Wow, I heard about AVW from a neighborhood FB group and am SO GLAD I contacted them!! INCREDIBLE installation team, seriously. I couldn't be MORE pleased with an installation of ANYTHING, frankly!! We had SO MANY HUGE windows and many other normal sized windows that had to be installed, I thought it would take them days to complete the job. NOPE!!! They literally got them all installed by 2p the day they came for installation. I was SHOCKED at how efficient and professional they were. We had first changed out our master bedroom windows with Renewal by Anderson, but couldn't justify the cost for the whole house. The windows AVW installed for us are just as amazing with an ADDED safety feature that allows you to have the windows open a few inches and locked into place there for overnight airing out of the house. Wish we had seen that neighbor recommendation BEFORE we changed out our Master bedroom windows as we would have SAVED a LOT of money and had that added security feature to leave windows slightly opened overnight if we would have known about AVW from the beginning. Mike was a GREAT lead on the project and went over everything after installation and showed us all the features of the windows. Very thorough and insightful. Job M. was the first person I interacted with and he was fantastic, as well. Angel and Nathan (Nate) both went above and beyond on the installation, helping us move a few items that were in front of windows. The whole crew was just so friendly and efficient and these guys have an incredible system down. Go with AVW if you want to be more than pleased with the work and quality of the product. Not sure the last time I was so please with such a job and we've been remodeling our home so that's saying something!! I asked Mike for the name of all the other members of the crew of 14 so I could acknowledge each one of them for their superior work. These are the others from this amazing crew... We moved to our current home 2 years ago, and it had some wood French doors that were rotting. Every time it rained, we would get water in the house and the trim all around the doors smelled moldy and were deteriorating. We knew we would need to replace the doors but we had two sets and were figuring it would be crazy expensive so we saved up. During that time we did a lot of research about who to call... searched Yelp and also considered the majors like Home Depot and Andersen Renewal but the reviews were not great for either and the cost was high. We landed on calling another company and American Vision. The other company never even returned our call but American Vision answered right away and booked an appointment for a few days later. Elias came out and spent a lot of time showing us our options. He was super helpful and informative. It was no pressure, just facts. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost (actually quite a bit lower than we were budgeting for) and decided to swap out our French doors and go with sliders - both doors face west and we wanted the ultimate UV glass and something that was going to hold up to the horrific summer sun. Our previous windows resulted in extremely hot temperatures in both rooms and overall looked bad and were inefficient. We placed the order and were excited to get rid of the rotting, terrible doors. These are custom so it does take several weeks to get them installed, but it was absolutely worth the wait. We had an amazing and efficient crew with Victor, Johnathan and Gilbert who clearly knew what they were doing and were the cleanest crew we have ever had. Their attention to detail was impressive, and when they left we would never have know they were there. They were excellent, on time, good communicators, and just really personable and nice people. The new doors blew us away! They look amazing, it is hard to believe how much more light we get in the rooms and yet they are not hot at all in the afternoon sun, they are high quality and operate perfectly. Cannot say enough good things and would highly recommend to any of our family and friends. We love them so much we are already planning which windows and doors to replace next year. Do not hesitate to call this company and get a quote, you will not be disappointed and it is worth the wait to get high quality, custom made windows. If I could give negative stars I would. We called for a quote from from American Vision windows. Elias the "project manager" was the person that showed up for the quote. We went upstairs and he immediately asked to use my bathroom. He walked right into my master bedroom stating he knew where it was. WTF, who does that. He was in the bathroom for over 5 minutes before he came out. What the heck was he doing in there? He could have used the powder room downstairs when he first came in. He provided me a quote for a door, and the most expensive one at that. Never did he offer me any options as to other good, better, best prices. Not a very good salesman tactic. Go straight for the throat was his approach. By the time he was done I got a quote for 4 windows and a door and this came to over 12,000 dollars. Not a slider door but a small entry door that was going to replace a door that was already there. No new opening, just a replacement. By the time we were through he wanted a signed contract and money up front. While going over everything he had to use the bathroom again. OMG control yourself sir. I have no idea what the heck he was doing inside my bathrooms. He asked if he can use the washroom again second time , who's knows what or why he used the washroom twice in an hour and never heard the water run to wash his hands. After much discussion with the wife we decided the price was too extreme even after removing the 4 windows. The price is now down to 5000.00 for the door alone. I had to ask him about a veteran discount, never offered one. He finally came down to 2900.00 which is quite the difference if you ask me and that was after I declined the job. He said he would send the new contract for the new price and I am still waiting. Well AVW just lost a customer because of this Elias character and his unprofessional attitude. I will never recommend AVW to anyone, besides this he tells me there Anlin door is fiberglass when in fact it's a vinyl door , then on the work sheet he states it's a Malibu door , . Their "project manager" could use some new "project "manager" training. Have a nice day AVW, your business tactics are horrible.Very arrogant individual (Elias) is and salesman for American Vision widows/doors . We had been looking to replace our windows for about a year and no one we got bids from made us feel like it was the right decision. I found American Vision Windows through many hours of web searches. Every where I looked they came up with positive reviews