Wow you guys are as dirty as they come. Using fear to motivate a consumer to buy. It is a $17 part and a fast repair. I was willing to pay $300 just to get it fixed but you tried for $2,000 or 1300 we said no - then you said $850 after that we asked for $300 you came back at $450. Here is the best part - my neighbor came by minutes after you left. Fixed it in 10 minutes no charge. The part cost $17 at AC Pro. Cslb will be receiving a complaint on your license you are taking advantage of people that you think don't know better. I feel bad for the ones purchase your sleazy plan. Enjoy my $69 for wasting my time. I would have paid a more than fair price to fix it but you guys are so over the top dirty I'd rather be hot for one more night and get an honest contractor. This is regards to BWR A/C. I had a new A/C unit installed 2 years ago, for 3 months I called BWR and told them it wasnt cooling the house. They'd sent out techs but still wasnt cooling my house. After 3 summer months of unusually large electic bills and warm house, Brian came out and fixed new A/C unit. In December 2022 I had water damage due to poor install of condensor bracket on roof. Roof repair was $700. August 2023 more water damage due to secondary drainage pipe left sitting on attic floor. BWR sold business to Absolute Airfow. read more

We had a terrible experience with Absolute Airflow. Our AC compressor was making noise when starting/turning off, had them come out to diagnose the issue. We were told that we would need a new compressor because the valve or gears were bad and couldn't be repaired. The price to put a new one in would be $7,500! He recommended not doing that but that we'd be better off buying a whole new system due to our current one being outdated. Next day I consult with another AC person who says the coils are just really dirty (see picture of how terrible it ended up being and what absolute airflow missed) and the sound may just be the internal pressure relief. We cleaned it and now problem is gone! All it needed was a cleaning. These guys will try to rip you off. read more

I am so happy with my HVAC service! Jay Magana arrived with a smile and positive vibe. I explained my issue with the A/C and he right away explained what the issue might be. Which was a pleasant surprise after having had a different HVAC company come and after 3 hours were not able to figure out what was wrong with my A/C. Jay was quick to get to work and did not make a fuss about having to crawl up to the attic to check the furnace. He kindly explained what the issue was and what needed to be repaired and got to work. I needed a toilet fill valve replaced. I wasn't in the mood to do it so I called them for a quote. Their guy came by and told me it would cost $1,100 to replace the fill valve. He said for another $70 they could just replace the whole toilet. I asked him why he couldn't just remove the tank and put a new valve in, then replace the tank. He said they did not do that service because it might leak. I declined their offer and went to Lowe's and bought a fill valve for $17 and did it myself in 20 minutes. The toilet has been running great ever since. I would be careful before using these guys. read more

Called for an estimate to unclog toilets in a rental property. They came out and told me they put a camera down a roof pipe and saw blockage. They cannot unblock toilets because I don't have a trap. Said they have to install one, which means chipping out my driveway and running a line from the house to the streets sewer system. Cost will be $5,800.00 and if I give him approval now he can rearrange schedule and start the following day. After talking to people, I was told all houses have a trap, it's building code. I contacted another plumber, he came out, located the trap, ran a camera, there was a root in pipe. He removed root and charged $240.00. This place is a terrible, dishonest and trying to rip people off for things not necessary! read more

With the clock ticking on my Kitec piping from 2002, a complete re-piping for my home was job one after the new year. After meeting with plumbing contractors, and getting three estimates, I was fortunate to choose Chris Deshields team from Absolute AirFlow. Chris's attention to details for my homes re-pipe, and his stressing peace of mind recommendations, quality workmanship, and complete confidence on the inspection process with Building And Safety here in Santa Clarita, I can whole heartily recommend Absolute Airflow for anyone's plumbing needs. Carlos and Simon were my plumbers and they are just incredible at their trade (I worked 43 years in the elevator industry, I really respect great tradesmen). It was a major three day project, but Carlos and Simon had me covered with running hot water/shower and bathroom on day one, in fact, Carlos told me they would not leave on day one until that first stage was complete no matter what the time! In the process of my re-pipe, Carlos and Simon really wanted me to have someone look at my HVAC ducting in the attic which was falling apart in front of their eyes, so I reached out to Chris Deshields and by the end of day two, Chris Burkman from Absolute Airflow, an HVAC specialist arrived, and climbed into the attic, took detailed photos and told me my ducts were heating and cooling my attic and not my house! Well the old saying, while you're in there, let's get it done, and on day four of the project with no delay, the Absolute Airflow HVAC team performed heart surgery on my ducts, again I cannot stress enough on how great these guys are, neat, polite professional. And to really try and bring home the point, Carlos and Simon stopped by to see how things were going (they had worked in the area), that is real customer service! My air flow is now a wind flow, and my Nest is reporting averages 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs energy history (and it's been cold up here) as opposed to the 3.5 to 4.5 hrs energy history from January. Inspection was set up by Absolute Airflow, and they also were here to meet the inspector and show him the job, and other than a combination carbon monoxide smoke detector up grade I needed (not related to my re-pipe, but a good thing to upgrade anyway) the job passed with flying colors, in fact, the inspector told me when he left "nice job" Of course the final piece of the project after inspection was the drywall and patching, and they did not disappoint, Ernesto was incredible with the repairs, he even nailed the texture in the drywall patches (I showed three of my neighbors my house throughout the project, all impressed, but really amazed with Ernesto!) I have since recommended Absolute Airflow to a long time dear friend, and same results for his plumbing problems, Chris's team delivered another great result. The repairman was on the phone with a trainer he had the whole time . Management are liars I asked to speak to one and they lied and said they would fix it and they didn't. I have a split HVAC system with 2 zones. Upper and lower level on two thermostats. About 2 months ago I had Nexgen come out and after they charged me over $1000 for parts on a 5 year old unit the problem was not solved. I had another company out as well that could not figure out the problem. After calling the home builder I found out about BWR. Skeptical, I called them. I had to wait a week for an appointment but it ended up being well worth it. Efrain and Paul came over. Asked a ton of questions and got busy. Within 30 min he had a solution to my problem. Within 1 hour my system was fixed and I paid a small service call fee. Wow.... Businesses like this still exists! Efrain and Paul are 2 fine young men that really care about making the customer happy. I've been in a service related field for over 30 years and it's rare to meet people like this. Oh, he did mention that the company was good to him and treats their employees well. I could see it even without him telling me. So for HVAC go to BWR and ask for Efrain and Paul. Our a/c went out on July 4th weekend and it was a scorcher. We called our home warranty and they sent someone out who didn't even look at the unit, but said it was missing parts. We never touched our a/c in the attic! It was original to the house when built. Needless to say because of his negligence the home warranty denied the claim (they will hear from our lawyer). LUCKILY we found Absolute Airflow and called them to look at it. Kyle came over and was VERY knowledgeable, helpful and knew what to recommend for our situation. We had something in mind, and he explained the pros and cons and offered other solutions also. He was not pushy as we took our time deciding what we wanted. And answered all of our questions. We appreciated the fact that Absolute offered a "You love it or it's Free Guarantee" as well. They have definately worked with us as our new system needed some adjustments. So happy we chose BWR to remove our 26 year OLD broken Hvac Furnace and replace All our old Ducting.
