We just had all of our windows replaced in our house by AVW. We chose AVW out of 3 bids due to our first intro to the company, Jerry H. Not only did he do a great job of selling the product and company, but he did so with a Herculean drive to make an appt. with us. We were familiar with the product via another bid, and it was really Jerry's presentation that sold us solid. The office team has been very communicative throughout our process. Since it can take a couple of months to manufacture the windows, we received update about our project on a Thursday, and the next week we got a call to schedule an unexpectedly sooner install just after the first touch-base. On install day, it rained the crew out! Monica and team in the office got us rescheduled for the next day! Install day 2 brought the hardworking crew of Julian, Colby, Marcus, Chris, Nate and Jacob to power through the install. As an interested observer, the level of attention to every step of the process was noticeable and appreciated. The teams' hard work has really made both of us extremely pleased with our choice across the board. We give AVW and our install crew a hearty recommend! read more

Hector and Alejandro were great! They arrived early, worked hard all day, and got our new windows installed beautifully in one day. We are very happy with our new windows! read more

In the beginning we were considering changing out several-to-all our windows. For us, the sticker shock was too great (plus the fellow who's done an extraordinary job of washing our windows twice a year told us we really only had one that needed replacing). As you can imagine a few of the folks who came by for estimates didn't agree with that assessment and really weren't interested in only changing out two (there are two in the front wall of the house where the cracked one is). That was until American Vison Windows of AZ, LLC came by. They understood our situation and were more than happy to help with this "smaller order" (my phrase NOT theirs!) We selected what WE wanted with only expert help - NO PRESSURE! Scheduling and set up was smooth and pleasant. Keep in mind EVERYTHING "Home Repair" is STILL at the mercy of Covid, so it didn't happen overnight. But the office ordered our products and said they'd keep up "in the loop". They did just as promised and without too much time our windows were in! Again scheduling was great with the appropriate amount of follow up and reminders. On "windows in day" they even gave us a one hour window of when they'd be here! Who does that??? Erick and Adrian arrived on-time and fully prepared. They were professional and even kind to our pooch (who can really bark at strangers! ) Our pup settled down pretty quickly with Erick and Adrian - so that was a good sign! The installation was done efficiently and with high quality. It wasn't rushed, but care was taken. When it was over, they cleaned everything up and all we were left with is two stunning windows! Fees were as had been quoted. We could not be happier with the windows or the service we received from American Vision Windows of AZ, LLC. Along with all the folks in the office, we want to say a special "thanks" to Erik and Adrian. You helped make "post-Covid" repairs a whole lot easier!!! FYI--I never leave bad reviews on websites, but my patience with this disgusting company is simply gone. This has been literally the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We contracted with American Vision windows way back in 2019 to change all of the windows and patio doors in our home. At first, everything went very well--the installers were tidy and efficient. However, there were more problems with the workmanship and materials than I can probably even remember. But here are a few of the worst ones: 1. In one bedroom, they built the window "up-side-down," meaning that the opening was on the top of the window--some 40" above the floor, leaving no egress, per building code. They took care of that pretty quickly, within a week I'd say. 2. We immediately pointed out that the threshold vinyl that is on the outside of one on the dining room doors was curling up and coming off the frame. That has been "fixed" three times, the most recent about six months ago. It is curling again, and renders the screen useless, as it will not slide on the track. 3. While the service personnel were at our home on the second visit to "fix" the threshold, we pointed out that much of the caulking that was used on the outside of the windows was cracking. The worker said that the wrong caulk was used, and he would take care of it. I believe that about a week late, someone came out and resealed the joints. 3. This one is truly disturbing: We paid a premium price to have French Doors installed in our master bedroom. These doors have not locked properly since the day they were installed. We complained about them immediately, but they kept stating that we simply were not properly locking the doors, and after three or four calls, sent an employee out to show us what we were "doing wrong." As expected, their employee could see that the doors were not locking, and he made some adjustments that, for a time, seemed to work. Since then, they have sent workers out on at least three or four occasions to "adjust" the doors--even supposedly changed out the hardware on the last visit, only to discover that the new hardware didn't work either. Then, we were told that they would need to replace the doors, as they were not properly measured/installed in the first place. Mind you--there is about 5/8" gap between the two doors, so the safety latch isn't properly functioning--preventing the locks from actuating, and a nice cool draft (or hot in the summer) is constantly coming into our bedroom. Since the last visit, not only will our door not lock--the doors won't even close. We have a patio chair leaning against them from the outside to keep them closed. So we waited, we were told, for the doors to get manufactured for over six months. I called again, back in July or August to ask what was going on, only to be told that they "had no record of anyone discussing issues with my door." The next day, a customer service person, I think their service manager, called and apologized profusely for what we were dealing with. He said that they had let their former service manager go, and that he (new service manager) would take care of this personally, and get the doors ordered. He called back the next day and stated that the doors we ordered, with the nice cuts in the glass, were "no longer being manufactured," and that he would order new doors as soon as possible. This was back in August I think. He said that the doors would be installed in early November, around the 7th. The 7th came--no one showed up, and no one has called. Every time I call, I have to tell the same story all over again, and the person on the phone says that the manager will call me. I called again today, December 11, 2023. Let's see how soon someone calls me back. It just adds salt to the wound-the fact that every time I call, before the phone even rings, I get a text that offers a free "Home Improvement Consultation." Long story short (I know-too late)--DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME--YOU WILL REGRET IT. read more

