We were moving recently and were in a pinch on laundry with 3 kiddos and no access to washer & dryer and limited time available to visit a laundry mat and do our own laundry. So I looked these guys up and the reviews were outstanding. They were close enough to us that I decided to give them a try. HOLY COW! Unreal customer service. We dropped off 171l bs. of dirty laundry and it was ready within 24 hours. They even helped me load all of the folded laundry back into my SUV. The owner is terrific. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough. They have to be the best at what they do. read more

I rarely have the opportunity to visit a laundry mat, but when your washer suddenly conks out clean wash is a must. This is a smaller facility then some of the other places I have visited, but it was super clean and the washers were readily available. By far my favorite since I've been washerless. read more

Very clean laundromat! Great because it offers a free dey with each wash. Very busy on Sundays but worth waiting! Staff us also great and consistently walks around, checks and cleans machines. They also just put in two vending machines!!! The only thing is I wish they had ac - because even with 5-6 fans, it heats up fast! But if you get there early, it's usually fine! read more

This is the best laundry facility I have ever visited. English speaking laundry attendant who greets everyone, clean machines with fair and inexpensive pricing, wifi and free dry cleaning. I needed a place that had laundry service because i was always busy running around doing errands. I came across this little gem. They have done my laundry a few times but today i decided to stay and do it myself. This it's the cleanest facility I've ever seen. AND not only that but if you wash your clothes here they DON'T charge you to dry them it's FREE!! Washers range from 2.25 to 3.50 but the drying is FREE!! I've never been to a place like this. This place is a lifesaver! I have a bad habit of letting my clothes pile up to a point of no return. Once a quarter, I take a huge laundry bag full of clothes and use the wash&fold service here. This place is affordable and they do an excellent job. All of my clothes are washed, dried, hung and folded within the day. I'm not even sure how much it cost per pound, but I've never spent more than $40 on my entire wardrobe. They even help you load up your car with the clean clothes. read more

This place is awesome compared to the place that used to be there! The owner is super nice! He was going to Aldi and asked us if we wanted anything! Brand new machines for super cheap and free dry if you wash there! Someone is usually there too! I was in Plano after bringing my husband to The Heart Hospital Baylor - Plano for open heart surgery and having to stay in the area for a month. The extended stay hotel's laundry facilities were dirty and damaged some of my clothes on my first try to use them. I searched online and found Amigo Laundry. It was just as shown online. It is clean and machines are like new. Amigo Laundry even allows for free dryer use if you use their machines to wash your clothes. Most places where we live charge for dryers and they are always too hot. read more

I was in town, in Frisco, for preseason soccer practice for a week. Found Amigo Laundry on the web and liked the reviews so drove over to check them out. I wanted a wash and fold service for a week for soccer uniforms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the equipment is new and they have a varied assortment of washers, including washers for large loads of soccer uniforms. They weighed the team's laundry after it was dry, not wet and sweaty when I brought it in. My daily laundry was always completed when I arrived to pick it up, folded neatly and placed in plastic laundry bags. I have traveled the country using laundry services and this one rates right up there with the best I have used. Next time we are in town and the team has the need of a laundry service this is the one that I definitely will use. read more

My spouse and I came here for the first time (because of the great review we saw online). But sadly, what we received is a BAD experience and we're certain NOT to come back again. First, our washer didn't start spinning so my husband put in extra quarter (still didn't work). We got the worker to come and take a look, she tempered with it and the machine started working. She acknowledge that we put in extra money but chose to not do anything. We just let it go since it just 1 quarter. Second, when we put our clothes in the dryers, we used the ones next to the office, not knowing there are free dryers for customers who wash clothes. Later on, when we ask for for refund since it is our first time here, she pretend to not understand (and she pretend that she didn't know we used the machines, even though she came and helped us earlier with the washer and exchange bills) Again, she can keep the little amount of money but she for sure won't be getting any more visit from us. We rather go somewhere else to wash our clothes. read more
