No pressure sales and I was able to get the quality I was looking for. Sure you can spend a lot of time looking around and may find a cheaper quality window and installation but the level of communication, service, and follow up is important also. The installation of my windows was awesome. They kept me informed of my installation date and on the installation day, the 5 man team was on time and very professional. The quality of workmanship is A+ and a review of each window and functionality was completed with me to make sure I was satisfied. Perfection throughout. I ordered two sliding glass doors and every detail came together perfect. It took almost 8 weeks for them to come in to the showroom but we set the installation date and a week earlier I was contacted with an optional earlier date because of a client cancellation. I appreciated being asked if I wanted to get the doors done sooner because a family member was coming to visit and I sure wanted them to see the completed job, so I said yes! The day of install my guys were Jose Vazquez and Philipi...polite, friendly, efficient, focused, on-time, professional, detail oriented, tidied up after and left everything in pristine condition. Even my husband was impressed. He was a contractor in the past so he's somewhat hard to please. The doors are gorgeous and the surround molding was installed beautifully. One door had a deadbolt in the upper track that I requested...yes it was installed perfectly and not missed. Henry is not a friendly person. He had no customer service skills or compassion. Right of the bat, he argued about wearing booties or removing his shoes. As soon as he saw our window, he dismissed the work and said it was the roof. We were trying to explain that we needed him to assist with troubleshooting since the roofing company said it was the window. As you can guess, there was more arguing and pretty much trying to make us feel stupid by trying to point out how the window is under the roof. After some more back and forth, he finally did a "water test". He literally just sprayed water on the glass and not the area of concern. I even went outside to point out the area and he only laughed and said he is. After he was done spraying the square foot of glass, he came back and said it's not the window. As you could imagine, we were not happy and started to explain the issue. Henry then said in a loud voice, "I'm here for the window, not to fix your house" and walked away and did not return. This is not a good person to represent your Company. No compassion or care for the customer's concern. read more

We had an overall excellent and professional experience with American Vision Windows. We contacted them because we were looking for someone to replace our front door, including removing a side window and going from a 36" to a 42" door, along with replacing the door from our to our garage and the side door off our garage. We specifically wanted to work with a company that would handle both construction and installation work for us. From the initial visits/working to pick the doors we wanted with Ski to the scheduling with James and through to the actual installation last week, we have had a top notch experience each step of the way. My folks had been discussing windows and retrofitting for some years now as they are the original homeowners and finally decided to give it a proper go now that the rainy season was over. I came in to assist in getting some estimates and AVW was actually the final company we received a quote from. Ski showed up early and brought Ilyssa who was assisting him as part of her training with the company and their presentation was very thorough and informative. They were actually the only ones who brought in a full kit of the product that they would be installing, including a heat lamp and temp gauge to show the effectiveness of the Anlin product which in the past I've only experienced on a showroom floor. Needless to say, I'm leaving a review based on a great close from Ski and ended our appointment day by scheduling Juan to come in and take final measurements. Juan arrived on time earlier today and gave us a final walk thru and let us know what needed to be moved by day of install along with some things that could stay which I appreciated as it made the prep time a little easier. In discussing a kitchen window that we were converting to a picture window + slider combo, he helped my folks get a sense of final window height and suggested we ultimately go a few inches higher to squeeze a little more use out of the slider (bbq pass thru idea is genius and I look forward to putting that to use). My wife and I are very happy with American Vision Windows (AVW) from our first contact with them a few months ago. We first met with Josh our Project Manager who took the time to answer our questions and concerns. He brought sample windows to show us how the new windows would look in our house. When we made the decision to order the windows, Josh once again made us feel at ease and we went ahead with ordering eighteen Anlin replacement windows. AVW contacted us right away once the windows were received to schedule an installation date. They provided us with instructions on how to prepare our home for the installation. The installation was scheduled for two days and the crew arrived within the arrival window given. The installation crew composed of Octavio, Raul and Valentin introduced themselves and explained what they needed from us and proceeded prepping the house with floor protection and furniture covers. The crew immediately went to work removing the old windows upstairs and then they began installing the new windows. I noticed that this was and experienced crew as they all worked well together as each had a specific task such as removal, installation and finish work. On day two, the crew arrived as scheduled, and began to remove and install the widows downstairs. We were impressed at their level of expertise, attention to detail such as the moulding, caulking and window cleaning. They picked up and cleaned all areas they worked in. The pricing to me was fair, but again the product stood out up and above. The quality of the frames, the glass, the double lifetime warranty and the installation and service were great. The waterproofing company worked with American Vision to make sure the door was in tip top condition when it was re-installed.
