Went there tonight was excited to try the Chicken Parmigiana sandwich. Unfortunately it took 5 minutes to seat us . There was only 2 of us and nobody else waiting to be seated. At least 10 empty tables. Finally got seated the table was dirty. Then waited 10 minutes and was never even approached to see if we wanted a drink. Decided this was not the place for us. Very good food but takes a very long time to come out even when it's not busy. I've worked in food service so I understand but sometimes it's quite a while. The food is definitely worth the wait though. Also, the atmosphere is great and they are very invested in being a part of Easley which is great to see! read more

Loved the food here just wished the service was a bit faster during the week! Went in a Wednesday night and it wasn't too crowded but it took forever for my food to come out!! The server are usually good. Be prepared to wait awhile for your order, usually something is wrong The only complaint I have is that the non dairy pizza options are slim. Most up to date places have a vegan cheese option for those of us that are lactose intolerant or Vegan. read more

Ordered from Door Dash yesterday .... I work in the area and wanted to try some Italian ... ordered the Chicken Parmigiana.. first of all the food was all over the bag .. like it spilled or something, ( not the restaurant's fault) Secondly the chicken was burned.. and the sauce was literally NEON orange .. not the typical Italian Marinara color .. the cheese ( what little was on the chicken) was barely melted and cold ... I was super disappointed as the food was not edible.. I have no idea what happened but whoever was in the kitchen should have not put that out to be served .. I will NEVER eat here again .. Ok this is what I ordered from a new restaurant in Easley, SC by the way this is my first time eating here the first problem is that you can not order your food online when the site asks for location it comes up no "There are no pickup stores in range of the location you entered" clearly I was in the vicinity of the restaurant. So I called the order in. They call and let you know when the order is ready to be picked up that's pretty cool. But anyway I didn't take pics but the restaurant is pretty nice another plus! However I was disappointed with my order I ordered Seasoned grilled chicken breast, caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms, provolone, served on a torta roll with lettuce & tomato. Add bacon $1. Minus the onions and mushrooms I didn't add bacon. Plus mozzarella sticks. Thought I was ordering something safe and easy to not mess up but unfortunately I guess that was a hard order that they got wrong I wasn't expecting a chicken sandwich with melted provolone on a hamburger bun I could have made this mess myself and not paid $17.96 for this chicken sandwich and the mozzarella sticks dang... btw I tasted the chicken and maybe and that's a hard maybe if I come back I'll try something else like maybe a pizza. The chicken wasn't all that to me... I called the restaurant back the young lady a who took my order answered the call I explained what I ordered and expected I should have gotten what I paid for. She was concerned that she got the order wrong I let her know it wasn't her fault she did her part she said she would go talk to the cook and see what happened and give me a call back. The food is good. I have made three visits now, including a lunch visit, an afternoon visit and a dinner visit. In all three visits the service has been universally bad. I expected this at first because they were incredibly busy, however on my last visit they appeared to be at about 10% of capacity. So inattentive were the waitstaff that I had to flag down another server for a drink refill - and that server didn't take care of it, and instead we to to find our original server, which added almost 5 minutes to the request. As a thank you to our fabulous leaders for Bosses Day, we decided to cater in a meal for them. I had been to the new Amici's in Easley before but never tried the catering. I have to say, to be open for the short amount of time, they did a fabulous job with everything! The food was spectacular! The order was ready on time and everything was there. Pizza/food is really good! But every time I order for pickup it's cold and sitting on the bench up front. I think for a chain place they should have warmers upfront if that's where you're going to store pickup food. I usually have to heat it up before we eat, defeats them purpose of eating out. Considering there weren't many options to choose from in the greater Greenville, SC area on a Sunday for lunch this place definitely did not disappoint. Atmosphere was great. Service was exceptional. We were going to eat at Copper River as I had gift cards. They only do take out. Outback Steakhouse next door was packed. My husband remembered the new place downtown Easley, Amici's, so we went there. Talked to a couple who had just come out & they said it was delicious. Went in & were told it would be about a 20 min. wait which was ok. We had free WIFI to entertain us while we waited for a table. They were pretty busy which is good plus they didn't have as many tables set up because of the restrictions with the virus. My husband had a sub & I had the cheese steak sandwich & both came with fries. He had one of their brews. Our sandwiches were delicious. The peppers & onions with my plentiful meat were still crispy & not overcooked, in other words, they were fresh veggies, not frozen. We will be back. Easley needed a place like this & I think it will do well because the staff were nice & were working hard to seat people and get them their food. We decided to try out Amici after seeing how close it was to our home. So glad we did! It is a wonderful addition to downtown Easley. Lots of seating and space and TVs for the sports lovers. Food and beers hit the spot! We tried the Buffalo chicken pizza and pesto primavera. Delicious. read more

Poor value and low quality. I waited 30 minutes for a small 11" The Works which is their combination, it was luke warm and soggy. Even if the pizza had arrived hot it would have still been underwhelming. The small came to $15 after taxes and at this price point I was hoping for something better than Domino's, I was very disappointed. The portion wasn't enough for 2 people, so I suppose this was aimed at a single fat guy... for 2 hungry adults be prepared to shell out $25 for the large. The ingredients were mediocre and the dough wasn't properly proofed. I was the doughboy as a kid for a top quality pizzeria and know what a good pizza should be. I make a superior pizza in my home oven on a pizza steel without having the advantage of a commercial oven. That's just sad. If you are looking for top quality pizza I suggest you look elsewhere because I was disappointed and felt cheated. If you are Italian you will be insulted. I should have taken a picture when I opened the box, it was pitiful. I suppose the disappointment was too great to inspire taking a photo. I will not be dining here again. read more
