This put my mind at ease after being previously anxious to try waxing at a spa that I'd never visited. I had such a wonderful experience during my first appointment. My esthetician, Rory Exton, was kind, genuine, and welcoming and put my mind at ease, especially after I detailed my past not-so-great waxing experience at a different facility. Throughout my appointment, she led me through the process and gave me tips and tricks for lessening pain (which worked) and for aftercare. She made me feel right at home and truly safe and the entire staff was just as kind and welcoming as she was. I had pretty high expectations since the service was around $130. The environment was clean, relaxing, and had a nice ambiance with soothing music. My esthetician was a young woman who was very kind and professional. Before starting, she explained a few optional add-ons (for an extra cost), and I agreed to just one. However, the facial itself felt much shorter than 50 minutes, more like 20! While it was somewhat relaxing, it ended so quickly that I almost wanted to ask if the time was correct. With tip, I ended up spending around $200 total, including the gift card, and honestly, it didn't feel worth the price. They also tried a bit too hard to sell a membership, which was slightly annoying. Still, I might go back one day to try a massage and see if that experience is better. Overall, the spa was clean, the staff were polite, and the atmosphere was lovely, but I just wish the facial had lasted as long as promised.
