Lester provided me locations near me that he had worked on so I can see his work. I had the roof changed first and then siding about a month later. Everything was done on time and even though I had a small issue that occurred with the siding I contacted Lester and he had someone come fix it promptly. He does not avoid calls or texts and will get back to you so you can have trust in him. He had someone from his team visit the site daily to inspect and also answer any questions I had. He was very good at explaining everything in a way that I could understand. All of the workers were excellent. We had an un anticipated need to replace all the wood on our roof before putting down the shingles. While it was a freak out moment for me and additional expense,, Joe made it very easy to make the decision to move forward and eased our concerns about pricing and the extra work that had to be done. Taking this into consideration, all of the roofers came and from 7:30 in the morning until 6 o'clock at night made sure everything was perfect. The cleanup was impeccable. Pricing was competitive despite our surprise for the new wood. One of the workers even came back the day after to do some extra cleanup.
