I have been coming to your laundromat because it's the cleanest the most friendliest place to go if you really need to come and wash and dry. Everything is working all the time it's spotless, I do I have a problem with this , you have a sign face mask required or no service yet I came to Wash and there was two patrons that had no masks they whet to your attendant and were right next to me with no mask. It wasn't my place to tell them to wear a mask. I did go to your attendant, asked her if it was a ruled for wearing a mask was for everyone or not. She stated that it was to much of a problem with you when people don't wear mask it was ok. I asked her so you mean to tell me Hispanics are the ones that need to wear a mask and Caucasian or let free to do whatever they want ? I do not use laundromats often but since I was on a business trip I needed to clean my laundry. It was an efficient process with many washers and dryers for different loads. It did not take long for clothes to be washed and dried! read more

Really like this place if you are going to use a coin-op laundry. Many of the machines are new and appear to be well kept an clean. The dryers are fast and efficient. Again, they are a little on the pricey side but they have some very large capacity commercial washers that met our needs perfectly. I have returned on a few occasions when the item such as a blanket or comforter is too big for my home machine. Results have been great and a LOT less expensive than sending to a Dry Cleaners. read more

I sont often use a laundromat, my washer belt broke and this one is the closest to my home. It is cost efficient, well lit, in a decent part of town, convenient, and quick. I use this laundromat going on 2 yrs. I had 1 basket of clothes to wash, and just couldn't take the 2 hrs to wash. I tried bundle service, thinking that it would be $15.00, at the most maybe $20.00. I picked up my clothes the next day and was charged $40.00!!!!! That's ridiculous!! If I had known that I would have cancelled what I had to do, and washed & dryed my clothes, as I always do. I had a minor issue with my laundry at home and needed to get it done quick. Lots of newer machines here, even though some were out of order. Cost them a star with multiple machines being out on a weekend? Pricing is reasonable considering you can use the larger machines to combine loads. They lost another star with the dryers, or use of them. Seems no one monitors that and some dryers finish and the owners of the clothes/items don't always get there to remove them...leaving several dryers not available. I ended up taking most of my items home to dry. Parking is easy in front. read more

I stopped by recently and I was pretty surprised. This place is located in Plano right off of Ave. K, in the same shopping center as the Plano Police Department and Jin's Korean BBQ, so it's a bit upscale, open, lit, and clean. The signage on the outside is a bit faded and needs replaced, but luckily it appears the owner put that money into the machines inside, where it counts. Everything is stainless steel and industrial sized, and it looks new. The bathrooms are super clean, there's an attendant to answer questions, two TVs, a juke box, some arcade games, and nice potted plants to keep things colorful. The attendant even said they do laundry drop off service, and during my time there, it appeared that several people were regulars, because they were conversing with her and she knew them by name. The day I went, the temperature inside was very nice as well - not cold, not hot. Good airflow. I would definitely recommend over the other coin op places I used in the past in Garland. read more

Typical laundry mat, pretty clean for it being older. 1 tv, vending machines that do work, plenty of seats to wait around. They have the bigger machines for $4.50 and then the cheap white .75 machines that every household has. Dryers are huge, a plus! Plenty of free carts to use for your laundry. Wish they had Wi-Fi? Overall, good old fashioned typical laundry mat. Came on Saturday, a few people here with kids and playing on phones. Not too loud either. read more

It's great for the cost. It's pretty clean inside, the dryers are huge and their biggest washer is only $5. They dryers are .75¢ per 18 minutes. You really only need about 30 max, at least that's what my thick blankets take. read more

A review, for a laundromat? Why not. This place is huge. Equipment seems to be well maintained, there's a decent selection of older arcade games (though a bit dusty). 3 sizes of washers, 2 sizes of dryers. The giant washers are $4.25 per load (I can fit three full size comforters in one), the largest dryers are 75c (you can add more quarters if you need more time). I'm not sure how much the medium or regular size dryers are. Place was pretty clean. And as a bonus, you can hop over to H-Mart's food court while your laundry is in the dryer. read more

Clean and well-run. Plenty of machines for use, even on a busy Sunday. I plan on using PTC again in the future for bulky laundry.

I have used this establishment a few times since moving to the area. The place is very clean! The service and attention by the attendant is great. Helped figure out which machine to use for the amount of clothes I had. Explained how the dryers worked and also informed me that they can wash the clothes for me :-) Awesome!! read more

Came in to wash a king comforter and lots of blankets. Plenty of large machines that were clean and well maintained. $5 for large washer that held 6 large blankets with room to spare. Takes about 35 min a load. Staff was friendly. Very clean and family friendly environment. Several kids hanging out while their parents did laundry. Didn't notice anyone having to wait for machines even though it was a busy day. They have vending machines with sodas and snacks plus a change machine. They do not take credit/debit cards as far as I could tell. FYI - Dryers need more than 18 min to adequately dry heavier loads. Keep inserting quarters to reach at least 30 min ($1.25). Dryer can hold a ton. They have smaller washers ($4.25) and dryers (still good size). Overall - will definitely back to this place for my laundry needs! read more

First time here today. Plenty of washers and dryers. Also a lot of carts for you to use with your clothes for transporting from washer to dryer. My problem is that people were putting their empty baskets in them "reserving them" for their use and therefore none of them free to be used. I also noticed that several of them in the back loaded with stuff apparently by the attendant with cleaning supplies and bags of laundry. Carts should not be allowed to be reserved so that everyone has use of them. read more

So I decided to use the drop off service because I've been super busy. The lady told me $21. I came to pick it up and they charged me $38. The lady refused to rewrite the clothes. Saying that was the price and there was nothing I could do about it. Then they hung my clothes on hangers when I asked for the to be folded. So she handed me a bag and told me to fold them myself. I was just thinking how clean this place was when I put a load of my daughter's and my clothes in a washer. I sat in my car waiting for it to dry which was my fault but I had homework to do. Someone stole our clothes. The worker there motioned to me she didn't understand what I was saying. But to the person who stole my daughter and my clothes, you stole from a single mother's work clothes for a job that is putting food on her little girl's plate. Thanks and God bless read more
