A control board failed and he ordered the part. Due to the age of the unit, the installation of the replacement had to be modified but Seth is highly technical and quickly figured it out. He tested the system and showed us where a blower motor was still working but slowly going out so we replaced that before it failed. He also checked the duct work, found and sealed an opening that was reducing the efficiency of the system. Overall we are super pleased and asked for Seth to do a follow up inspection on the heater.
