Professional and friendly staff. Im afraid of dentist and would tensed up during a cleaning but this time, I actually feel relaxed. In all my years, this had been the best experience for teeth cleaning. The dentist was very friendly, knowledgeable and really made me feel at ease. Amelia was the best, she's friendly and knows what she's doing. I usually have my teeth cleaned once a year due to my fear, but I really look forward to having g my teeth cleaned every 6 months. Im glad I switched to Dr. Wong, he's the best. Definitely will recommend my family and friends here. read more

I had the most thorough and gentle dental experience with Dr. Wong this morning. It was my first visit, and I was very impressed. The clinic was very clean and had very up-to-date equipment. Dr. Wong's assistant walked me through the 360 x-rays and interior & exterior scans very carefully (you get a 3D model of your teeth after that, which is really cool!) Dr. Wong went over my scans teeth by teeth and answered my questions. After that, he cleaned my teeth and removed all the stains and buildup. He was careful and avoided touching my gums, which I'm usually nervous about. Overall, I had a perfect visit, and would definitely recommend Dr. Wong to all my friends! read more

Wonderful dental office! Dr. Wong and the team are gentle, professional, and have great communication. The office has very modern technology, clean rooms, and free bevies in the waiting area. During my first visit we had a detailed discussion about my treatment goals and an overview of recommendations of what to prioritize. There was transparency in cost in the treatment plan and I was even able to get cost estimates for treatment through Delta Dental prior to each visit. There is preauthorization, so I was aware of how much insurance funding was left. He also used contracted fees with delta, adding affordability. They were very intentional in establishing trust and creating a safe space that was accessible. It was clear early on that the practice has a high level of integrity and pride for their work. I've had many a bad experience at previous practices, and feel fortunate to have found one I can finally feel comfortable with. If you you've been putting off going to the dentist because of past experiences, this is the place for you. I even waited to write this review until I completed all my work and could capture the full experience accurately. The office is busy, but organized, so I was able to get all my work done in just a few visits. They are open frequently on Saturdays, which is convenient if you don't want to miss work. Each visit was efficient and I never had to wait too long. They do have an online booking system (calling for appointments can be intimidating so this was a major bonus for me). read more

This was my second time coming to Earnest Dental Care. I'm grateful they work Saturdays because my job is inflexible. I was greeted and was promptly brought in. I was there for my teeth cleaning. He did a good job cleaning and applied fluoride at the end of it. The place is conveniently located between 680 and North Capitol Avenue behind Great Mall. Plenty of parking. read more

I am so blown away with the service from Dr. Wong! So happy to have him as my new dentist. He is going above and beyond with his new business. He goes the extra mile with handling all aspects of it. He even helped me with scheduling and insurance. He was super patient with my initial appointment and went into detail reviewing all my teeth and xrays. He even looked into my insurance more and found an extra benefit for me to use to save a little bit of money on the next visit. I highly recommend him. My previous dentist failed to tell me they were out-of-network and they did not check insurance/payment before performing dental work. I was really traumatized by this and all the extra bills. I appreciate Dr. Wong for answering all my emails and questions. He's a dentist I can trust! read more

Dr. Ernest Wong is hands down the best dentist I have ever dealt with. He is incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and accommodating, and you can truly feel how much he genuinely cares about his patients' health and well-being. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel safe and respected every step of the way. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Araseli at the front desk--she is absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in, she is so welcoming, energetic, understanding, and patient. Her positive energy and amazing laugh instantly make you feel comfortable and at ease. From start to finish, the entire experience is seamless. The moment you walk in until the moment you walk out, everything feels calm, relaxed, and truly like home. This is my favorite dental office, and the only dentist I will ever go to. I couldn't recommend Dr. Wong and his team more highly! read more

As someone who has a fear of going to the dentist, Earnest Dental Care is the best place to go. I've trusted Dr. Wong and his staff with my care for the past year, and I will continue to do so for as long as they'll have me as a patient. I've done deep cleaning, wisdom teeth removal, and regular cleaning with them - if I could give them a 100/10 I would. They are very attentive, patient, and caring to their patients. They'll ask you if you need time or breaks in between, and will walk and talk you through every step in procedure. read more

This was a recommendation from a family member as my husband and I have been looking for a new dentist . This recommendation did not fail at all. I was very impressed with the quality of the care from the assistant technician to Dr. Wong - went through step by step explaining the xrays and imagery that you are able to view via a monitor and laptop. This was certainly a great experience, very high-tech equipment and instruments. highly recommend this place. Like to report we found our new dentist! read more

We needed a new local dentist and found this place via Google because my husband changed workplaces/healthcare providers. I had a general checkup here and it was the most thorough yet gentle teeth cleaning I've had in a long while. It's too bad my two wisdom teeth are both impacted and I have to have them removed by a specialist. My family still looks forward to coming here regularly from here on out for our general dental health :) read more

Dr. Wong was very kind and patient with my special needs daughter, explaining all the steps and making sure that she is comfortable with the procedures. He was very detailed and even spent time explaining to her the X-rays of her teeth. I especially appreciate the he let me know that insurance doesn't cover flouride after she turns 18, and asked if we wanted to do that at an extra cost of $25. Getting charged extra for treatments that I was unaware of was the primary reason why I decided to leave the previous dentist. I am glad that Dr. Wong is honest and upfront about the costs. read more

I moved from Hayward to Milpitas but my regular dentist in Hayward retired so I had to look for a new dentist near where i live. I called a few other dentists in the area but they couldn't fit me in their schedule but Earnest Dental Care was able to accommodate me. It worked out well. I came for a regular cleaning and the doctor did a really good job with the xrays and explained to me thoroughly about my dental status. So far i'm happy to have found a new dentist. If things continue to go well, I'd make this my regular dentist. read more

Dr. Wong is extremely thorough with explaining my dental health. My other dentists would simply tell me what they see and I would just take their word for it. Dr. Wong however has monitors and other tech in the patient's view and I can clearly see what is going on with my gums and teeth. Dr. Wong is also extremely gentle with the instruments and quite attentive to my comfort level during the exam/cleaning. Definitely recommended! read more

I recently visited Dr. Wong for dental care, and it's great experience. The office is super clean and new, giving us great first impression. He and his assistant are professional, kind and polite. They will browse all your medical history beforehand (I know a lot of dentists do, but a lot of don't either), and gave you detailed suggestions and explanations. What impressed me most was a 3D scanner that scans all of your teeth and present them on the computer, which is where I have an understanding of how dirty/yellow my teeth are. Another big plus is that he speaks both perfect English and Mandarin, so as a Chinese I could communicate with him much more effectively with my mother tongue. read more
