He gave me a fair estimate based on the square footage of the areas needed cleaning. They got right to work and then after the job was done, he took some time to educate us on our two different types of carpet we owned and what cleans/wears better over time. We really appreciated him taking the time to do this for us! We are particular on who we choose to work on our home, as we live on a budget and need for the work to be of a quality standard. I have carpets in my home that range from 17-20 years old and now they look fantastic! America's Ultra Clean removed stains that have survived previous carpet cleanings. This company is AMAZING at getting out pet stains and odors! We had a renter whose dogs pissed on our rug repeatedly for 2 months. The urine had soaked all the way through the rug backing on the under side. It was DISGUSTING and had started to make the house smell. Thought I would have to toss the rug. But it was 100% wool and expensive. So in a last ditch effort I hired these guys. They came right away, gave us a very generous first time customer discount and used some kind of special cleaning agent with enzymes that continue eating the smelly bacteria for 48 hours after the cleaning, completely removing the smell. I have used America's Ultra clean many times. From the initial appointment call, to the final cleaning of the carpets: it's always been an A+++ job. Chris is quite thorough in the entire process from vacuuming, to finding spots on the carpet, moving furniture carefully and then placing on foam blocks away from the moisture of the wet carpet. The high velocity fans to remove humidity while he works is fantastic, as well as the corner protectors that are used on the walls. I feel their prices are reasonable as they charge by square foot of "cleanable carpet" rather than charging per room. You won't be disappointed with this company. read more

My carpet is soooo old and gross and they make it look like new everytime! I swear by the carpet protector (it costs more, but it's worth every penny!) They recently got a bottle of purple nail-polish out and a quart of paint out a few years ago. Call them as soon as you spill something, they are amazing and very friendly!
