that. I text and called the guy, I believe it was the son I was dealing with, and he asked me to check something; based on the check he advised it was a different issue he was worried about. Came back out and replaced THAT part. The unit ran for a couple of days, then went out again. I was extremely frustrated. None the less, I knew it was an older unit. They gave me a quote on a new HVAC, advised they don't offer financing and that was pretty much it. I don't want to say they were rude, definitely not, I just couldn't help but feel like I was a bother with response to texts a few days later with statements such as "phone wasn't working" rather than saying don't work weekends. I suppose I just didn't feel like welcome, for lack of a better word. You know that feeling when someone wants your business...
