It is as exciting as it is terrifying, but once you step through the portal you find yourself chanting along with them, often screaming as loud as you can like a Banshee. There is a giant Tooth Statue in the center of the room when you walk in that you must sacrifice your teeth to upon entering. Not all of them, just one every time you visit. Don't worry about this part too much. They give you a pair of pliers if you forgot your own, and then they immediately replace it with a Ceramic Tooth, which, if ya ask me, is way better than having these boring enamel/dentin/cementum toys we were born with. Useless. Everyone is the office is super sweet. They hold your hand when you cry like a baby. Of course, they laugh while doing it, which doesn't really soften the blow, kinda makes it worse. I called to set up my very first appointment, and everything was smooth. The person helping me was nice, answered all of my questions, and ensured my experience wouldn't be the same as my previous experience at a different dental office. This practice has a parking lot; however, it is not outlined on Apple Maps. When I pulled up to the destination on my Apple Maps, I saw a big driveway and pulled into it. The spots that have a sign are for patients only. Van, the dental hygienist, started me off with my bwx and cleaning. She was conversing with me, getting to know me and my dental history, and informing me of the specific things I should do to improve my dental care. After she finished, I was able to briefly meet Dr. Sandhu, the owner of this practice. She was very kind and went over a little bit of my treatment plan. For my checkout, I was helped by Sandy, the office manager, and she was very informative about my treatment, insurance, and payment. She told me that the practice was in network, so I wouldn't have to worry about hidden or surprise charges like my last dental office. She helped set up my appointment for my cavity treatment. Making this appointment was a little difficult, though, as they have dedicated days for specific things. I believe the first Thursday of the month is dedicated to oral surgeries. Then the doctor who would give me treatment is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I usually like to get treatment done asap, but it is understandable, as a lot of practices have specific treatments for certain days based on the specialized doctor's schedule.

Dr. Wong's assistant walked me through the 360 x-rays and interior & exterior scans very carefully (you get a 3D model of your teeth after that, which is really cool!) Dr. Wong went over my scans teeth by teeth and answered my questions. After that, he cleaned my teeth and removed all the stains and buildup. I went to a different dentist who showed me the exray that indicated no root canal was necessary. Dr. Galang told me the tooth he extracted was loose but he had a very difficult time removing it so I'm skeptical that it was necessary. I made a very poor decision based on the fact that he took my insurance.