The windows are beautiful, even my neighbors have commented on how lovely they are. The installers were very polite and were done by the time they said they would be. They swept and used a shop vac to clean up but, be forewarned, a shop vac doesn't get all the little glass shards so you will need to do some additional cleaning, especially if you have pets or children. That being said, it is well worth the cost and inconvenience. read more

So glad I found American Vision Windows at the home show! Specifically wanted a window company and found a couple but I really liked what I heard from AVW. I had to work and left my husband home when it was time to get the windows installed and usually I here from him how bad it was but he was really impressed by our installer team of Julian, Colby, Nate, and Marcus. Our older slump block home didn't make the install east for them but you couldn't tell by looking at them and they cleaned up so well you can even tell they were here. Working with Rod at American Vision Windows was an excellent experience. He gave us an awesome price for quality windows. I researched several other window companies and AVW offered the best deal. The day of installation (9/11/2020), Victor, Hector, Julian, Matthew, Jacob and Kobe were polite, super professional and courteous of our home; even asking permission to use the bathroom! These guys worked their tooshies off to install SIXTEEN brand-new windows, arriving on time (6am) and getting everything perfectly finished and cleaned up by 2:30p! They were extremely careful to place drop cloths and protective plastic tarps over floors and furniture. I would HIGHLY recommend AVW! Thank you all for a wonderful job!!! read more

From the salesman Ron to the installation team Nothing but polite, caring and courteous staff. They told us about 12 weeks and we got them in about 6 weeks. Hector, Erik and Dylan our installation team were fast efficient and worked hard. Arrived on time 7am(called about 20 minutes away) , started covering and protecting our floors and furniture. Double checked all the measurements then they checked the new windows to make sure they were the correct size before removing any of the old windows. Afterwards cleaned up, showed me how to work my new windows and patio door and done by Noon! They took a break and weren't on their cell phones while working ! read more

Contracted this company thru a friend. After getting 3 quotes two of them very close we went with American Vision. BEST decision I made. Sales were no pressure and very informative ( already heard two others). Now to the meat of this. The install. They were on time, courteous and here for business. We had 19 windows replaced. What a team, Eric, Adrian, Justin, Jonathan, Marcus and Nate. They are poetry in motion removing the old windows prepping the opening and getting the new one in. They are efficient and really care about their work. The team finish of caulking wiping everything off and even vacuuming their way out. We LOVE our windows they look beautiful and look forward to the years of energy savings over our old single pane windows. This is the easiest remodeling project we've done. Thanks again guys for your hard work yesterday we will enjoy it for a long time. Don & Valerie read more