and Anlin windows are amazing for replacements. My husband talked to Elias and he listened to his story and concerns. He wanted nothing more than a bottom line price without negotiating back and forth numerous times to get the "real" price. My husband had all the measurements and simply emailed them to Elias and within 24 hours we had a price back that was several thousand dollars less than the very best price of the other guy! Elias went over all the features of the product and what to expect from start to finish. He was accurate on all the time lines and was a wonderful salesman to work with. When we finish our remodel we will be using American Vision Windows as well. Our windows were set up to install about 3 weeks later and the crew of Ivan Garcia, Josh Blackwater, Yoddiel Garcia, and Martin Grijalva showed up right on time and covered everything and cleaned up as they went. They were very polite and efficient and kept us informed of the progress. Later in the day another young man Geon showed up to help for awhile and made sure to find us and introduce himself. He also worked very hard and let me know when he left. We had a small set back when 2 of the windows did not fit, Ivan told me right away and let me know he had called the office and the installer would be back first thing the next day. They finished up and left my clean. The installer Vince Simplicio showed up the next morning even earlier than expected as he was very concerned about the mismeasure, he had been very thorough when he was out originally and could not understand what happened. The 2 windows were sliders with a half circle above and somehow in the manufacturing process they were not made correctly. Vince re measured again and he has had them reordered and we expect them to be installed in the next few weeks. All in all everyone we have come in contact with has been very polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to any one wanting high quality window replacement at a fair price with a great team to work with. read more

I highly recommend American Vision Windows for their professionalism, ethics, product quality, price point, and team coordination. I replaced 24 windows of varying sizes and 2 sliders in July of 2020. I am definitely highly satisfied with the quality and workmanship of my Anlin Del Mar Windows and Malibu sliders. I have already seen the financial impact on my utility bill during the subsequent months of our Arizona climate. I did my due diligence in reviewing not only other vendors, but also how the company stood behind their product. To begin with, Elias was my initial point of contact....no hard sales, presentation was substantiated by manufacturing highlights and company business operations. There are no sub-contractors...big plus for me. All questions addressed and I validated by going on line. Next in the cue was Norm....he was the measuring guru and had also worked with other window vendor companies. I better understood differences in construction and installation. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, with the end result being perfectly fitted windows and doors. Next was the installation team....they were spectacular to say the least! They came on schedule...I had four teams who were under the supervision of Mike, who ensured all the measurements coincided with the windows delivered as well as providing onsite coordination of windows/doors. Big shout out to the entire team, who as individuals greatly engendered confidence in the install. They were extremely hard working and meticulous in the entire process (despite the 110+ degree weather). They treated my home as if they were installing their own home...great attention to detail! Definite thank you's go to Juan, Victor, Hector, Job, Julian, and Jonathan. The father/son team (Salvador and Samuel) repaired stucco upstairs (house frame needed to be modified). And we have the painting specialists...Jared, Mathew and Nathan, who did a great job finishing the walls and stucco. Overall, the company definitely stands behind their word for window/door quality and their high standards for installation. I could not have asked for a better committed team. The outcome was phenomenal! I definitely now have gorgeous views of the outdoors and lower utility bill. read more

I first need to start out with all the positive I've had with this company, because up until we started having issues- it really was a wonderful experience. The sales reps weren't too pushy, I felt like we were given fair options and pricing. Even the install was quick and pain free. They did a great job. Where everything started going downhill was when one of our windows arrived with multiple glass defects. We have since had the window replaced 4 times and working with Anlin (the manufacturer that American vision uses) has been nothing short of a nightmare. We were actually told to not expect a perfect window, and that by us wanting defect free glass, after paying multiple 10s of thousands of dollars, that were unreasonable. So, we decided to get American Vision involved. At this point, I'm over trying to get this window defect free. Apparently, it's an impossible ask, yet, here the window was sold to me. Why make items and sell them for thousands of dollars if they can't be made correctly? My first call went well, I thought my issues were being heard, and it has now been almost 4 weeks since I've heard what's going on, even after calling multiple times across multiple weeks. I'm being told my issue cannot be rectified by AVW because they need to work with Anlin to figure out essentially who is at fault before I (the customer) can have my window issues fixed. Our loan is conveniently due in a little over a month and I have no idea how I'm expected to have fully paid for something that has taken almost a full year to resolve. At this point, I cannot say that I'd recommend American Vision Windows. They were awesome until they had our money, and now I'm just being given the runaround. I have to imagine if this is my experience now, I hope to god we don't have future issues with any of the windows. I feel like I'm at a point where they have all my money and I'm left hanging. It's been frustrating to say the least, and while I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, I'm at the point where I can confidently say, this is going to be the only way someone may end up trying to reach out to me. read more

