WOW. The customer service, services provided, and end result. I'm not going anywhere else to service my car. I had my car towed to America's Tires because I trust that they're not there to swindle me. I knew I had a flat but I wasn't sure if it was fixable. They assured me they would check, if it was then no charge, if it wasn't..they had really fair prices for tires. I was there for maybe 15min. They had me in and out. The tire had a nail in it and also found that the other rear tire had one as well. They fixed them. Aired the other tires and made sure they were all balanced. I couldn't believe how fast they got it done. And also I wasnt charged for the repair. I'm giving them all my future business. Side note: I was there right before they opened. There were a few people waiting outside. But after 10min being there it got packed. I would suggest making an appointment with them or get there and wait before they open. read more

I had a flat and needed some new tires. Matthew assisted me and I got two of them put on same day after being brought from another location. After some miscommunication regarding the other 2 tires I was contacted by Matthew and the store manager who did not resolve my concerns. Several emails went unanswered. read more

Went to this location to get a tire for my vehicle. A sales person by the name of Noe helped me out. He wasn't pushy and was very personable. I ordered my tire and had it installed with no issues. I would definitely go back to get tires on my vehicle when the time comes. I've been to several tire shops throughout the years and I've always seem to come back to America's Tires. read more

Had an issue with my tire about a week ago and took my car to this place and because I had warranty on my tires they took care of me with a small price of about $36. Although I had to call them to know when the tire came in instead of them calling me they had me in and out really fast. They were helpful and very polite and willing to help you in anything you needed. This place gets an A in my opinion. read more

I was having an awful day my tire was flat another had a nail in it, so I knew it was time to get some new ones. I called first thing in the morning and I spoke with a gentleman named Mike who understood my frustration with my tires and made sure to get me taken care of in a timely manor (same day) upon my arrival I was working with another awesome gentleman David and he was so knowledgeable and quick to help. I am so grateful for the treatment I received here at American Tire today. Thank you guys for not taking advantage of a young female who is not very informed when it comes to cars. read more

I made an appointment to get two new tires in Clovis, CA. A few of my tires have a manufacture defect so the rubber is literally peeling off as I drive. When I got there, Matthew, an employee, looked at my car and told me he could find nothing wrong with my tires. He asked me why I was getting them changed even though I had repeatedly told him about the issue. After pressing me with questions that I'm sure he knew that I didn't know the answer to, I finally told him that someone else had looked at them and has advised me to get them changed. He looked me dead on in the face and said "Who told you that?" I've never had such a horrible and degrading customer service experience. I'm paying almost $300 for two new tires and service fees, yet the person who works there can't figure out which tires should be changed nor does he want to. No matter what I said, he responded by saying there's nothing wrong with my tires which is false because I'm peeling rubber off them right now. Not only was he rude, but is now putting me in further danger since I wasn't able to get my tires fixed there. read more

America's Tire is great and very friendly and helpful staff. They worry about your safety first. Sonny was an amazing help and definitely recommend going to the one in Clovis. read more

Rude employees. They literally had my car since the morning and never called to tell me it was done. I had to call and it was close to closing. Get there to pay and the guy just throws me my keys and doesn't tell me anything and I asked where it's at and he gives me a vague response, "it's out back". Like damn I'm paying all this money and to be treated like that. I swear all Clovis businesses treat Mexicans like crap. read more

Its nice to know that you are covered almost anywhere you go. Got a blown tire in Temecula, ca. and even thought they didn't have the same tire as my others, they lend me one until I made it back to Fresno, where I got a brand new replacement tire. Outstanding service!!! read more

America's always takes care of me , they get you in and out quickly . I didn't purchase my tires on one of my vehicles here and they have done the rotation for free every time . Great tire and service shop. Got me in on a packed day and only took 30 minutes. Told my buddy about them, he went, also raved about their service. Not many tire shops are this on top of it, but this one sure is. read more

