Dr. Jeong and his staff are great! They are both professional and hospitable. I came here with my boyfriend through a referral and was warmly greeted by the receptionist! While I was filling out my paperwork and attending my appointment, my boyfriend was able to watch Netflix in the lobby! The office is modern and all the equipment was high tech and new! Dr. Jeong and his assistant were friendly and open to my concerns the entire appointment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my appointment. Previous dentists I have gone to hassle you with all the work that needs to be done on my teeth right away. However, Dr. Jeong made me feel at ease and acknowledged myself with with procedures that were priorities and which procedures that were not as urgent. So it's been over a couple of years since I've been to a dentist, so I was out of the loop on what a dentist office looks like or feels like. The last image I had of a dentist was a waiting room with a small tv and a couple of examination rooms. When I walked into Dr. Jeong's office, was I in for a surprise. Once you walk in, you're welcomed into a nice calming waiting area, that has nice leather plus sofa's along with a large LCD tv to watch while waiting. Once you get in, he has individual exam area's that have its own LCD tv for both entertainment and dental needs. He is able to do digital x-rays and display them right in front of you, so you can get first hand look on what's going on with your teeth. Dr. Jeong is professional and very classy. Maybe it's because I've had braces when I was a kid and had to be dragged there twice a year, every year for all the routine stuff. Suffice to say I never came back to them again when I moved back home from college. Dr. Jeong, however, is the best! It's cheesy to say but I got over my fears of going to the dentist. I got referred to him by a friend and in turn referred my brother. Referrals are the only way to go when picking a dentist. So far I had 4 wisdom teeth removed (very painless), cavities re-filled with the white teeth-like filling, and routine cleanings. He's very personable and friendly and likes to chat with you if you feel chatty when he's working on your pearly whites. The office is pretty high tech as they play music and show you x-rays on a big LCD screen. Long gone are the days where you wait 15 minutes for x-rays to develop. Dr. Jeong is not to be trusted with children! I saw him once last year and ignored other yelpers and took my kids to him anyway. This afternoon, my daughter had a few major concerns in the way of decay and cavities. So, we decided to proceed with one filling and pulling one out completely. As she was in the chair screaming and writhing, I told him to stop lying and saying he was just "Cleaning" her teeth, but drilling, and then the extraction was a virtual nightmare. I asked for gas, and he just completely dismissed me saying, "she doesn't need it." Well, after the trauma he put her through, she never wants to see a dentist again, even if all her teeth fall out. Then, after cleanings for myself and sons, we are scheduling another filling for her, and fillings for me, and she is rubbing her face. I ask for a prescription for later and possibly tomorrow, and he blithely refuses. 'Again with his assertion she doesn't need anything else. REALLY?? You just pull someone's tooth out and they should be fine, no problem. Crank her mouth wide open and drill for 20 minutes, should be fine. Why don't we do a few more teeth while you have the pliers out Doc?? Afterall, should be fine!!! As sure as I write this, if you are a parent that wants your children to have a positive experience at the dentist office, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO SEE DR. JEONG!! If I could take this day back, I would. I had a great experience at Crystal Dental! When I first came in, I was greeted very warmly and felt invited by their staff. It was my first time there so I had to fill out a few forms which were quick and easy. While doing so, I was even able to watch a show on Netflix. I had to have a cavity filled and was not looking forward to having to get a shot (who does??), but when it was time to start, I was greeted by Dr. Jeong and he made me feel at ease. All his equipment looked really high tech and up to date; more up to date than other dental offices that I've been to. Apart from having such a nice office and a really friendly staff, the reason I give this place 5 stars is because having my cavity filled here was the least painful experience I've ever had! IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE WITH NO STARS, I WOULD. DO NOT COME HERE. Let me start off by saying that Frank, the receptionist, has always been very friendly and welcoming toward me. If I could rate him alone, I would give his customer service 5 stars, however the assistant or sterilizer, or whatever her title is (I forgot her name, but she's a young filipino lady) and Dr. Jeong himself were just rude and they are the reason for my bad review. I didn't have a terrible first experience. I went in for routine cleaning and x-rays. I was told I needed to make another appointment for deep cleaning and so I set my appointment. I called back with questions about my upcoming appointment and bill because I wanted to have a better understanding of what I was paying for. Unfortunately, Frank did not answer this time and I spoke to the nurse and continued to ask her my billing questions. Her tone was so rude and unprofessional and she did not answer ANY of my questions. She was giving me attitude and responding with answers that had nothing to do with what I had asked. Her responses were "well, we didn't force you to pay anything and blah blah". I told her, "I realize that, I just want to understand what I'm going to be paying for". When I called with my billing questions, I had no intention to cancel my appointment, but after speaking with her, it instantly ruined my experience with this office. I told her I wanted to cancel, I wanted my money back and that I no longer would be seeing them in the future. I work at a doctors office, I know what it's like to deal with patients and I would have been fired by now if I ever spoke to a patient in that manner. It's diificult for me to understand why and how anyone can be so rude to your patients/costumers! If you don't know how to be kind and professional, then you shouldn't answer the phones for any business. Of course they told me I had to come in to pick up my check because they don't mail out checks to costumers. So I went in and right away, Dr. Jeong came out trying to lecture me about why and how they bill and every time I tried to speak, he cut me off! I let him finish and when he was finally done, I tried to explain that I didn't cancel my appointment because of their billing methods but simply because one of his staff members were incredibly rude to me, he walked off as I was speaking to him! What can i say, THE BEST dental office in town. They have the best dental equipment. I never like getting shots as a kid and that stayed with me till now, but with Dr. Jeong he has a new system that is painless. I didn't even know that he gave me a shot. I take my kids for extractions and they don't even know that their tooth was pulled out until they handed it to them. This was a very funny experience. After pulling the tooth, Dr. told my son, "we'll do it next time okay?" and of course my son would say, "okay" with great excitement because he had no idea his tooth was already pulled out. One of my friends recommended this place, so I went here yesterday for the first time for a general check-up and whitening. I was really impressed how Dr. Jeong cares about patients. I've gone to see many dentists, and he was the first one to do the cleaning by himself, not by hygienists. I had expected to get X-rays of my teeth, but in addition to that, Dr. Jeong took multiple photos of my face and teeth so that he could see if there is a problem with my oral structure. And he answered my questions very thoroughly. Although it took almost two hours for all the check-up, cleaning and whitening, I am really satisfied with the results. read more

