Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. Our house needs quite a lot of restoration due to deferred maintenance and improper repairs. AN…read morerecently did a great job replacing our undersized rain gutters and downspouts with a seamless system right sized for the house. We needed copper in the front and planned on copper colored aluminum in the back to save money. When AN couldn't find copper colored aluminum stock anywhere in the country, they offered to provide us with real copper for the back and absorb the cost. Who does that today? (We declined. Brown aluminum is fine). We also needed all of the detailed Georgian trim on the front of our house replaced, plus the facia and soffit due to rot caused by gutter overspill and downspout backup. The carpentry had to be exact. An did a great job and did it all in AZEK. Our 4 dormers had to be rebuilt. The last roofer hadn't left enough space for run off and the dormers were rotted. Again AN copied the details exactly in AZEK. The job site was clean, they were very nice to work with and the pricing was competitive. It took awhile to get on their schedule because of the never ending rain but they were worth the wait. They had also installed an attic fan for us previously and treated that small job very professionally. We find that usually says something about a company and it turns out it did.