Amazing service! I had a flat tire and had gone to a tire store across the street, in which they tried to charge me $250 to replace. They didn't even check to see what the issue was. I drove to America's Tire and they were so helpful. The manager advised me that they were going to check it first and see if it was patchable. He gave me options for a new tire as well. It took less than 35 minutes and they patched my tire free of charge!! Every worker was friendly and smiled. I would highly recommend going here for tires! Great prices and fair! I didn't feel like I was being ripped off here like I did at the other tire place. read more

I have been an America's tire customer for over 15years and have had my cars serviced by 5 or 6 different America's tire locations over that time. I have NEVER encountered the condescending tone and brazen rudeness in all of my years! I had made an appointment to have 2 tires checked for a potential nail/screw in the tread. I arrived early & upon reaching the front of the line I was greeted by Jay who promptly asked me "what tire" was the issue. I was not aware of which of the front 2 so I asked if both could be looked at. In an accusatory tone he asked "you don't even know what tire it is?". He walked over with my keys, came back in less than 3mins and said they were ALL low. I had them all checked and topped off by another store across town and again mentioned this as well as asked if they could put it up on the rack and please check them. They flat out refused and pulled my car out as if it were ready. They had in fact added air to ALL 4 tires which resulted in the rear 2 tires of my Toyota Prius having OVER inflated tires. The desired level is 35psi/32psi! Thank god for Val at America's Tire on Shaw Ave that checked me in on the phone without an appointment and David and his crew that treated me the way I'm accustomed to!!! Jay & the crew at the Clovis Ave store have such poor customer service... I witnessed them pulling a car out of the bay, a Lexus SUV, then almost backing it up into the owner WHO WAS USING A WALKER as the employee behind the wheel had pulled forward out of the bay... he threw it into reverse without looking at the cars driver walking up to the car and almost hit him in the process. Unreal!!!! read more

Paid $80 plus per tire. One week later, upon closer inspection, I saw that they had put the most generic tires they had on my car. Glad I checked and got them replaced. The tread wear was about half the amount of what I had paid for! Not sure if it is a random thing that happens, but be sure to check what you paid for. If you don't know too much about these things be sure to bring someone who knows. You could end up being cheated. read more

The sales guy I worked with was Bob. Was quoted over the phone for $300 for a set of 4 new Falken tires. Called the next day to confirm price, now its $370 out the door, perhaps the first price was quoted without installation (the guy took my name down, I'm a returning customer). Went in, was told that I'd get $100 credit because my previous tires was 20,000 miles shy of the 65,000 miles they were suppose to get me. Okay great, right? Was told it'll be $485 for the same Falken tires out the door! Are you kidding me. I told them I was quoted $370 over the phone. The sales guy, Bob, gave me an "almost got him" grin, then adjusted the price. I don't trust the guy. I had a bad feeling about things, but I went ahead and bought the tires. Big mistake. The next day on the freeway, my car started to shake as I approached 60 mph. This was on a Friday. I called them on Monday and told them the issue. So I take my car in again thinking the tires just needs a rebalance. It turns out one of my tires was loose and one of the lug nut fell off! Whoa! I drove my kids in the car over the weekend. You kidding me. Bottom line. I'm never going to buy tires from them again. I've been a returning customer for almost 15 years. Moving forward, I'm taking my business else where. read more

Great Professional service, came in for a tire replacement and i was out in 30 min like they said i would be

Really disappointed with this location and the customer service. I use to go to the Blackstone location all the time to get tires for all of my vehicles and always had great service, but this location is nothing like that. I called to order a tire for my spare on my car and was told it would be a few days because they had to order it. That was no problem since i was not available to come in until then anyway. A week went by and i called the store and was told the tire was not in and that the person i was dealing with would call me back. I never received a call back. At 2 weeks i finally called again hoping my tire would be there and sure enough nope. This time the person on the phone tried to tell me that the order was never placed and when i told him who i had talked to all he could say was sorry. I was never treated this way at their Blackstone location and i will not be a customer anymore at any of their locations. Bad Business is no way to do Business. read more