I am impressed with American Vision Windows. Before the new windows were put in I could feel a temperature change going from room to room. After the install there is no longer a change in temperature. The team that did the installation worked hard and long in the heat, they did not slow down at all. Communication was on going throughout the install and the lead man came back the next day to touch up a few items. I strongly recommend hiring American Vision Windows. read more

Justin and Jonathan were very respectful and professional. Their attention to detail and care with our patio sliding door install was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you have kids they were very mindful working around them and staying out the way. The door showed up a month early which was great because we had a small hole in the bottom of our old one which bugs and scorpions could have crawled through. Loved my experience with them and can't wait to get my windows completed. read more

I made an appointment a week and a half in advance. They were a no show and no call for that Saturday. I gave them a second chance and called them when I got back home to LA. Brittany said they had a power outage and that they couldn't get the info out to the person doing the estimate. Hmm. Anyway, the following Saturday he came out and we did a little FaceTime chat. Gave him all the specs and he gave me a quote. Unfortunately, the manufacturers they use only had one of the two items I wanted. It was either use one mfg. with one option, or use another mfg. with a different option. Neither one offered both options. Anyway, the quote was priced right in the middle of the other two quotes I received from other companies. Since this was a rental property, I went with the lower quote. I understand their product is better quality and has a longer warranty. read more

This is a great company. We've used them for windows before and had a great experience. We recently needed our French doors replaced and opted for a slider. Everything from the initial quote, to build time, and then installation was exceptional. Our installer, Justin, was prompt, efficient, meticulous, and professional. We will continue to use American Vision Windows in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I'm so happy to have found this company! We needed a new back sliding glass patio door. The old one was really old and needed to be replaced. They sent "Rod" the salesman over and he got us all set up. He offered options, explained everything thoroughly, was not pushy in the least bit. Nice guy. Put down a deposit and placed the order. Of course there was a bit of time we had to wait to get the door, but that's everywhere post-COVID. Not their (or any business's) fault. No big deal, it was fine. The wait was just as Rod said. No problem. Then the door came in, they had the two installers come out. "Jullien" & "Colby" installed it. Nice guys, really great work. Highly skilled, very talented guys. These two guys got the door installed and it's absolutely perfect. Jullien is the man! The door is great and we are very happy with American Vision and all the ppl from the company. Nothing but great things to say about our replacement window buying experience. American Vision Windows was Awesome! Nicholas our Project Manager was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. As well he was always available when we had questions. Norman came out to do final measurements. As well... a professional & a gentleman. The real rockstars were the installation crew. The 6 highly skilled tradesmen started our 19 window replacement at 6:30AM and wrapped up by 11:30AM. I've been in the construction industry for 40 years... never have I seen such a tight & skilled crew. Victor, Gilbert, Maukes, Nate, Julian, & Colbe... Thank you. This was a sizable expense for us and you made it a pleasurable experience. Keep up the Great Work!!! read more