I've also gotten to know the staff pretty well from the years I've been going here and they are like best friends. It's so good to see a team like this working together. In addition, my younger brother, who has special needs, has grown up with terrifying experiences at the dental offices, with dentists strapping him down in the seats and treating him very mercilessly. I highly recommend avoid going here. One day, I asked the doctor to pull out one of my teeth. In the course of the procedure, my tooth got broken and the tooth's root has remained. And then, he said he can not remove the root because he needs some special tool but the tool in under repair. He then just called for another doctor and forward me to him. I had to drive to the new doctor's office with my mouse anaesthetized. I don't understand how the doctor could accept a patient in such a unprepared condition. And also, in the course of pulling out the tooth, he had me take 3D x-ray scan on my whole face without telling me that is needed. I don't know why I had to be exposed to such a high-density x-ray just for pulling out one tooth. Later, I found out that he charged the x-ray cost on my dental insurance plan without telling me Perhaps, he didn't tell me because he would have thought I wouldn't notice as there is no patient's cost. read more

Crystal Dental is great because they use the latest technologies and machines such as X-Ray, Water Laser, etc. They even let you wear a pair of sunglasses while working on your teeth so you don't have to look at the bright lights. Dr. Jeong and his staff are always friendly and are on time for my appointments. They got leather seats, games, LCD TV, Netflix in the lobby while you wait for your family. Worst Dentist EVER!!! This guy is just out for the money. When I wouldn't agree to get the extra teeth cleaning so he could charge me more, he drilled my cavities with no Novocain. I complained and he gave me a little in one part of my mouth, but then continued to drill the other parts that still had no Novocain. I will never go back here - having your teeth drilled without out any numbing is the absolute WORST. read more

I went there for cavity in my molar that turned out to be rotting pretty deep near my nerve. Dr. Jeong did pretty good job filling it. In the following visit, I did deep cleaning and learned proper way to brush and floss my teeth that I have neglected for past 25 years. I have not visited many dentists in my life, therefore I would not say things like "Dr. Jeong was wonderful, best, or great" because I don't honestly know what other dentists are like. However, if there is one thing I know for sure, I would definitely go there again if any dental issue happens to me in the future. The facility was small, but clean and friendly.
