The people that work there are always helpful when needed. I've seen some complaints about the dryers but it never costs me more that $1.50 to dry a dryer containing 2 full loads of laundry. Of course weekends will always be busy and they close right at 10 which is very late in my opinion.

I was the first one in and first one out- it was empty so it was super easy for me to get in and out. I did the quick wash for 18 mins. I used the change machine and got quarters (however they do have an app that you can download and pay via app for cheaper pricing- $1.99 on app for washer instead of $2.50 for quarters). The man working was really nice and to himself and the place itself was pretty clean and quiet. I didn't feel unsafe or out of place. Overall great ! Will definitely use again if need be !

She said another customer need it the dryers, and later claimed her employer told her to remove unattended loads. I told her that I 100% agreed when is busy and no dryers are available. What bothered me most is the inconsistency! on a previous visit, when the laundromat was extremely busy, I waited over 45 minutes for an unattended dryer because the staff told me removing clothes would be an "invasion of privacy." I used to like coming here and would drive 7-8 minutes from home, even with laundromats closer to me. But after today, I won't be returning.

They periodically clean and whip down the equipment. There's a play area for children, vending machines, TVs, ect. They also provide services for you to drop your clothes off and have them take care of everything for you (though I've never used it). The only negative about J&J is that one could say that it's expensive. However, for the peace of mind you have here, I think that is well worth it.
