Upon having our master shower remediated for mold through our home insurance policy, we were on the hunt for a company that could reconstruct the shower. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction! Throughout the whole process, Kimberly and Rudy, the project manager, were incredibly thorough, communicative, and overall, just really helpful. We could not be more grateful for the time and effort both Kimberly and Rudy spent trying to make our shower dreams come true. I would also love to give a shout out to all of the guys who helped load and unload HUGE porcelain slabs -- that is no easy feat! He has a great hard working team and they show up each day for a full day on the job. I had him remodel my whole casita bedroom and bathroom. They gutted the bathroom and installed tile floor, fabricated new countertops fully tiled shower and mirrors .One example of how meticulous he is came when he let me know the new tile to casita bedroom would not be flush with the hallway floor because the floor would need leveling for that to happen. Other contractors would have just put a metal ledge between the two rooms and never give you the option. He knows how to do everything. The other huge project he did was tearing down a wall blocking off my kitchen to allow for a new kitchen island and doing the finishing touches. He can tackle it all from small to big projects. In my case it was a big project. We are very pleased and trust his work entirely.
