We ordered through door dash and still enjoyed! I will have to eat in person to get the full experience. I thought everything was delicious!

Love Amici's! This place got super popular the past year and we had to see what the hype was about. Shirley temples are fire! Their lunch special is really good , drink , salad and slice of pizza for $10??? Heck yeah!

This is one of my go to spots for a slice of pizza. I usually order the two slice special but today I decided to go with one slice, side garden salad, and fountain drink for $10.50. My salad was huge. They have great lunch specials ranging from $7.50-$12.99. Pizza slices are always hot and cooked perfectly. Not soggy. Customer service is always a 10. Everyone is so nice and always check in with you to see if you need anything. The inside is always clean and the ambiance is NY themed with two TVs. Usually has sports in both. Great spot. Check it out.

I like the unique pizzas they offer but it wasn't the best pizza I ever had and it took a while to come out. It seems they prioritize take out orders as we saw probably 20 people come and go picking up pizzas while we waited for ours. The cannoli was also not the best I've ever had but the New York black and white cookie was amazing! The menu says they import them from New York and I am a sweet tooth but I would come back just for that cookie!

This place is super yummy! My boyfriend and I both really enjoy our time here. We got pizza, pasta, and also tried one of their cannolis; which was really delicious. The service was good and our food came out super fast. Seems like everything runs really smoothly as well. This particular location is a little small but overall had a good experience here!

We recently met a friend here for lunch, and was surprised how busy it was. I know this place was trending online which explained why the crowd was so young. Our service was fast and friendly, and we got our food on time. Everything was just so - there was no stand out flavor or incredible crust. Even the Shirley Temple was fine. So I'm not sure if the craze was just amongst college kids who never had real pizza before but it was nothing mind blowing. But if you're in the area and want a slice - they have pretty decent lunch specials.

I met a friend here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, and there was plenty of seating, but it got busy very quickly. I got the Shirley Temple, because I saw on social media that it's something to rave about, but honestly didn't taste any different than a regular Shirley Temple. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, and she was so patient with us because my friend and I hadn't seen each other in a long time and we were just yapping the whole time. I ordered a pizza roll with pepperoni and mushrooms, and they definitely didn't skimp on the toppings, it was so good! I also got a side of french fries, which is actually a whole meal because they were towering over in this bowl. The portion sizes were huge for the price, and it is totally worth it. I also got a couple of slices to go, and those did not disappoint either. Can't wait to return and try some more menu items, because everything I tried was incredibly delicious.

Believe TikTok- the half and half Caesar salad pizza and the double pepperoni vodka are the way to go! They don't sell slices after 3 pm, so if you're headed there at night, know you're in for a bigger pizza. I wish I'd realized when the server said 6 or 8 pieces, I thought she meant how the pizza was sliced- but that's a medium vs large. The vodka sauce was incredible; honestly wish I could get another one.

It did not live up to the hype. The people were friendly enough, but the pizza was not that great. I feel like there was no sauce on my pepperoni pizza. When I saw Portnoys review of the cheese pizza it looked like there was a lot of sauce on his, but not ours. Idk ‍ we love Yo Paulys.

Pretty solid pizza, pricing and cool employees. Got a large half/half pizza. Yeah, they do that. Half Il Bianco and half Buffalo chicken. An order of fried raviolis as well. Two diet cokes and a Peroni draft beer. The large is 18 inches and 8 slices. The pizza was very good. Especially, the crust. The crust is some of the best NY style you'll get in the desert. We had em slap some pepperoni on the Il Bianco. The ravs were just ok. They have an extensive menu that all looked good. All of this fun for $52 and some change. Get some.

Had to stop by and try this viral spot!! Love the inside and the overall environment is it very home-y and welcoming. A great place to celebrate after a baseball game or even church. The service was good everyone was very friendly. I had to start with the Shirley and wow it was probably the best I've ever had. The food; pizza and wings are the stars here, we wanted to try a lot of different items so we could get a good idea of the menu. The sticks did not have the best cheese pull. Personally not my favorite. The pasta also was extremely simple. Good idea for someone picky. The sauce was fine slightly more elevated than a jar but not by much. We loved the pizza it was the best bite of the day. The prices are great only $4.5 for a slice and it's a good size. Would come back with friends for a casual lunch or dinner, but would stray from the mozzarella and the pasta personally.

This place is extremely popular- it was PACKED on the Friday night that we can in. It is also very small inside, with no outdoor dining options. We came in with a party of 11 to celebrate a birthday. *Please be warned that there are no reservation or call ahead options. We were given an estimated wait time of 30-45 minutes upon arrival. Once our party was finally called to be seated, the total wait time was 1 hr 10 minutes. There is also not much of a waiting area inside the restaurant, only 3 benches out front. We were disappointed to see several other large parties being seated ahead of us, when we arrived and put our name down first. Once we were finally seated, we ordered right away (we had plenty of time to scan the menu as we waited) and our food came out in a fair amount of time, considering how busy the place was & how big our party was. Our waiter was not the most attentive. I never got asked if I needed a refill on my water, and it would have been very difficult to ask him for a refill, because he was so preoccupied with everything else he was doing. We all enjoyed looking over into the kitchen area & watching the pizza crust be hand prepared. One thing that we did find a bit disturbing was that not everyone preparing food was wearing hair nets. For example, there was a man with a huge beard making dough, he did not have a net on his beard. All in all, the service was not good at all, there were some health concerns with beards not being netted, BUT the food was outstanding. Well worth the wait. The pricing was more than fair considering portion sizes & everything tasted fresh. For future reference, I would not bring a large party here. I would honestly prefer calling ahead and picking up to go.

