Yesterday we needed to buy the most basic thing you would buy in an auto parts store . My partners…read moreneeded washer fluid. She did decide to go in herself. It seemed pretty straightforward. I recommend it to her that we buy 20/10 concentrated washer fluid. this is an extremely well-known product. It's has no dyes in it. The parts agent at the desk told my partner. "He had never heard " of it and that they did not have it in stock and sold her some premixed washer fluid which is fine. I use that fluid it in my own car, but it wasn't what we asked for. His response to her was he had never heard of it and they did not have it instead of looking it up like they do for almost every customer. Who's looking for a fuse or a brake pad, or anything else . When she got back to the car, I checked on the website and it was in stock at that store, so I decided to go in and just ask him about it. It wasn't too busy in the store, and I thought it would be ok. He's a man of my age. Who's likely worked around vehicles for a long time. He was wearing a Safeway hat, which I thought was kind cool in its own way. Because there was someone ahead of me. I decided to get the part, which was displayed in the back of the store clearly, with the other two brands of washer fluid. I waited for the agent to become available. He took someone ahead of me who had went out to their car and was coming back, which which happens at these stores. When it was my turn to get to the counter, I showed him the white bottle of 20 10 fluid and said to him gently that I wanted him to know that the product was in stock, and it was our first choice. His response was. He said he did not know had the product and it was in stock but he did not say to me he had "never heard" of the product. Which would've surprised me if he had not. I told its concentrated, and therefore, it's easier to store, for the long-term use His response to my comment after showing the product was not defensive and therefore somewhat favorable. He said, I would have to mix this product with water, and I told him we can get water. I can't say this was a five star experience because we weren't able to buy a product that was on in the shelf on the store, but I do think his reaction was good, and I appreciated it. I would be happy to go back there again when went and if they need a rises.

Worried that there wasn't going to be anything within our budget. As we were dropped off the clouds unzipped and it was raining. Not conducive for browsing a lot. Imagine our surprise when a car that was within our budget and so much more beautiful than we ever expected was sitting right at the doors of the store. We met with Wilson who invited us in, shared such Aloha and ensured we were comfortable while we awaited to talk to a sales agent. He was actually speaking to another person who was looking at the car we liked. That man decided to wait and his processing was our blessing. Daniel Paiva was the best sales agent I have ever encountered. All my purchases have been on the mainland and we were excited to purchase here on Maui. I informed my husband that it's such a game when it comes to purchasing yet here it was all upfront and no pressure to give a bigger down payment and no pressure with the purchase that we had chosen. The finance approval process was harmless and fast. We were approved quickly. We would've driven off the lot had our insurance agent could have been contacted but they did about an hour after Servco closing. My insurance agent emailed the insurance binder and Monday morning the car was ours. Fair and manageable payments with a loan we can live with and probably pay off sooner. Daniel helped set up our phones and offered further assistance down the road. When we are ready to purchase our second car we know where to go and strongly recommend. Aloha was alive and well with Wilson and Daniel. Mahalo for everything

Service was truly the worst I've ever experienced -- and this is for a car my girlfriend bought…read morefrom them. It was my first time bringing the car in for service. There are no signs showing where to go. There's a "Service Express" sign on one building, a garage to the left, and cars parked everywhere. I headed toward the garage, which is how every dealership I've been to before operates. A Nissan‑uniformed employee came out of the garage and yelled at me, asking what I was doing. I told him I was here for service and had no idea where to drop off the car. He told me to turn around because I was "pointing to the wrong direction." I assumed he was just a mechanic having a bad day -- turns out he was the service rep assigned to my appointment. He told me to drop off the keys and said the car would be ready in 2-4 hours. He asked for a number to call or text; I gave him mine. That was it. No explanation of what they were going to do, no offer of a ride home, no mention of a waiting area. Nothing. Four hours later, instead of contacting me like instructed, he texted my girlfriend. When I picked up the car, he handed me the paperwork, pointed where to sign, and again gave no explanation of what was done

Autozone has a much larger store than the other guys with a huge variety of supplies for your car or truck. The people are friendly, too. I stopped in, even though I didn't need anything right now. I recently purchased a battery for my Maui cruiser from the guys down the road and was disappointed in the deal I got, so I wanted to see what I could get here. Turns out, I could get a new battery at Autozone for $100 but it has a warranty lasting only 3 months. Cheaper, but crappy guarantee. If I wanted to spend over $200, I could get a 2 year warranty. Is it worth the cost? I guess it depends on how much money is in your pocket. Anyway, stop in and see all the stuff you never knew you needed. They're in the old Ruby Tuesday building, across from Safeway.
