Nikki nails not only does it, but does it really well! I've mostly seen Jay the last year and I enjoy him a lot; I've also seen Kevin twice when Jay was on vacation/unavailable. The service for me is always great and the establishment is always clean. Since then, I've recommended my mom to Nikki Nails and she also sees Jay now too for her no chips. Would definitely recommend!

They let you book your appt with Booksy, it's quick and easy. Being pregnant recently, the deluxe pedicure with Jay has been an especially rewarding treat for me! I love to bring my mama with as well. I like that they keep the chatter and small talk to a minimum because I talk all damn day as an RN at work, it's nice to have a quiet and peaceful environment. The deluxe pedicure includes a relaxing leg massage and a salt scrub for your feet that is very special! I like that they're polite here and staff has it quiet and serene in here. I think music could add a nicer touch though vs tv shows. I will be a regular customer, I love to work with the lady that does my manicure, she was patient and spent her time making sure I had the right colors for these cute ass Orange shade nails for my bday. I am very happy with my nails, I hope lots of others there can help with picking colors as the lady is very patient. She deserves five stars and so does my guy, Jay! Thank you Nikki Nails! I was looking for a place in Mt. Prospect that is close to me and cheap for a mani-pedi. This was…read morethe cheapest I could find within a 10 mile radius with a mani-pedi combo for $34 instead of $36-40 elsewhere. What I liked about this place is I could make a last minute (2 hr notice) appointment and it is open late. For some reason a ton of other local places are closed Monday's. I was only in town a few hours and needed a mani-pedi treatment badly as I was trying to grow out my nails and wanted them shaped properly. The owner has a ton of patience as you pick out colors and if you change your mind (like I do) with colors as you sit and look around. They also have a great selection of nail polish colors. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. She's fast at what she does, but does it to perfection because if you're unhappy with anything, she will fix it and if you don't like a color you picked she will redo it for you if she can. She will look at your facial expressions to see if you make any gave of concern or are looking at anything. I don't think nice ever had a manicurist ask me "anything wrong? Tell me :)". So I wanted another coat on and said it and she did it right away. She also helps you with everything from taking shoes off, opening zippers on your purse, moving things over so you don't get your nails ruined. This time I came straight from the airport and has a small suitcase, which she took to the car for me! Just very nice lady, overall. For the pedi, some of the other ladies don't speak much but they take they're time and do a good job. They also give you a foot massage and then when your pedi is done, a back massage as you let your feet dry. At some more expensive places, by have you chose a massage of foot scrub and you get it all here. Overall, I'm happy with my mani-pedi and the pricing and excited to have such an accommodating place close to home.

The lady pulled out nail snippers to cut my cuticle from some drawer and after finishing put it back in there. Let's stick to facts: 1. Overfilled sidewalls to the point of pain 2. Very strange shape to the nails. 3. After applying builder gel the lady went in with a mechanical file and drilled my natural nail near the cuticle. (That's not the buffing before product application) so now I have damaged nails. 4. The product is lifting at the tip of at least half of the nails and food and debris is stuck in there and starting to smell. 5. I did call the business to try to recoup my losses but was only offered to come in. Needless to say I won't let them touch my nails again. This review is written and pictures taken 4 days after nails were done. I paid close to $60 to have this done to my nails.

I'm guessing this place only has someone there if they have a scheduled appointment - however it definitely frustrated me that my nail tech was late. Once inside, I was impressed with the color selection and how nice and clean the salon was. The tech did a great job on my gel manicure and my pedicure. However, since I was the only one there she rushed me to leave and didn't check if my toes were dried- so by the time I got home all of the polish was smeared.
