The whole bar has had a glow up over time but the patio is now really striking. I love this place for happy hour cuz they offer free "bar snacks" (chips, nuts, Girkins) to go with your drinks. They have happy hour specials as well, and the bartenders are consistently friendly and accommodating -- if you want them to suggest a cocktail they will. Different nights will give you different results, just depending on the event or DJ involved. I've had some really great times dancing here and then other times when it was so crowded I couldn't move a step so there was kind of no point in being there. Maybe just try it out on different nights of the week and also pay attention to the happy hour times and prices to get great deals on fun drinks when it's not so crowded.

The oyster shooter with Bloody Mary mix also delicious! The fish sandwich was just okay. I added cheese which helped immensely. I wanted a side salad instead of the fries, but it was a $4 up charge which I thought was crazy! The monsoon spicy margarita was good. The plain margarita not so much. Server was great! It's even better when you get it straight from the source. What I love: An expanded selection of small-batch beers you won't find anywhere else. There were like 3 IPAs I'd never heard of before. They even had a lager made with pickles! (not my thing, but it has fans). You can also tell right away this spot is great for large groups, and the patio is like 50 feet long--probably amazing in better weather What I like: You can't go wrong with the food, either. I'm a big fan of the southwestern egg rolls (a better rendition of them than a certain chain restaurant). The sandwiches are decent. Nothing really sticks out as a signature item, and nothing is made with a particular beer pairing in mind, but I'll forgive them--it's solid food. When it cools down a bit, I'll certainly return here to try more lesser-known beers and a snack. The location is a little out of the way, but you won't regret going a couple miles outside of downtown for this.

For snacks, we tried the chicken wings: half honey sauce (our favorite, crispy and delicious) and half bourbon. The bourbon wings had great flavor, though we felt they were slightly undercooked. You'll hardly have space to roam and you can't really accommodate a group larger than 4 people. Service is good, but the seating is cramped. There is nothing uniquely good about the food (I can mostly say it is somehow even greasier than you expect it to be), so you may as well enjoy some snacks and conversation somewhere a little more comfortable.
