Sorry for the delay in posting my review, but I have been busy admiring my beautiful American Vision Windows and show off my windows. I love my windows by American Vision Windows. The crew showed up on time and immediately got right to work. The guys were polite and respectful of me and my house. They took very good care not to disrupt anything of mine. We did our best to have a clear path for the crew to work on the windows inside when that stage of the installation was to he done, but there were a few things that we couldn't move or take down as we didn't know how to and we had told American Vision Windows this up front about this and the crew did what needed to be removed or taken down and they put everything thing back as they had found it, we didn't need to remind them or ask for things to be put back. The crew completely cleaned up after themselves, they left no mess behind for us to deal with, everything was definitely cleaned up. I love my windows, the windows are beautiful, they open and close so nicely not like the old windows that we had to struggle with two hands and muscles to open and close them. These American Vision Windows are absolutely the best and I would definitely recommend American Vision Windows to my family and friends, these windows and the company are the best. Like I said I love my American Vision Windows. Thank you to the crew 'Octovio, Fernando, Juan & Michael' I hopefully spelt everyone's name correctly. I recently had 17 windows replaced by American Vision Windows (7/15/21) and I could not be more pleased! The team (Mike, JR, Gilbert, Hector, Luis, Erik, Julian, Colby, Jacobo, and Albert) were a fun crew and definitely knew what they were doing. After the installation, Mike and I checked all the windows to make sure everything was perfect and he even called back in his guys if he saw window tracks hadn't been cleaned :) I gave this 4 out of 5 stars because there was some damage to a window ledge which Mike made sure to document so someone can reach out to me to fix. One of the worst experiences of my life. Maybe they should stick to windows. Here it is March and the walk in tub was installed two weeks before Christmas and I still can't use it. Problem? It won't drain. It took two months and 3 different plumbers (which they paid for) to try to get it to drain. After they could not get it to drain, they just said, well, something needed to be replumbed and they just left me in the lurch. Like, sorry we're out of here, it's on you now. Paid $3,000 to get it fixed and it still doesn't work. I'm thinking very seriously about having it taken out. If you decide to go with these people, do not put your initials on anything as it releases them from any liability. Lesson learned. read more

I have never experienced such pushy sales tactics from a salesperson as I experienced with Luis. He spent nearly 3 hours sapping my energy and he knew I had chronic fatigue because of his nosy, personal questions. The price was excessive and after telling him repeatedly that wasn't going to work, he proceeded to call the manager on speaker to make me a "deal", followed by a call on speaker to a former customer to give me his personal testimonial! He did not bother to ask me if I wanted him to do that. I'm sure it's a quality product. I just don't want to pay that much! You don't need to waste people's time like this. I felt like I was being held hostage in my own home. I appreciated the demo, but this whole process could have been done in an hour. You really need to set expectations if people are expected to commit 3 hours for a dog and pony show. read more

My experience with this company has been horrible. My project started 1 year ago and still not completed as of today, this is ridiculous. Very poor project management skills with little to no follow-up from anybody in the company that makes decision. The management changes all the time and you have to re-start detailing what needs to be done again and again. This is very frustrating. You have constantly to call to find out when you are going to be next on the list or making sure that your order has been placed. You are lucky to talk to a person that knows what is going on with your project. The first order was sent back because it was manufacture wrong. I had 6 people at one time taking dimensions and got it wrong a 2ndtime. The installers were fast to install it so I could not back out having the frame work done. I pick the company because they did a good job on installing my windows. I guess doing bathroom remodeling is not something they are skilled at. My recommendations to you are to shop around to avoid what I am going through. read more

Very good experience from American Vision Windows. From sales, to measurements, to installation, everyone is awesome. The sales (Elias) is very knowledgable and patient for all our questions. The installation crew (Hector, Julian, Colby, Alesandro) are very polite. They came to our home earily in the morning and completed the job at noon. Cleaned up everything as much as they could. Now the rooms are much quiter than previously with our old windows, becaues the new window is so thick and the seal is much better. It should provide much better thermal insulation as well. Haven't tested it out in AZ's summer yet and will see how it goes. read more

