Laundry hot as HELL. Dryers are no longer free for customers washing their clothes. Attendant did not say anything to adults with small children running around out of control -got hit by laundry rack being pushed around by small child right in front of attendant. Not a word said. Next time I'll drive further away to go to a laundromat better managed read more

Very clean, good prices, wide range of washers. Great service, and best of all free dryers!

Very clean laundromat! Great because it offers a free dey with each wash. Very busy on Sundays but worth waiting! Staff us also great and consistently walks around, checks and cleans machines. They also just put in two vending machines!!! The only thing is I wish they had ac - because even with 5-6 fans, it heats up fast! But if you get there early, it's usually fine! read more

Much more costly than the hotel I was staying at so won't return again. It is fairly clean but with a very used look like most laundromats. Poor signage to let you know which machines are not working properly read more

This is the best laundry facility I have ever visited. English speaking laundry attendant who greets everyone, clean machines with fair and inexpensive pricing, wifi and free dry cleaning. I got my laundry done for $3.50. Amazing - and right by the new pedicure place I fell in love with. Ohhhh I'm a fan. read more

I needed a place that had laundry service because i was always busy running around doing errands. I came across this little gem. They have done my laundry a few times but today i decided to stay and do it myself. This it's the cleanest facility I've ever seen. AND not only that but if you wash your clothes here they DON'T charge you to dry them it's FREE!! Washers range from 2.25 to 3.50 but the drying is FREE!! I've never been to a place like this. The people that work here are very friendly. He remembered who i was when i walked in I don't live here I live 6 hours away. read more

The worst laundry in Plano. Will not recommend. Dirty and bed service there. I don't know how they can keep that business

I rarely have the opportunity to visit a laundry mat, but when your washer suddenly conks out clean wash is a must. This is a smaller facility then some of the other places I have visited, but it was super clean and the washers were readily available. By far my favorite since I've been washerless. read more

Great customer service, fast, clean and a breeze. I would recommend anyone who has a laundry disability like myself to take advantage of their bundle service. They price by the pound and fold it up like the pros. Overall... Happy. read more

The owner texted me back and answered my questions very politely. I was impressed. My husband took our laundry for the full service. They delivered what they said they would. Fair price. read more

I'm certain this was the mist pleasurable laundromat experience I've ever had. The place is well maintained, clean, and seemingly well taken care of. There was an attendant who was super welcoming and friendly. read more

Nicest laundromat I've found. Very clean and pleasant. I met the new owner and spoke with him a bit, very nice guy. New machines and free dryers too. read more

Very friendly & helpful staff. Many different capacity size machines. Very clean facility.

This place is amazing. I don't normally go to laundromats but my new comforter is too large for my washer at home. This place is clean, safe, clean, very friendly and helpful, the sweet lady that works here loaded my huge comforter, got my change I needed, showed me how to use the huge machine and the have me a valentine sucker. What a great experience, considering I was dreading it in the first place. They get it here!! read more

The machines actually work, the place is very clean and the attendant is friendly. I never have trouble finding an open machine. Usually not crowded, and most people tend to keep to themselves. Never see any unruly children here, which I like. 10/10 would recommend read more

I have used one other laundromat since moving to Plano. Amigo Laundry facilities were clean and the machines ran smoothly and quickly. I didn't give it a perfect rating due to the size of the facility - it is much smaller than I anticipated. read more

This place is a lifesaver! I have a bad habit of letting my clothes pile up to a point of no return. Once a quarter, I take a huge laundry bag full of clothes and use the wash&fold service here. This place is affordable and they do an excellent job. All of my clothes are washed, dried, hung and folded within the day. I'm not even sure how much it cost per pound, but I've never spent more than $40 on my entire wardrobe. They even help you load up your car with the clean clothes. read more

Very clean and well maintained! The woman working here is also very polite and helpful! read more

Amigo Laundry - Laundry Services Near Me - Plano, Texas

Terrible customer service! I don't even know how they have 4 stars. We had an issue with our washer not having running water. We asked for assistance and the lady working just rolled her eyes at us and continued doing whatever she was doing. We will be taking our business else where. read more

This place is awesome compared to the place that used to be there! The owner is super nice! He was going to Aldi and asked us if we wanted anything! Brand new machines for super cheap and free dry if you wash there! Someone is usually there too! So you could leave and not have to worry about your clothes being stolen like other places in the area! There is even an old school arcade game there! Awesome laundry mat to go to! read more

