I called the Kihei O'Reilly Store and was greeted by Kyle, who quickly provided a range of very reasonable new battery prices, of which he had (4) varieties in stock. It was getting late in the day but he said no worries, come on in and we can change it out for you if you buy it here. Kyle greeted me on arrival, quickly processed the purchase and installed my new battery out in the parking lot in only 15 minutes. I was blown away at how reasonable and efficient this transaction was. I flew over from Oahu to complete the purchase. Kendall picked me up at the airport and allowed me to drive the truck I was buying to Kihei. The truck was good - just as Kendall described. This review is for the Karmart service side of things. Karmart service does not answer the phone. You have to call them at least 6-10 times for them to pick up and this is a consistent issue over the years, and I learned why-- they have the phone ringer all the way down. I stood at the desk to turn in my keys and you can hear the faintest ring from the desk. There're all laughing and giggling talking about lunch in there so they can't hear it. Second I got a quote for over $1000 to replace TWO of my brake pads and rotor. They told me that it was dangerously low and I should leave it with them over night to fix it-- I said no because I felt like that price was outrageous. I proceeded to pick my car up and he tells me that he could offer me a discount of $200 and lower the price to $800 and some change. I still said no --I went right down the road to a mechanic and he quoted me $500 to change my TWO brake pads and rotor said he'd only need it for 2 hours -- vs karmart who told me they'd need it from open to close. $438 is what Karmart wanted for labor & $524 for "parts" the other mechanic said that that's a ridiculous price as my parts for my car costed him $300. Be warned that their parts department prices are outrageous and I will never use them now that my complementary services are done.

I recommend it to her that we buy 20/10 concentrated washer fluid. this is an extremely well-known product. It's has no dyes in it. The parts agent at the desk told my partner. "He had never heard " of it and that they did not have it in stock and sold her some premixed washer fluid which is fine. I use that fluid it in my own car, but it wasn't what we asked for. His response to her was he had never heard of it and they did not have it instead of looking it up like they do for almost every customer. Who's looking for a fuse or a brake pad, or anything else . When she got back to the car, I checked on the website and it was in stock at that store, so I decided to go in and just ask him about it. It wasn't too busy in the store, and I thought it would be ok. He's a man of my age. Who's likely worked around vehicles for a long time. He was wearing a Safeway hat, which I thought was kind cool in its own way. Because there was someone ahead of me. I decided to get the part, which was displayed in the back of the store clearly, with the other two brands of washer fluid. I waited for the agent to become available. He took someone ahead of me who had went out to their car and was coming back, which which happens at these stores. When it was my turn to get to the counter, I showed him the white bottle of 20 10 fluid and said to him gently that I wanted him to know that the product was in stock, and it was our first choice. His response was. He said he did not know had the product and it was in stock but he did not say to me he had "never heard" of the product. Which would've surprised me if he had not. I told its concentrated, and therefore, it's easier to store, for the long-term use His response to my comment after showing the product was not defensive and therefore somewhat favorable. He said, I would have to mix this product with water, and I told him we can get water. I can't say this was a five star experience because we weren't able to buy a product that was on in the shelf on the store, but I do think his reaction was good, and I appreciated it. I would be happy to go back there again when went and if they need a rises.