This was my first house project of this scale, and I'll admit I was a bit nervous about this. On a recommendation from a co-worker I decided to try American Vision Windows. I was instantly impressed with my sales rep Elias, very personable, always joking, no pressure to decide that day like some other companies. I decided to have nearly every window and two patio doors replaced after the quote I received. It was about what I expected it would be and better than some other places. My sales rep and the whole admin staff deserve some kudos for getting everything right. I changed things several times, adding on or changing appearance options and it was never a problem, in most instances no charge even. The admin staff kept me updated with emails. Almost exactly a month after the measure was done, I had my install. 2 crews over a day and a half. The install crew wasted no time at all, as soon as I met the two leads: Josh and Ivan and showed them the house, furniture was being covered up, tarps placed on the floor and old windows being removed before we even finished looking at the entire house, a matter of minutes. The crew was always very respectful and well mannered, asking permission for everything or finding me for any questions. I have a dog that was very curious and though I tried to keep her locked out of the way, she kept finding her way out. The entire crew was very careful to watch out for her when she did this and were very friendly about it even making friends with her which doesn't happen easily. They finished almost everything on the first day and showing up almost the same time the next morning, knocked everything out in less time than I was told it would take to finish what was left. Extra kudos to the crew leads Josh Blackwater and Ivan Garcia for their professionalism and all the questions I had for them, which they never had any problem answering. Again I can't thank the rest of the crew enough; Yoddiel, Andrew, Hector and Jacob for their courteousness and the kick butt job they performed. Total job, 15 windows and 2 sliders. Anlin brand, and I couldn't be happier. The home is so much quieter, I noticed my fridge running which I normally don't hear over the other noise from outside! We'll see how much cooler the house stays over the Arizona summer. read more

Several days ago I had my American Vision Windows installed. I was slightly apprehensive as to how things were going to go and how much dust I would have afterwards. My installers Julian,Colby and Adrian were amazing. They were so professional from the moment they walked in my door. Upon completing my job, my carpeting was vacuumed and the windows were sparkling clean and I had NO dust. I love my windows. We picked American Vision Windows not only for their product but, because of the positive reviews that we found for their installation work. Everything went as expected and we could not be happier with the amount of proactive communication we received from the AVW team. We replaced all our windows, two sliders, and replaced a slider with a french door. All work was done in two days that was estimated. Job and Robert were courteous, hard working, and very neat. They worked around my need to continue to work from my home office and made sure that I had an opportunity to secure our pets. After the installation, Mike and I checked all the windows to make sure everything was perfect and he even called back in his guys if he saw window tracks hadn't been cleaned :) I gave this 4 out of 5 stars because there was some damage to a window ledge which Mike made sure to document so someone can reach out to me to fix. It has been a pleasure to work with American Vision Windows. We added a new large window into a wall that did not already have a window. They installed the window a month ahead of schedule and the installers Alejandro Fernandez, Victor, and Hector were very professional and left the area like they hadn't even been there, with the exception of a new window...LOL. I was a bit nervous about the mess as we just had new carpet installed a couple weeks prior. Also, since this was considered new construction, I really like that American Vision Windows, made the window, have installers, have someone to do the drywall and the stucco. Other window companies told us we would have to have a hole in our wall for months and we would have to contract these others. American Vision Windows made this entire process very easy. read more

Sorry for the delay in posting my review, but I have been busy admiring my beautiful American Vision Windows and show off my windows. I love my windows by American Vision Windows. The crew showed up on time and immediately got right to work. The guys were polite and respectful of me and my house. They took very good care not to disrupt anything of mine. We did our best to have a clear path for the crew to work on the windows inside when that stage of the installation was to he done, but there were a few things that we couldn't move or take down as we didn't know how to and we had told American Vision Windows this up front about this and the crew did what needed to be removed or taken down and they put everything thing back as they had found it, we didn't need to remind them or ask for things to be put back. The crew completely cleaned up after themselves, they left no mess behind for us to deal with, everything was definitely cleaned up. I love my windows, the windows are beautiful, they open and close so nicely not like the old windows that we had to struggle with two hands and muscles to open and close them. These American Vision Windows are absolutely the best and I would definitely recommend American Vision Windows to my family and friends, these windows and the company are the best. Like I said I love my American Vision Windows. Thank you to the crew 'Octovio, Fernando, Juan & Michael' I hopefully spelt everyone's name correctly. And thank you to Grace, who immediately contacted me by phone as the crew had left. if everything was good and had went well, everything went so smoothly and good, and I did appreciate the fact that their office checked in with the customer, you know you don't hear of that too much any more, so I was pleased with Grace reaching out to us.
