Amazing service ! I got a flat and they were the closest shop 4:00 on a Friday, I thought I was going to get bent over. I was loaded with family and pets so leaving the vehicle was going to be a huge hassle. These guys took longer to sell me tires than to mount them. I made an online appointment for new wheels and tires for my car. I'm a newbie with all of this, so I called first with a few technical questions, and Josh was very courteous and helpful. He never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions. When I came into the store for my appointment, the entire staff were super nice and professional. They had me in and out in about an hour! Brought my flat in for repair they told me it would be over an hour. I asked if they could just repair the flat and I would put it on myself at home they said it would probably take almost the same time but about 15 minutes later I got a text saying my tire was done. Went to pick it up and the manager said he fixed it himself cause he knew we had groceries in the truck. What customer service! Very friendly staff. read more

I'd give them 5 stars except they only inflated my new tires to 35psi. So my "low tire pressure" light was still on until I inflated them to the correct pressure the next morning. Says right on the door jam 48psi rear, 44psi front. Tire people should know this. Everything else was perfect. I was only there for 40 minutes. Which is excellent. So I needed a whole set of tires for my car. The man whole helped me was super friendly and helpful. Joseph is the name on my receipt. I was told it would take a hour to a hour and 15 minutes which was fine. On the phone they told me I didn't need to make an appointment to just come in. I had four kids with me. Mom life right. I knew that the pet store was close though so we killed the time and walked around. I was gone for little over a hour and when we got back my car looked like it had just pulled in and no new wheels were on. Ok that's fine at least it's being worked on. My four kids and I sat in the parking lot for an hour watching these workers take their sweet time. I let them play and tried to keep them as busy as I could but it started to get cold and you can only keep kids entertained for so long. I watched these workers stop and get on their phones and move with no purpose at all. I saw the guy who rang me up tell two workers they both need to start helping with my car because I'm sure he noticed the time it was taking but as soon as he walked away only one continued. Eventually I walked over to say something and "Joseph" I'm assuming who rang me up apologized it was taking so long. I told him it would just be nice if they moved with more of a purpose we've been sitting out here for so long. I understand these things take time and they are not nascar trained but they had two cars in a maybe five guys working. Only one person was working on my car and they were taking their sweet time. We love Americas tire and use them for all our vehicles but I was less then impressed by the time they took so my car. Joseph was very professional and super nice to deal with though. read more

I wrote a negative review about this place a few days ago and I want to take back what I said. I complained about the management but have since found out that it wasn't a manager that I actually dealt with. He was an acting manager while Jason, the actual manager, was out. That being said, Jason did call us and was very nice. He was able to regain our confidence and business! They have always been great so perhaps we were a little quick to post our prior review. This America's tire location has some of the best customer service I have seen. Everyone is so polite and informative. They were able to get my car in right away for two new tires and gave us a price discount. I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I ordered a set of tires and set up an appointment directly with someone at the Jackson america's tire company. I drove over an hour for my appointment only to be told that they did not have the tires. They tried to track the delivery truck that the tires were supposed to be on and could not. They couldn't even tell me if the tires were on the truck for delivery. I will never give America's Tire Company my business again. They can't provide even basic customer service. Their solution was for me to buy an inferior tire or drive another hour and 20 minutes away to another location. Totally unacceptable. read more

These people treated me well. I was familiar with the store in another state, which is where I bought my tire. I had a blow out after a year from a nail in my tire. Because I was still under warranty I got a new one for free (I just had to pay taxes), even though I bought it from an affiliate in another state. I was done in 20 minutes. Great service. We were on our way from the Bay Area to Pioneer (in Amador County) when a tire on our RV blew. We limped into Jackson at 4:55 pm (they close at 5). We'd called ahead and they were waiting for us. They stayed beyond closing to get the spare put on so we could complete our trip that day - otherwise, we'd be sitting there until Monday when the tire places opened up. Came in with a funny tire noise. They immediately checked the air in my tires and found a large bolt stuck in one tire. They were a bit busy, and estimated it would be repaired within 45 minutes . As promised it was 45 minutes. They repaired my tire and had me on my way, and all for free! Everyone was extremely cordial, polite and professional. Highly recommend this shop. read more
