Tina & John are both very knowledgeable and honest. I will never use another HVAC company on any of my rental properties or my primary residence again. They have done more than 10 repairs for me in the last 3 years at different properties of mine. They always figure out what the problem is and have been able to repair the existing units when other HVAC companies told me to replace them. I highly recommend them! read more

They are absolutely amazing! Honest and solid and I went through many via my home warranty company until I finally had to tell them not to send anyone but them. They are honest, solid, and because of that...they have been servicing my AC unit for more than 20 years!!! read more

They were very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. They even went around and changed the direction of some of the vents in my house so that they blew in directions that made more sense without me even bringing it up. The pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes that I got for an air conditionet installation and they didn't try to sell me on doing a furnace at the same time like some other places did. They said it could wait until the next air conditioner replacement. read more

Most recently, Ample Air installed a completely new HVAC system in my house. I have used Ample on several occasions from entirely new systems to simple maintenance requests. They always provide responsive customer service and very reasonable prices. Quality is always great also. I like that Tina and John will take the time to explain whatever the situation is and recommend various courses of action. read more

Ample Air is an amazing air conditioner repair service. I contacted Tina last night and today they came over in the morning. We thought the air conditioner was gone, because it is old, but Tina and John got it up and running again. They are kind, friendly and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for a top quality air conditioner repair service at a fair price this is the best company out there !! read more

Tina and John showed up, fixed the heater in reasonable about of time and cost. Later that evening, after business hours, the heater stopped working. I called and left a message-- Tina called me first thing in the morning (before business hours), scheduled a time to arrive and they were here and resolved the issue. Will definitely use them for my regular services. read more

John and Tina are the best. Cleaned up my old window AC, it was disgusting, and now it works fantastic! I would highly recommend them.

Here's an Update: After four weeks of running perfectly after their repair, the AC quit again! I called and left a message on a Friday evening after 5pm, when they were closed for the weekend, I got a call back on Saturday, they were out on Monday and found another small leak and repaired it. Professional, skilled, dependable. Thank you guys and Tina at Ample Air! read more

Great experience. John arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and what he would be looking for in both the air conditioners, filters and thermostats. He told me what preventative measures I could take throughout the year to help maintain the system once he got the initial service completed. It seams the previous owners had never had it serviced. Once John completed the appointment he said we should be able to get many more years from the units. He also discussed with me the importance of service on the gas furnace and where it was located. I give this company an A+ and will use them again. read more

Ample Air Systems - Picture is after service (just water beside the tall air conditioner). - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Riverside, California

Ample Air Systems sent their technician John out to come look at our furnace. AAS was the 3rd company to come out in the past 2 months. They gave us a window of when they would come by, and we actually there at the beginning of their time window, which was great. The previous two companies did some minor troubleshooting, but after they left we could tell by listening that our furnace still wasn't 100% the way it was prior to going out. When John was working on the unit he replaced a bad part, then I could hear him vacuuming, and doing some additional maintenance. He recommend more routine filter changes that could create better airflow. I really appreciate this company's professionalism and honesty. read more

They worked in conjunction with American Home Shield, a warranty company. I over the past 3 yrs have had problems with my HVAC. Ample air helped them defraud me out of service! Telling them that I put the air filter in wrong and that's why my 25yr old system wasn't working!! Total BS!! AHS now refuses to service the unit! I was forced to buy a new one... 19,261.00 which includes the cost for mold removal which occurred due to the unit continually leaking!! read more

Called my home warranty after seeing water coming from our furnace/ water heater area. Tina called to set up an appointment time and John showed up early, which is amazing. John informed me that it was an easy fix from the start. Found out that he was the same guy that came last summer for another issue. He was extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I could completely trust him and will definitely use them again. It was a great experience overall. read more

I cannot recommend Ample Air Systems enough! They regularly provide friendly, professional service but today they went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I had heat before some expected cold and rainy weather. They did this even though I am a tenant, not the one approving and paying the bills. I feel safer knowing that I can rely on them to help keep me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. read more

I would give this business 100 stars if I could, but YELP limits me to 5 stars! Ample Air Systems is an awesome company to work with! John and Tina are a great team! They are professional, efficient, and super nice people. They gave us a very good price to replace our vintage A/C unit and Furnace. They installed a larger A/C unit that is incredibly efficient. In fact, my wife who always complaining about how hot it was in our house with the older a/c unit, is now asking me to turn the new a/c unit up in temperature because it is cooling down our home so efficiently and effectively. I would highly recommend John and Tina of Ample Air Systems, without any hesitation, if you are need a new A/C unit, new furnace, or any service of your existing heating and air conditioning equipment. read more