I have bought three or four sets of tires from this shop over the years. Most recently, on a cold morning, about a month after I had America's Tire put new tires on my car, my tire pressure indicator lit up on my dash. I stopped at a gas station and added more air to the tires - indicator was still on. So I stopped by America's Tire that Saturday morning and asked them if they could check it out. They were super busy, and I thought, "Great, I have no time, I'm going to have to come back." To my surprise, after I told them what was going on, they had me pull up behind one of the occupied bays, and a tech came right out to check out my car. He explained that first of all, having added air to the tires made the pressure higher than it should have been - which can cause that light to come on. The problem was actually my spare! The tech took the time to drop the spare down from under my vehicle, fill it up, and presto, the indicator turned off. I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes on a really busy day, and without paying a dime. This was well above my expectations. Thank you, America's Tire! read more

Came in for service: low pressure on one tire. Another local tire company had already replaced the valve seal on the same tire/wheel. I came in at 9:00AM, so they were pretty busy and I maybe spent 10 minutes in line. Super friendly and professional customer service from Phil Favela. He quoted me 45 minutes. Waiting area was clean and roomy. They found and repaired the leak in less than 30 minutes. No charge for the service and they offered to rotate my tires for free (I had just had a rotation, so I declined). Update: I hit a freeway pothole that damaged the sidewall on my low profile Michelin tires. I had bought the tires from Carroll's Tire Warehouse, which had lost their Michelin contract and couldn't help me. I went online and opened a case file with Michelin. Went to America's Tire at 9:30AM, and again, they were super busy. They had the replacement tires in stock, dealt with Michelin for the adjustment and I was back on the road in ninety minutes. America's Tire carries a broad cross-section of highly rated tires from recognized American, European, Japanese and Korean manufacturers. They also carry a few low-end tires - Laufen, Pathfinder and Provider - which they don't appear to push very hard. While the other tire stores on Clovis Avenue are empty, America's Tire Store is typically really busy - I think this is a testament to their customer loyalty. My brother swears by America's Tire, but I had an issue with a Southern California store (under their Discount Tire banner) several years ago and haven't gone to them since. These two experiences changed my mind and re-earned my business. read more

We have taken all of our vehicles to this location for years. I dropped in yesterday. I had a deflated tire. The young man in the back spent a great deal of time trying to find the small item that had punctured the tire. He did it! The gentleman who checked me in, went out of his way get my phone cord out of my car, then find a charger for me to charge my phone while I was waiting. Incredible Service and great prices. T. Greatest customer service I think I've ever dealt with. Seriously, they were almost ridiculously pleasant. Quick and painless experience.

After being severely disappointed at Costco I drove to this store in Clovis. I've been here a few other times and service has always been great. Why didn't I just come here in the first place? The prices are pretty much the same as anywhere else. What sets these guys apart is their outstanding customer service and quick installation. Despite several cars in front of me and a waiting room that was fairly full I was in and out in about an hour. Every employee was as courteous as could possibly be. I don't know if the service at this location is typical of all America's Tire Stores, but this store and the people here are exceptional. read more

I have done business here for years, and Jay (manager) NEVER let's me down. It's nice to know there is still honest business people that won't take advantage of you. Over the years I have sent numerous co-workers, family and friends to see Jay, never once have I gotten anything but positive feedback. They are always busy, there is a reason for that, so be patient and wait your turn. You will not find better prices or service anywhere! Save yourself some time and money, you will leave a happy customer and go back again and again, spread the word. Thank you Jay, I love seeing a honest person have a booming business! read more

Found a nail in my tire this AM. My boss referred me here so I gave them a call before work. Matthew set me up with an appt on my lunch break SAME DAY with only a couple hours notice. Incredibly understanding and professional the entire call. Showed up for my appt and there was a huge line but when seeing this, a gentleman who works there got on the speaker asking for backup and seconds later, I was next. Sonny helped me out and he made the entire process easy and painless. He even showed me where my tires were on the wear and tear scale and even offered to have my tire pressure checked when needed, every 5000 miles. I had so much anxiety over this whole ordeal and the staff at America's Tire put that to rest on top of being so nice to someone such as myself who knows nothing about cars. Thank you so much, you guys! I was literally back at work by 2pm when my lunch ended. read more
