A quick perusal of the menu led me to the Goat Gongura Curry ("Marinated goat meat cooked with spices and Gongura (pickled tangy sorrel leaves) to savor the authentic flavors"), which I found very intriguing for the sole reason that I'd never tried it before. It's a tasty dish. There are definitely some bold flavors going on here, and the plentiful meat is very tender and tasty. I will say, however, that the chef applied an awfully heavy hand with the salt. Both myself and my dining companion found the dish far saltier than preferable. It was almost inedible on its own, but when eaten with rice or naan, it actually tasted pretty good. The spice level was right on point, too. I would probably order from Hyderabad Spices again, although I doubt I would ever get that same dish.

I got quick service and then loved how they packaged my paneer to go. They had the rice in a separate container and the paneer in another. It smelled so good! And it tasted really good! The server said it was mild but it was more like medium hot. I just wish we had the same definition of mild.

I really liked the coconut mango shake too, it was presented in the most beautiful way! Next came the main dishes and the korma was packed with curry leaves and the flavour was spot on. I lived the burst of spices in my mouth with every bite. The mutton was also cooked to perfection and tastes delicious! All in all it was a really pleasant experience at this place. The service was above and beyond and if I even wanted to deduct one star for their food, I didn't do it because the service was that good!