My experience with Ample Air was great! Tina and John are so friendly and were happy to take the time with me to explain what my issues were and how to get my AC running again. Both Tina and John actually came out to my house for the service call. They were very quick to schedule my appointment and are so responsive. This all came after a terrible experience with Anthem Mechanical who seemed to basically do everything they could to rip me and my home warranty company off. We will definitely be using Ample Air again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! read more

This company is one of the best around recommended them to all my friends and my work which they fixed both my house A/C and my work , they are very good at what they do they even did a follow up to see how my AC was working at home and I know they will call and do a follow up for my work , you want a trustworthy company this is the one , you want a awesome customer service this is the one , no question about it this is the number one place for your A/C repairs and service , thank you again Ample Air System read more

I've used Ample Air twice. The first time was during a home warranty repair of a thermostat. The second time was just today when they came out to replace the inducer motor on our forced air furnace. This time was not a home warranty visit, so the expense came out of my own pocket. The great thing though is that Ample charged me only about half the cost of what another highly recommended contractor wanted. John and Tina came out as a team and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. It's nice to do business with people who are friendly, honest and locally based. They will have all our heat and air business from now on. I highly recommend them. read more

Let me just say that i was very impressed with the technician AAS sent out to my home. John G. was a very nice knowledgeable and professional technician that was able to troubleshoot and repair our AC system. He was able to find the actual cause of the problem and pointed us to have a electrician come out and correct the issue to prevent this from happening again. Thanks John. If another issue were to arise i would ask for this company specifically from my AHS(home insurance). read more

My AC was not functioning. John came out and serviced my unit doing all the troubleshooting he could do. He found that the thermostat was broken. He replaced that and gave me tons advice about HVAC since I am a first time home owner. He even adjusted my AC vents so that they actually pushed air in the proper directions. I would highly recommend John to anyone! read more

We were referred to Ample Air by a friend and now we are indebted to that friend. Tina called me back very timely to schedule my appointment. She was able to give me an idea of what were looking at for cost based on my description of the problem. She did not know that my cousin knows a/c units and told me what was wrong and what a fair price should be to repair it. When John came out to do the work he was so friendly! He completed the work, and Tina and my cousin were right about what the problem was. The price was well within the range I was told and he never tried to up sell anything to us, and he wasn't afraid of our dogs! Not only will be using them again (if needed) we will be sure to refer them to my friends!!! read more

This review is ONLY for their dispatch person. on try 1 she was not willing to give me 10 minutes to get home for the technician to look at the AC unit, I asked if they could give me a specific appointment time or a call ahead of their arrival on try 2, as I work 1 mile away and could meet the technician at the VACANT house, she started talking to me in a very rude manner, when I asked her not to talk to me that way, she just said "well, I guess we don't need to come see you then" very rude person and quite unprofessional, her name was either Tina or Trina, she lost one customer for Ample air and I wonder how many more. read more

I'm very pleased with Ample Air Systems. We've used them twice through our home warranty company. Their customer service and quality of work are top notch. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

It started with Tina providing great customer service. Then John came out and completed the work on our heater. He was the best. John inspected our old furnace and coil first, giving us honest and helpful advice. Tina Griego negotiated a fair price. John and Tina installed the new Coleman 4ton unit, Model DGAA070BDTD. It looks great and works better. We are very happy! 100% recommendation! read more

My review is old, but I wanted to make sure they get the accolades they do. I have had them come out twice for home warranty repairs and was pleased both times. It was the same technician and he was friendly and informative. He took the time to answer my questions while he did his work. I was so impressed that if I ever have any A/C needs in the future, home warranty or not, I will be calling them. read more

There's nothing quite like the ac going out in August. To put it mildly, it's totally miserable. Tina was prompt and professional. John, the tech, came out to our house the same day we called. He was very professional, answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgable and skilled. He had the air running icy cold in an hour and the price was fair. Our ac has never run colder or more efficiently, it's really comforting to know we have them to call with any future issues. read more

My home warranty sent this company out to my home Saturday and they have been the greatest. The scheduler I think her name is Tina or Lisa is very nice and accommodating everyt time I call. She allowed me to reschedule my appointment and she also called me when they had cancellations. My technician Robert was really knowledgeable. He knew what was wrong with my unit within 5 mintes. He said he had to order a part and someone will call me on Monday to schedule but they should be back out within a week. And sure enough I received a call the following Monday morning with an appointment for Friday. If you're looking for excellent customer service I recommend this company. read more

