We had all kinds of problems and they had Sean dispatched the same day! We were grateful because he fixed the immediate issue and then explained what had to be done. This includes checking the breaker boxes, smoke detectors, checking in the kitchen, etc... The whole process can take an hour or more (before they can give any type of quote).
