Hi, 16 days ago a wrote a review for Servpro Phoenix instead…read moreof Paradise Valley Servpro who were the ones who repaired our condo in Phoenix, AZ back in November 2019. I want to re-post the review on their website so Josh and his team see it: "ServPro did a great job fixing our bathroom, bedroom and kitchen in our unit in Midtown Phoenix due to water damages resulting from a heater explosion from a neighbor's unit in the second floor. Josh and his team were very professional and completed the job as promised. We were very pleased with the results! Please think of ServPro of Paradise Valley if you ever need experts in water damage restoration services or remodeling. I hope nobody has to deal with water damage due to somebody else's heater in the future, but if you did, call Josh at ServPro. Thank you!

As we're nearing the end of our shower remodel, we would like to express our gratitude to the…read moreGlobal Prevention Services staff. Upon having our master shower remediated for mold through our home insurance policy, we were on the hunt for a company that could reconstruct the shower. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction! Throughout the whole process, Kimberly and Rudy, the project manager, were incredibly thorough, communicative, and overall, just really helpful. We could not be more grateful for the time and effort both Kimberly and Rudy spent trying to make our shower dreams come true. I would also love to give a shout out to all of the guys who helped load and unload HUGE porcelain slabs -- that is no easy feat! I think it is also important to thank both the CEO, Michael and the President, Jeanette for checking in throughout the project to ensure our satisfaction. I have never been treated with so much care as a customer. The whole team deserves recognition for the role they played in getting this job to the finish line. The only thing left to do is install the shower door. We can't wait to use and love this shower for years to come!

I live out of state so she kept me updated on progress and if a problem came up, she provided many options and solutions ready to go! Michael and Rudy were so great in explaining what needed to be done and saving me money in places where updates weren't needed for a rental! THEY WILL SAVE YOU MONEY WHERE THEY CAN! Unlike other companies that try to sell you on doing things that aren't needed! They worked so well with my budget, even did extra work here and there to make sure the place looked great for tenants! Don't hesitate to reach out to them! You'll never need to look for another remodeling business again... My go to for any future rental properties in AZ! Such a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again!

I can tell you from experience that very few earn the level of trust and confidence that ASAP Restoration & Construction has earned from me and our organization. I've personally worked with ASAP for nearly 20 years across a wide range of commercial and residential properties. Their team has handled everything from emergency water losses and mitigation to mold remediation, asbestos abatement, environmental testing, reconstruction, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. When you manage a large property portfolio, a restoration contractor isn't simply a vendor. You need a company that understands urgency, protects the asset, communicates with management, treats tenants and occupants professionally, and follows through when the situation becomes complicated. ASAP has consistently proven that they can handle those responsibilities. What separates them from many companies in this industry is integrity. They don't use high-pressure sales tactics, make unnecessary promises, or put short-term profit ahead of the customer. They take the time to explain the situation, provide practical solutions, and do the work properly. Their professionalism, licensing, insurance, trained workforce, and years of experience are particularly important when you're responsible for someone else's property and reputation. We've trusted ASAP with significant projects where the cost of making the wrong decision could have been substantial. I've also had the opportunity to work directly with the owner. He leads the company from the front, stays involved, and genuinely cares about the quality of the work and the customer experience. That kind of leadership matters, especially in an industry where accountability can sometimes be difficult to find. After nearly two decades of working with ASAP, I have no hesitation recommending them to property owners, property managers, businesses, and homeowners throughout Arizona. If you're dealing with a major loss or construction project, choose your contractor carefully. Look beyond the sales pitch and ask about experience, licensing, insurance, staffing, reputation, and how they handle difficult situations. Based on my experience, ASAP Restoration & Construction checks those boxes. They have earned our trust over many years, and in property management, trust is one of the most valuable things a contractor can earn. Congratulations to the entire ASAP team on the continued growth of the Phoenix operation. You've earned this five-star review.

We learned the hard way that many companies make big promises just to win your business. In our case, we had over $500,000 in fire and water damage, and it seemed like everyone else was more concerned about their profit margins than helping us. Some even tried to play games with the insurance company by requesting payment for items that weren't warranted. ASAP Restoration was completely different. They were honest, upfront, and transparent from day one. They took the time to review every budget, selection, and step of the process with us, making sure we understood everything along the way. The entire team is outstanding, and Josh, the owner, truly leads by example. He tells it like it is, doesn't overpromise, and works tirelessly to make sure things get done the right way. His communication is second to none,I'd much rather have someone who over-communicates than leaves me wondering what's happening. Our biggest delay wasn't ASAP at all, it was our mortgage company and lender taking their time to release funds. Throughout that entire process, Josh worked alongside us every step of the way, helping us navigate the challenges and keeping the project moving whenever possible. The finished product looks incredible, and looking back, the extra few weeks it took to get on their schedule was absolutely worth the wait. If you're looking for a restoration company that values honesty, quality, communication, and truly cares about its customers, I can't recommend ASAP Restoration and Construction enough. Thank you to Josh and the entire team for making a difficult situation so much easier!

All of my phone calls were returned timely. Emails were replied to within 24 hours. Text messages were replied to in a matter of hours. Appointment days and times were set and commitments were maintained. If anyone was running a little late, I always received notification. Further, if one of their employees/subs was going to perform a service, I was always made aware of his/her name so I knew to allow them into the property for the work to be performed. I never felt rushed: All my questions were answered and I was always asked if I had any more questions they could assist me with. The individuals sent out to perform services on behalf of Blacktail were all very polite and professional with many years of experience. Martin and/or Dagan frequented the project often to ensure oversight of work being performed and in some instances, did the work themselves. Individuals performing services cleaned up after themselves and ensured my satisfaction. Highly recommend! Lynn