Amazing company. They take the time to look at your unit and they are incredibly honest. They don't try to get you to pay more. They are also incredibly knowledgable and take the time to tell what can be done to make your air flow consistently better. These guys are the real deal! read more

This company is the Awful! Not only do they rip you off, but their hours are Monday through Friday in the middle of the day. Very unreasonable and they do not work in the weekends or evening, meaning you have to take a day off to be there. They "fixed" our ac, to the point of having to come out 3 times this year. Our ac mysteriously ran out of frion each time! We had to place a lock on our unit. And the insurance sent them out. Tina was rude and unreasonable and they do not accomidate hard working familys. Taking days off every few months to wait for this repair company that will rip you off? Do not use this company. you will regret it. and it will cost you 600 every other month! read more

I have American Home Shield as my home warrantee company. I had an issue with my air conditioner a few months ago and it took weeks to get it repaired. The contractor would not answer my calls or calls from the home warrantee company. So, last week, when the ac went out again, I called the home warrantee company and received an email that the same company was coming out this time. Fortunately, a short time later, I received a second email that it would be Ample Air Systems assigned to my repairs. I cannot even express how happy I am with Ample Air's customer service. Tina continually kept me informed of the status of the repair. When the part had to be ordered and there was a delay in shipping she notified me. She let me know that we would be first up when it arrived. She called me as soon as she received it yesterday and the repairman was here bright and early today to install the new compressor. Thank you Ample Air, and Tina, for you excellent customer service. read more

Our A/C went out during the hottest week of the year. Of course! We called our home warranty provider and they put us in touch with Ample Air. They were out the next day. And they accommodated us with our request for an appointment earlier in the day as we were leaving for a camping trip. Robert was our technician. Awesome! He was so nice and worked quickly. Cleaned our unit and checked everything. Recharged our system and got everything cooling again. And he took the time to make sure we were satisfied with every thing. Then he double checked everything again before he left. I will definitely call them again when we need A/C service and will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors!!! Thanks Robert and Ample Air! read more

I'm giving my review based solely on the phone customer service and the great experience I had...and I haven't even had my appointment yet! Justina (Tina) responded promptly to my quote request; she is knowledgeable, friendly and provided me with information on A/C systems servicing that helped me to make my decision to go with Ample Air Systems. The pricing is straight forward and honest, none of this "service charge to come out to take a look and then quote you" stuff. I look forward to my appointment on Thursday the 6th, with John. I'll keep you posted! read more

Well my home warranty company FINALLY sent me a contractor who was competent, courteous and customer friendly. My whole experience from scheduling to the technician John coming out and fixing the problem was A++++. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Great service, best I've had through the warranty company that came with the house. John earned me as a customer after the warranty expires. He was honest and knowledgeable, and even said he didn't need to sell me new equipment because that would be untruthful. Great example of treat others how you want to be treated. read more

I actually cancelled my appointment with American Home Shield today. But, I had some questions and concerns. Tina was very patient with me, even though I did not need a repair at this point, she answered all of my questions with no hesitation. I was afraid of who I would get on the phone after dealing with other companies that have been sent out previously. I was very pleasantly surprised. I would not hesitate to call this company back just to give the air conditioner a tune up read more

I didn't catch the lady's name, but I believe the gentleman's name was John. They were both extremely helpful and genuine. I am very un-educated when it comes to home ownership and maintenance, and they answered all my questions and showed me very clearly how to upkeep my AC system. Thank you so very much guys!! read more

Always great and honest service which is so hard to find now days. Robert is great! Tina is always awesom! Thank u thank u thank u!!!

Let me start off by saying that today is Saturday, April 25, 2020, so the 1-star review I just read claiming Ample Air won't work weekends is apparently BS... I am totally impressed by the work done by this company. Having been contacted by Tina to set up a time to look at our AC problem, she apologized as they were booked and wouldn't be able to make it until Monday, however she called back later and said that an opening had come up for Saturday and they would be here between 8 and 9. They arrived at 8:02. They were able to find and repair the problem rather quickly, but also took the time to explain how my system was set up (we have two AC and heating units with 3 control units, so I was having trouble figuring out what controlled what). I now know that the unit in the attic is a 'zoned' unit that controls the upstairs as well as the dining room, kitchen and family room downstairs. The unit in the space over the master closet downstairs controls the 3 bedrooms downstairs as well as the formal living room. They also explained to us that having as many vents closed as we did caused the unit to operate inefficiently, and can eventually lead to problems. The also explained the best way to set up the vents directionally to provide the most efficient cooling. They also took care to practice the 'social distancing' procedures, which was much appreciated as both my 90 year old father-in-law, who lives with us, and my wife are immuno-compromised. read more
