STAY AWAY! THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY!!!
Compare to others dry cleaners, they charges really for a poor service. My apt got flooded and the manager called them. When I got home, he already got done with the process so I don't know what they did, but judging from the wetness of the carpet and when they came back to take away the fan and put the carpet back. He did a really poor job, the carpet is still soaking wet after they soak the water out. Then he said to dry them up they install a fan and left it there for 4 days. For just a small part of the apartment, it is a very long time. Also, since the water dripped down to the below apartment, he performed the service there too.
And seriously, I think they just tried to rip of the customers. The carpet was hardly soaked, you only felt like you spilled only a cup of water on it. So he came in, sucked the water out, installed the fan for 4 days and said he would came back and check the condition. When I came down to talked to my friends at the apt below, they said the carpet was dry in only 2 days. If they are professional cleaning company, they should know that it should be done in 2 days.
So after 4 days, he came back and applied some kinda spray and put the carpet back.
The best part about this is, they gave a bill without explaining what is which service for. It was very general bill just said" dry, install fan for 4 days" and gave me a big amount of money like $1200 for 2 apts.
When I called and asked for itemized bill. They said they would call me back but it never happened. I tried to called them again and left couple voicemails, still no luck. Then, i had to ask my apt manager to ask them. Since, the apt is a big account they reply back to her. But they still being unclear about the bill. They explained why there is a different in 2 bills, but never stated that how much the actual cost is as how much the water sucking, services cost, or chemical applied cost. On top of that, they threaten me that if I keep asking more questions, they would charged me the higher price because it is "insist on residential-level accounting and administrative effort"
For a college student, the bill was a lot of money and I don't it to be any higher, so I just shut up. read more