This was my 2nd time ordering from amici - the first time was the worst experience ever and it was on my birthday. The food was dry and I had hardly any sauce on my wings. I ended up never going back after the owner offered to give me one free pizza and one free wings (I ordered 2 pizza and 2 orders of wings) this time I ordered it for delivery and whilst the pizza was definitely better this time the wings were even worse than before. They were so hard to bite in that I apparently looked like I was in pain- I was. The owner also has the most disgusting fan base ever and totally condones their bullying which is an insane thing for a grown business owner to do.

And then imagine finding out that said location is INSIDE an incredible brewery. Baby... when I tell you I almost ascended. Hello? Excuse me? Did the pizza and beer gods personally hear my dramatic little prayers? Did they not only bless us with this heavenly combo, but ALSO decide to rotate different pizza specials every single week just to keep me emotionally unstable? Because THEY. DID. I genuinely cannot stop talking about this place. At this point my friends are one more pizza rant away from blocking my number, but I refuse to apologize. Every single time I go, I convince myself this is my favorite pizza... and then next week they drop another masterpiece and suddenly I'm questioning everything I thought I knew about myself. What makes this place so ridiculously good is that they are fearless. They're out here using sauces as bases that other pizza places would clutch their pearls over. Ingredients that sound chaotic on paper somehow turn into the most beautiful, life-altering bite you've ever had. It's giving culinary drag performance. Bold. Unexpected. A little dramatic. Perfect execution. And the brewery vibe? Elite. The energy is fun, relaxed, a little loud in the best way, and honestly the perfect setting to destroy an entire pizza while pretending you'll "just have one slice." Lies. All lies. The beer pairings somehow make every flavor pop even more, which feels scientifically unfair. Also can we normalize restaurants understanding that pizza should be FUN? Because this place gets it. They're creative without being pretentious, experimental without losing quality, and somehow every pie still feels comforting and familiar while also making you gasp like you just heard fresh gossip. At this point I don't even ask what the special is anymore. I just trust them blindly like a toxic relationship, except this one actually delivers happiness. 10/10. Life-changing. Emotionally supportive pizza.

Located on the main drag of downtown Mesa you can eat inside or on the patio. There aren't servers, instead, you order at the front desk. The menu has a variety of options, mostly pizza (both classics and signature pies). There is also a bar area where you can grab a pint or two of local brews The interior was electric with people enjoying pizza, locations, watching the Olympics, and just unwinding for the day. We ordered a salad and a couple of pizzas. The salad came out first, and the pizzas weren't far behind Being a self-proclaimed pizza snob, the pizza was fine. It wasn't overly flavorful, and it didn't blow me away, but it also didn't disappoint. The salad was LOADED with toppings, and I was somewhat impressed there. Unfortunately, polling the group, the beer was slightly lackluster. But again, this spot is a fun vibe and is great if you want to hang out for a bit and enjoy a brewery/pizza parlor type atmosphere Some tips: When you're done with your drinks and meal consider walking down the Main Street and stopping by one of their many bars, museums, and other eateries There isn't a lot of parking off the main drag, but we were fortunate enough to find parking on a few different occasions Cheers!

We made reservations at Pizzicata in anticipation of both Valentine's Day and the need to re-carb after the event. We arrived at the host stand a few minutes before our reservation, but were told that there were no indoor tables available. If we wanted to be seated immediately, we'd have to accept an outdoor table, even though we had a reservation for indoor seating. We opted to wait because the weather was chilly by Arizona standards, and we were still recovering from the race. A couple of minutes later, another hostess approached us and asked whether we had reservations and were waiting. When we confirmed, she immediately left to find us a table, and we were seated very shortly afterwards. I thought very little of this until the owner came to our table and apologized for the issue. He was kind and sincere in his regret for the situation and was excited to tell us about the staff and the food. We were wildly appreciative of this attention to detail and service! We shared the potato croquettes, and they were everything I was hoping they'd be and more. (Light lore: I chose Pizzicata because I saw a picture of these croquettes on their online menu.) For dinner, my husband had the Travolta pizza, and I had the gnocchi gorgonzola. We both did that thing where we sat back in our chairs, breathed deeply, and declared, "oh dang, that's goooood." We were both so happy with our choices - I can't speak to the pizza, but that was some of the best gnocchi I've ever had. Pillowy soft in this perfectly nutty, cheesy, creamy sauce. *chef's kiss* For dessert, we shared the tiramisu, which was perfect in every way. If we weren't already walking funny because of the race, we'd have still waddled out of Pizzicata from happy fullness. The service, the food, the vibe - we're here for it and we'll be back the next time we're in Mesa.

We ordered a deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza, a Caesar salad, fries, and water. The salad and fries came out quickly and were good, but we waited until 7:52 for the pizza. During that time, several staff members including what seemed to be a manager, were loudly yelling back and forth across the restaurant about staffing and schedules. With no music or TV volume, it was impossible not to hear, and it felt very unprofessional. Meanwhile, our water glasses sat empty. I had to ask three separate times for refills, and the third time I actually had to get up and find our server at the bar, where she was sitting, still discussing the schedule. When the pizza finally arrived, it was delicious. But basic things like Parmesan and pepper weren't offered. I had to flag someone down to ask. And even though we'd just received our food, the lights on the patio were turned off while we were eating, and we were brought a box very quickly, which felt like a not-so-subtle hint to leave.
