I must say I stopped by that was my childhood pizza store fresh at the oven. Nice service but a lot of think has changed since then it's not the same flavor the price definitely not worth it but has a good vibe that reminds me back in the days. They don't even put much cheese place needs a new update, but it was OK if I would go again there I don't know. I must say there falafel is good.

    Yummy pizza!

Solid Kosher pizza. Boro Park is not a real foodie neighborhood, and grabbing a bite there can be tough if you are fussy on food, so this place is perfect. If you are into a lot of tomato sauce, probably not for you, as they do not seem to put a ton of tomato sauce on their pizza, but the dough, the cheese, the texture, the flavor, all perfect and authentic Brooklyn pizza. NOT too OILY at all which is great. It traveled very well, on multiple busses and did not leak a bit. I enjoyed the customer service too, friendly guys at the counter. Very close to the B11 bus. Definitely hit up if you are in the neighborhood.

    Spinach calzone

The spinach calzone was hefty and well-filled; cheese was a gooey delight and contrasted with the greenery. Square pizza was pretty good but some parts of the slice were lacking in cheese. The regular slice fresh from the oven had an excellent crisp on the bottom and held up well with folding. Broccoli calzone was preferable to the spinach one but still displayed the same smooth cheesiness.

Amnons has been my favorite pizza store since im 8yrs old...grew up in boro park so i ONLY ate at amnons, the pizza cant be beat! They have their own recipe for their pizza(i assume Muenster and some mozz) and its AMAZING! And like no other! Dont even mention the tehina bc its out of this world! Obsess over the falafal!-ill even eat it cold!(thats how good!!!) do you're self a favor, and scratch amnons of ur bucket list and indulge!!!!

Food: Smash burger are great, they are not the best but I would rank it as top 5 in the city. I was pretty surprised how they charge for cheese (the place is mostly Kosher, and the Cheese of I remember is vegan) which contradict the concept of smash burgers. The fries were overly cooked if not almost burned, so I couldnt eat half of the basket. Service: ordering regular fries and getting trufle fries just to charge me extra is not a nice move. But having those popcorn and water cup made up for it little bit. If I knew I would be charged that much (burger + fries) I would have chosen from the lunch special menu

We were a group of 8 with two children. After touring Crown Heights since early morning, we stopped here for lunch. We walked in, were nicely greeted and sat down immediately. The waitress came over, said hello and immediately took a drink order. They. have a pretty extensive list of wine and beer here along with their very complete food menu. I skipped the appetizer but a few of my friends had the wings. I made the mistake of not tasting one and they looked delicious. Who ever had one also enjoyed them. I went straight for the burger, most of of did. Their classic burger was, [well] a classic. A great patty of [kosher] beef with all the toppings. It was perfectly cooked [medium] and flavorful and moist. This is definitely a great burger spot. Too bad it's a 45 minute drive from me. Service was great and our waitress very attentive to detail. I am really looking forward to a return trip with my wife. I want to experience their great looking desserts. KUDO's to the team here at Boeuf & Bun.

If that's not the most Brooklyn thing ever, I don't know what is. Same sandwiches, different blessing. Everybody says order the pastrami, so I listened like a grown man should. Pastrami on rye with spicy mustard absolutely slapped. Smoky, juicy, perfectly stacked, and messy enough to ruin your shirt with honor. Then came the beef brisket on rye with a cup of au jus for dipping... and brother, that dip should be studied by scientists. Pure perfection. Washed everything down with a Dr. Brown's root beer like it was 1957. No fake trendy nonsense. No deconstructed sandwiches. Just old-school deli greatness that punches you directly in the soul. Great food doesn't care where you come from -- it just brings everybody to the same table. That's New York. That's Brooklyn.

Dishes you'll be familiar with but with a slight twist in a good way is the name of the game here. The vibe is upbeat, staff is friendly and the food is on point. This night we had the caramelized medjool dates with chunks of crispy beef bacon, pickled red onions with a drizzle of aioli that but thru the sweet and have it a nice balance. Their signature burger is ultra juicy bf flavorful, even if you must get it well done ;), the Duck pastrami was really tender and had all the flavors of what a traditional pastrami would have. Their charcuterie board was phenomenal and chef said he'd be updating it from time to time with new additions as well. And I'm physical obsessed with their pickled veggies jar!! Loved their olive oil cake served with an in season persimmon and kumquat coulis, almost like a short cake and the sweet and tart of the fruit coulis complimented really well. So get your GNO, BNO, birthday, date night, family celebration going here! It's a fun night out with great food, beautiful ambiance and upgrade energy! Oh and they will hold your table 20 min past your reservation time, DO NOT BE LATER THAN THAT because there is a ton of walk ins and they will give your table up to one of the many hungry patrons waiting. Which I do very much appreciate that they stick to that rule.
