I booked my appointment and identified the items I wanted stored however, once they actually stored my belongings I got a message that I would actually need a larger storage space. The actual space is never shown to you in any way. The also are supposed to itemize what you store with them with photo proof. When I saw my itemized photos it showed the boxes but not the items inside and some were duplicated. Immediately complained when I noticed the duplications and I was thankful I didn't store my computer with them because they would have easily gone "missing". Then the day I requested my belongings to be returned. My couch is returned with a broken leg which the movers on site took immediate responsibility for. I had purchased insurance through there company so I make a claim. However, if the claim is approved for $150.00 which is way below estimates I submitted and didn't fact in transport of the item. Once again I submit a complaint and they say that they don't cover transport or onsite repair fees. I took the $150.00 but I would never work with this company nor would I recommend them to a friend or even an enemy. Nothing was honest or upfront about the entire process. Never again!

Our unusual move was relocating both our house and a small photo studio…read more In addition to the standard furniture, we had light stands, backdrop frames, camera cases, tripods, props and some delicate equipment I didn't want thrown in with regular boxes. The movers removed everything from the studio and ensured the equipment was well protected before loading it onto the moving truck. Building management took some time to clear a loading area for our pickup, but the crew used that time to arrange the boxes and ready the furniture instead of standing around. When we arrived at the new property, they first brought the studio equipment to the room they had designated for it, then moved on to the furniture in the home. The larger wardrobe had to be adapted a little to fit through the door, and they took their time and didn't rush. Although there were some unexpected challenges, the crew handled them without creating stressful situations.

Our move was the transportation of a cherished family piano that had been passed down through three…read moregenerations, and that was more than just a piano; it was a family treasure. The moving crew arrived at 9 am with the necessary equipment to move pianos, putting our eager minds at ease. They meticulously padded the piano, ensuring the wood surface and the sensitive internal workings were not damaged. The process of pushing the piano through our very narrow front door was carefully planned and executed with amazing precision, working together. Upon loading the piano, it was firmly positioned, and no vibrations were experienced during transport, which could have thrown it out of pitch or damaged the piano. The team had to navigate another awkward doorway at our new house and again took great care to ensure the piano arrived undamaged. They placed it just where we wanted it in our new Living Room to us, knowing what we were looking for. When that very special family heirloom arrived safely, the entire moving experience was quite comforting.