I had a very old dual door on my townhome that was literally falling apart and I needed a replacement. I had very little knowledge about the current process of replacing the doors even though I have had a lot of experience with renovation. I sought a couple of quotes and for the same product the pricing was significantly different. American Vision was the most competitive on pricing. The construction of the door did take longer than I expected but the salesman did explain the reason. The scheduling of the installation was pretty challenging due to the limited work hours available, however they were able to make an accommodation and finally were able to come up with a mutually agreeable date.The installers were excellent and explained everything they were doing and asked verification questions along the way. There was one piece of the door hardware missing and they had to wait for their supervisor to bring a replacement part. This was not due to any action of their own and I appreciate them problem solving to get the part there so they could complete the job. read more

I had a representative come to my house for a basic shower remodel, nothing too fancy - JUST THE SHOWER. The "estimate" was $11,000. Which I guess is fine, I mean I would never pay that for a fabricated shower install, but to each their own. My review is about the representative. When I wouldn't give him an answer right then and there he became very agitated. When I asked him for a written quote, he offered to rip out a piece of notebook paper and write the number on that paper if that would "satisfy me." When I told him I wanted to wait until Monday to think about it, he was miffed and said, "why so you can go get other estimates? Why can't you just say now what you are going to say on Monday." And when I refused, he gathered up his samples and stormed out saying "well, that was worth the drive from Gilbert." So, yeah, I do NOT recommend American Vision Baths. read more

This is an update to a previous review. I can't say enough good things about this company. Their Anlin product is wonderful. Measurements were spot on. Installation was fast and professional. A missing window was rectified, and was just installed yesterday - to the same high standards as the previous installation. The G-130 glass is extraordinary. I can now open blinds I had to leave closed. I get much more light, but without the glare and heat. It's like my house is wearing sunglasses. My only knock is that the PM needs to be more in the forefront of communication. I got actual answers by bypassing him and going directly to the scheduler (Alicia) who is wonderful to work with. read more

The process of choosing and purchasing windows was darn near enjoyable, thanks to Elias. While we were waiting for the Phoenix area temperatures to drop below 110 to schedule the install, Monica was professional and very understanding! Our installation was handled by Jonathan and Justin, who have to be the world's best window installers! They were efficient and made sure the windows operated properly, were fully cleaned, and didn't leave until we understood the how-to and how to not mess up the warranty! At every step we were treated respectfully. Our home was treated respectfully during the install and everything was cleaned before they left. Pushy sales people if you don't sign today they ignore you. They want you to make a decision while they are there and push you to do so with tactics. When the quote has an error on a window size it never gets changed. Price is over 4K more than another company and when your bring it up they ignore you. They don't respond to their own Yelp special either. Will go elsewhere. Follow up from a call now I am being told my quote had free installation so you are telling me your company is 4K plus installation more than competitors. Claims 1500 off on Yelp is not allowed on estimate. read more

Wow!!! My new windows make a huge difference with sound, light and manageablity. They slide like butter and a quality window with pretty standard hardware. I can't wait to test out the deep tint during the hot Arizona summer as they should make a huge difference blocking unwanted heat from coming in. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of all 5 installers. They really take pride in their work and treated my home as if it was there's by putting down drop cloths and plastic by every area the were working or might walk. It has only been a few days since install and I am very impressed with American Vision Windows and would definitely recommend them!!! read more

The windows actually came in a month ahead of schedule and installation was completed in 1 day with no problems. They come in and cover the floors and furniture and clean up after themselves. Very disappointed. Tanner was curious but coming to our house at least 5 times for a damaged patio door is unprofessional Then trying to replace it with a patio door that was damaged. So the replaced the sash, transition piece, door handle and screen door. Phil and Vivian came out to our home to see the damage. They agreed to give us a written lifetime warranty and an agreement signed by Anlin the manufacturer. They informed me that it was in the mail. I only received an Anlin phamphlet that I already had. Door was installed earlier this year. Still waiting for the written agreements to be mailed. Phil and Vivian no longer work there Found out today fro. Jason that Phil left in July. Once I receive the written agreements that were agreed upon. I'll update the status. read more

The window was installed the other day; this was the third attempt at getting it right. and the stucco people were supposed to show up on Wednesday. I waited all day and no one came or called me . The communication has been terrible.no ones calls to let me know when service is happening or when they can't come I ordered the windows in April but the first time they came was in August.
