I was very pleased with their skill levels and especially with their customer relationship skills. 3. Their prices were competitive. They gave me a fixed cost thus taking the risk of unexpected loner ghourly charges out of the equation. 4. Their guarantees are impressive. However, one never knows about guarantees until one has to exercise a guarantee. Time will tell on this one. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. So even with a senior discount I have a $1548 bill. When I asked why I wasn't given the full senior 20% discount, the answer is that the job was not big enough. Of course that was not in either the large or the small print.
