Was craving pizza tonight while watching the basketball game and ordered from Cascadia. They're new in the neighborhood so thought we would give them a try, ordered the Buckley, large, and specified to make it crispy. I picked up the pizza and brought it home and when I pulled my first slice I was disappointed to see it was definitely not crispy. The taste and flavor of the pizza was good, but like I said, I was disappointed that it was not crispy. $30 on a pizza isn't the problem, not being impressed with the $30 pizza is. read more

We ordered the Evergreen pizza and we added pepperoni. While we were waiting, they brought us a small cheese pizza for free as compensation for their not making the pizza we ordered the first time right, my question is though, how can you mess up when there was no one else to service! The tomato sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee, to sweet of a sauce. The kitchen, that you can see from the cash register, was messy. The pizza toppings are generous, I will give them that but the crust underneath them was not cooked thoroughly and it was cardboard thin and very floppy. There was barely any sauce or cheese on our pizza, when they got it right order finally right. When we picked up the first slice, most of the toppings fell off. I thought their wings smelled good and they would've been tasty, but they didn't have very much sauce, very dry and slimy skin. The environment is good to look at, but the employees gathered near the bar area and watched the college basketball game that was on. The bar was completely empty, no one to wait on, they were there far interested in the game instead of their customers. We ended up taking our food in boxes that was uneaten to try to cook it more in our oven at home, but it was even worse trying to eat it as leftovers. Tossed everything in the garbage box and all giving it two stars was probably generous. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Stay away because it was the worst $67, I have spent for my family. We used to frequent this location back when it was artichoke pizza. When it changed over to crust, we kind of lost interest, but Cascadia has renewed our love of the location. From the sauce to the crust, this is top quality pizza. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. read more

Cascadia, we go together like sauce and mozzarella. Starting in 2015 in the PNW, Cascadia as since expanded from WA to ID, OR, AZ, and soon TX. They have a great menu. Small and large pizzas, salads, wings, and dessert is offered. One our first visit: - Small Margherita ($11): Red sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil. Classic, delicious, and the basil was aromatic. - Small Nona ($14): Red sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and topped with Mike's Hot Honey, ricotta cheese, and chiffonade basil. Love that they use the smaller pepperonis here that cups. This was a flavor bomb and this pizza was demolished easily. - Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad ($12): Great salad! I wanted some leafy greens and while solid, I thought the portion was on the smaller side for the price point. - S'mores Pie ($11): Now this is a solid dessert pizza. The toastiness on the marshmallow was perfection. There was a good amount of cinnamon used as well. - Full order of Buffalo Chicken Wings ($18): These birds were juicy. The wood fire cook on the wings made these wings super flavorful. Get the wings. You won't regret it. While I love the two pizza spot predecessors, I hope this new spot much success! I'm so happy Cascadia opened here! I love pizza but am very picky about it and I love theirs. I've had it in WA and am happy I can get it close to home now. I ordered to go over the phone and pick up was quick and easy. And my Margherita pizza was delicious! I love that they put plenty of basil on it. Cascadia Pizza Co. did not come to play. - Small Margherita ($11): Classic. The basil on top was fresh and herbaceous. - Small Nona ($14): Amazing. It was cheesy, the hot honey gave it a nice balance of sweet and heat, and the basil on top was perfect. - Srawberry Goat Cheese Salad ($12): Good classic salad with plenty of dressing and good toppings. Although we felt it was a bit small for $12. - Full Order Buffalo Wings ($18): Plump, juicy fire roasted, and flavorful. This is Big Bird after going on a vacation. - S'mores Pie ($11): We got this to go so it wasn't eaten fresh from their wood oven. It did make the car smell amazing though. - Fountain soda ($3): Self-serve soda. Only note is that the Barq Root Beer seemed to be running low. Super friendly staff and yummy pizza! I stopped by on Friday to grab a pizza "to go" and was very impressed. I sat at the bar area to place my order and the employee manning the bar was friendly. Went late afternoon on a Saturday to visit this pizza spot. This is the third pizza place that has been in the space and hopefully this one stays. You walk up and order at the counter and then find a table/seats. Staff delivers food / beer to your table. It looked like the soda was self serve. The staff was very friendly. The pizza was good. We did two individual pizza but great flavor and one order of wings. The wings were very meaty with good seasoning and flavor! Inside and outside seating as well as a bar counter. read more

They were so accommodating with substitutions and made it really easy to customize the pizza exactly how I wanted it. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the crust was honestly one of the best I've had. What really made the experience stand out though was the kindness from the staff. Paul and Delilah were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful to both us and our dogs. We were sitting alone on the patio during the Arizona heat, and they turned the misters on for us without us even asking. It was such a small gesture that made a huge difference. Decided I would try the newest pizza place in the neighborhood, Cascadia Pizza. I placed a ToGo order on Friday night. The food was ready on time and the business was hoppin' when I went in to pick it up. I ordered: Small Evergreen pizza - crust was excellent and the red sauce was great. Ingredients were all fresh and of good quality. Wood Fired Wings - large, smoky and flavorful. No pigeon wings here! Strawberry goat cheese & cashew salad - really a great salad with fresh, greens. Dressing was delicious and cashews were a nice treat. Staff was friendly and efficient. Should be a great new addition to the dining rotation in Tempe. read more

The new Cascadia Pizza Co. in Tempe on Baseline is amazing. Not just the delicious pizza (to be fair I've only had the Butcher), but the staff makes this a super friendly & relaxed atmospher. Outside patio dining is comfortable . There's a full service bar with several different beers on tap. Cascadia is a great place to eat with different dessert pizzas as well! Cheers! read more

My husband and I came here and each got a 10" pizza. The Nona and a pepperoni! Both were EXCELLENT. Food came out fast and fresh. Super hot and the cheese was melted perfectly. The service here was amazing and we were consistently taken care of. We tried one of the dessert pizza's as well and it was so unique and delicious. On top of that, the restaurant was so cute and caters really well for date nights or family fun. Definitely will be coming back! read more

Re. Owner's Response: lowering from two stars to one star for useless copy/paste response. I have given sufficient information to make changes to address the issues, giving a copy/paste response expecting the customer to repackage their feedback is probably why this location is not doing well. You want to be seen responding to the review but not actually take action to improve from it. Only item without issue was the fountain soda, and that was probably because I filled it myself. Bland and flavorless pizza with a tough crust that was cooked unevenly, wings were somehow burnt on the outside but undercooked on the inside, salad seemed to be using dry and not fresh pieces of chicken. Staff seemed unprepared for the carryout order and they had to figure out where it was. Low quality food, would put this in the same category as Little Caesars or Pizza Hut level of quality but not at a competitive price. Not interested in giving them a second chance after such a mediocre showing. read more

The wings are MASSIVE and delicious, we also loved that the wings came with 2 sides of ranch instead of the typical 1. This location used to be a Crust pizza that we had been to several times, so we were hesitant to see how Cascadia would holdup to our standards. Not only were we pleasantly surprised by the quality and portion sizes, but the service was quick and the staff were amazing and friendly! We'll definitely be back again soon. read more
