Movers arrived on time and were very careful with belongings and everything arrived to the new location safely with no damages. Movers have moving and packing materials on hand should you need them. Very convenient, but all for an additional fee, however pricing was fair. Cons Movers operated at a slower pace when compared to other moving companies I've used in the past. The rep booking the move will give a quote for a minimum of 3 hours and the cost per additional hour. There is NO WAY this company gets any move completed in 3 hours at that pace and I had a small 1 bedroom apartment and was an in-town move. They stopped for coffee from the old location to the new location and charged for that time.You are charged from the time they arrive to when they finish (final time is clocked when you are signing the paperwork and paying your balance).