We could not be happier with the whole window purchasing process. This is the third house that we have replaced windows in, and by far the best experience! We received 5 different quotes and American Vision Was around the same price as the other companies, but they installed the best Anlin window available. The other guys were quoting us the same price or more for lower quality product. American Vision is also top-notch in their whole process from start to finish. Rod was a terrific salesperson, no pressure and very patient and understanding with all of our questions. Chad was wonderful when he came to measure, and again on installation day when he stopped over to see how things were going and helped out. Our install crew was also top-notch and treated our home with care and respect. Mike, Job, Hector, Robert, Jacob, Julian and Nate all worked together as a great team and put in the windows without any hiccups. They laid drop cloths and covered our furniture to prevent any dust and they cleaned up well after themselves. In fact, I believe they ended up cleaning some of our family's mess as well. Our house definately looked better after they left than when they arrived and not just because of the awesome windows, it was because of the cleanliness. Another great feature to these Anlin Del Marr windows is that they have more of a sound barrier than our old windows. It is wonderful how quiet our house is, and the view outside is wonderful now that we don't need sunscreens. Lastly, we appreciate their wisdom in helping us reconfigure some of the windows for better views and to also save some money. For example, there were two areas in our home where we had 3 windows together. Previously, the middle window was a slider and the outer windows were picture windows. We changed for the middle to be a picture window and the outer windows to be single-hung. Can't wait to see our Christmas tree this year!! So, save yourself some time and just call American Vision Windows. They give service above and beyond!!! read more

We bought a home in Arizona a few years ago and have been renovating it. We moved permanently into it last year. The windows were the original ones that came with the house 38 years ago. We spent our first summer here in 2011 and knew we had to put in new windows and doors before the next summer. We interviewed and researched 7 window companies trying to learn and decide what kind of window we wanted and what then would be the best for insulating our home against the extreme heat. We chose American Vision Windows from Mesa AZ with Elias and Arlene Arreola. After inquiring, Arlene called us the next day and set up an appointment. She arrived on time and we were impressed with her knowledge of the product and her expertise in communicating her understanding in her presentation. Her husband Elias and she returned for another question and answer period after we had interviewed several other companies. They thoroughly explained and demonstrated their product and developed a proposal that addressed our issues and concerns . They never pushed and never made us feel pressured as other salespeople did. We were looking for thermal efficiency, good reliability and maintainability, as well as cost effectiveness for our investment. These windows are very easy to open and keep clean and as well improve the overall visual appearance of our home. I love how tightly they seal lessening the dust that comes through We are over the top thrilled with our new windows and french doors. They had a friendly crew who were respectful of our property and thorough with their installation and following through with some minor changes we requested. Elias and Arlene were here, inspecting and checking to make sure we were pleased with all of the steps that took place during the entire process. From the first call for an estimate to completion yesterday, American Vision Windows was A+ professional, respectful, and helpful! Jerry was honest, straight forward, thoughtful, knew his products - best and only salesman with whom I've truly enjoyed visiting (no hard sell pressure), and important to me, no special deal if the contract is signed today. The guys with the Fast Eddy deals were pushy and their prices, if I didn't immediately sign, reflected their business's unethical dishonesty. American Vision's price stayed the same while I got several additional bids and reviewed other products. Total cost was a little higher than some, much lower than some. The Anlin products are exceptional for strength, durability, and energy efficiency and their warranty is unbeatable. Even before the contract was signed, American Vision office staff members were efficent, helpful and genuinely nice and they stayed that way through the whole process. Install was yesterday. Total house glass replacement, 8 good sized windows and 2 sliding glass doors - My A+ Team installers were amazing. Hector, Victor and their team, Adrian, Jacob, Daniel and Christopher were respectful and exceptionally neat and tidy, answered questions, offered suggestions. I prepped as directed, gave full access to the house, and their teamwork and skills were as smooth as the glass they installed. I'm not young and this was the best caulk and most efficient and effective caulking I've ever seen. From demolition through inspection, they were exceptional and being truly nice guys was an extra treat. Couldn't have been more pleased and have gone outside window to window and through the house several times just to see how fortunate I was to have gone with American Vision. I have had my new windows from American Vision Windows now for apx 6 months now. They are wonderful!!!! My electric bills have dropped substantially and noise reduction is amazing. Furthermore these windows have most definitely and noticeably added to the beauty of my home. These Anlin windows are an obvious valuable upgrade and half the price of fiberglass. I also want sing the praises of all who had a hand in it, starting with Lori Erickson (sales) who was so intuitive and fulfilled all request in a timely manner that I was disappointed upon competition that our relationship didn't continue......where are you Lori? The installers, Mike, Andrew and Geon were equally personable and wonderfully competent. They kept me informed and were obsessively neat and clean throughout the process. My electric bill dropped unbelievably due to their fine seals, to say nothing of how beautiful my window look. Thank you guys! Then Jared and Donovan followed up to drywall and finish the expanded area because I had increased the size of my windows. These two went beyond expectations (you'd wonder how this is possible, shhh-it's our secret) and the final set of brilliant employees was a latino man and his son. They polished up the outside stucco so now my home is complete and sealed as never before. I didn't get this fine gentleman's name nor that of his son's because they completed their work in less than 10 minutes. All employees for American Vision Windows were proud of their work and proud of who they work for. I have no doubt they gave their best on my job as I'm sure they do all other jobs.
