Due to travel and work conflicts, I always seem to miss shredding events around town (and there are not many of them). So papers in boxes had piled up really high, taking up valuable space. American Shredding was quick, efficient, polite and reasonably priced. read more

Really glad we used this company over another one we were considering. My work needed to shred about 30 boxes of paper and they were quick and responsive when we called them to schedule. I feel bad because I forgot the name of the man that came in (I have a feeling it's Justin or another J name) but he was awesome! Super nice and got it all done fast. I definitely recommend this company read more

This is the most convenient and perfect answer to the excess paper that has overtaken my home office. I love these guys. Also the fact they could take away all the computers I had no idea what to do with was an added bonus. The best! read more

My husband found AAA Shed on Yelp. We requested their service on Saturday at 10AM. Scott kindly quoted my husband over the phone and committed to our time request. We received a calendar reminder prior to Saturday. Scott arrived exactly on time. He was very thorough and gave us an unsolicited overview of the process. He was very proud of his new vehicle and job at AAA. I liked that! The process was done quickly "no muss no fuss". Thank you! BT read more

I received great service from this company at a very fair price. I had many boxes of business files and hard drives from computers that I needed to securely destroy and Andrew and his team delivered! They did what they said they would do, showed up on time, and charged me what they promised it would be. No challenges at all, very quick response times and it was done right before my eyes. I also received a Certificate of Destruction via email. Very professional company and very customer oriented. They made it so easy for me. Don't hesitate to use them. read more

They are easy to get a hold of, very responsive, and have great customer service. John was on time with the truck, and shredded the contents of nine banker boxes in just a few minutes while I watched. Couldn't be simpler! I was also pleased to learn this service was very affordable! read more

Absolutely amazing! Asked for a quote in the morning and they were EASILY the most cost effective and they were at my office shredding the same day. Professional, secure, affordable and quick! Cannot recommend them enough for your shredding needs! read more

Incredible service! Andrew coordinated scheduling over the phone and was extremely professional and helpful. I was scheduled for a Friday but Andrew called back to say he could get me in for next day service and arrives himself to shred our documents. He related to me that the business was busy this week so I was very appreciative that they were able to make a stop to expedite my order. I had what equaled two banker sized boxes of documents and he got them loaded up and shredded within 5 mins of arriving at our property. The cost was reasonable and the truck was in great shape and well outfitted for the shredding. Despite it being 110 degrees outside Andrew was professional, positive and friendly and was more than happy to show me the documents being shredded with in the truck using an onboard camera that shows the shred in process. I recommend this company 100% Awesome job! read more

I called American Shredding to help with shredding all of our medical files in a safe approach by allowing me to witness the entire process. I was given an accurate quote which was very competitive and the driver called 30 minutes ahead to give me the heads up on the arrival time. This company is very on point and the driver was professional and was extremely efficient with his time. Andrew, who put the deal together, is an Arcadia High School graduate and takes pride in his business. Thank you for a great experience.....Kathleen read more

I have never come close to needing a full size mobile shredding box truck before in any of my recycling and or document disposal needs. Today I have found the company I will forever use and refer to anyone in need of a mobile document shredding service. I found their company at the top of my list of search results with plenty of 5 star reviews and they lived up to all the positive feedback from prior customers. I called the 1-800 number to where it automatically directed me to their Arizona Home base in Phoenix. I spoke with Andrew about what I was looking for in regards to a mobile shredding unit ie. (disposal capacity, restrictions on shreddable materials and if I were able to watch the process). Andrew had answered all my questions and had the diver at my location within an hour of our call. Pablo showed up in the dispatched vehicle and was very professional with the task at hand. From a full size truck bed full of documents, to the collection bin and then into the shredder. Not once did I feel the urge to keep an eye on the documents. At one point I asked to watch the internal cameras they have inside the machine itself. Pablo directed me to the 1-of-3 viewing cameras on this inspection screen. I could watch first hand my concerns shred away and my pease of mind return knowing the documents were disposed of and they were off to the recycle in their unrecognizable form. I am glad I was introduced to a company of this elevated personal customer care when dealing with sensitive, personal and or other highly important document disposal. Thank you to the whole team at American Shredding. read more