I was in Plano after bringing my husband to The Heart Hospital Baylor - Plano for open heart surgery and having to stay in the area for a month. The extended stay hotel's laundry facilities were dirty and damaged some of my clothes on my first try to use them. I searched online and found Amigo Laundry. It was just as shown online. It is clean and machines are like new. Amigo Laundry even allows for free dryer use if you use their machines to wash your clothes. Most places where we live charge for dryers and they are always too hot. read more

I really enjoyed washing at the Amigo Laundry the owner is very friendly and keeps the faculty for clean and helps you out with any questions. Over all a great place to wash and dry and feel safe and comfortable. I will be a regular customer from now on...! read more

This is what all laundry mats should be like. Amigo Laundry is safe clean and very enjoyable. The machines are less then a year old and the owner is onsite helping out. If you use the washing machines the dryers are free! read more

Mike really helped me out on New Year's Day. We have a water main leak under the foundation in the living room. I called and he said they were closed today. He asked how much laundry I had, and I only had two loads. He was going in to do some work, and I could stop in. He called back and I was across the street, so I went. It's a great place that's very clean, and if you've paid for the washers, the dryers are free. Thanks again, Mike!!! read more

You will NEVER find a service that will take care of your things better than Amigo! The owner is awesome, the customer service is impeccable, & the laundry comes back clean, folded, AND hung! Any time I am in the area, this will be the ONLY place I'll call for laundry service! read more

I've waited so long to review this awesome establishment just because I don't want everyone in Dallas to be here! I come here weekly to wash my bedding. Honestly this is the cleanest, friendliest coin laundry you will ever step foot into. My first thought when I looked up the reviews was why would a coin laundry place be this awesome and popular? But, I notice a huge difference when I use this facility vs. others I've used! read more

Amigo Laundry is a wonderful place for getting the large loads of laundry done quickly and easily. The facility is very clean with lots of washers and dryers. I will be back with my next large load!! read more

Needed to wash a big load and decided to come here based on the good reviews. The detergent loader was slightly dirty.

I don't go to laundry mats often, but I happened to be in the area, and looked them up on Yelp, and I'm glad I did. The owner helped me choose the right machine, and got everything started for me. This one is worth going out of your way for :) read more

Thank you. Just what I needed. Clean and safe place to clean a few things for a longer than expected trip in Dallas.

I was in town, in Frisco, for preseason soccer practice for a week. Found Amigo Laundry on the web and liked the reviews so drove over to check them out. I wanted a wash and fold service for a week for soccer uniforms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the equipment is new and they have a varied assortment of washers, including washers for large loads of soccer uniforms. They weighed the team's laundry after it was dry, not wet and sweaty when I brought it in. My daily laundry was always completed when I arrived to pick it up, folded neatly and placed in plastic laundry bags. I have traveled the country using laundry services and this one rates right up there with the best I have used. Next time we are in town and the team has the need of a laundry service this is the one that I definitely will use. read more

Amazing laundry facility, modern and updated! We are in between homes and our washer/dryer is currently in storage. It has been a life saver for my family and keeping up with our laundry. We use their wash and fold drop off service and I can't tell you how impressed I am! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Amigo Laundry in Plano!! read more

I've used the wash and fold laundry service and was very impressed. The laundry was done beautifully and the shirts were on HANGERS! That was amazing and a wonderful extra touch. I had occasion to speak with the owner and was again, impressed. He took the time to speak with me, make sure I was completely happy with the service. He cares about his customers and his business. read more

My spouse and I came here for the first time (because of the great review we saw online). But sadly, what we received is a BAD experience and we're certain NOT to come back again. First, our washer didn't start spinning so my husband put in extra quarter (still didn't work). We got the worker to come and take a look, she tempered with it and the machine started working. She acknowledge that we put in extra money but chose to not do anything. We just let it go since it just 1 quarter. Second, when we put our clothes in the dryers, we used the ones next to the office, not knowing there are free dryers for customers who wash clothes. Later on, when we ask for for refund since it is our first time here, she pretend to not understand (and she pretend that she didn't know we used the machines, even though she came and helped us earlier with the washer and exchange bills) Again, she can keep the little amount of money but she for sure won't be getting any more visit from us. We rather go somewhere else to wash our clothes. read more

Nicest Laundry mat I have ever been too. Attendant very helpful. Very clean. Nice machines. Awesome inexpensive price. Change machines, TV's, wifi, chairs, baskets, soap. Machines take a fraction of the time and get clothes very clean. read more
