Ogrcon Construction is the best!…read more We are very happy with all the projects they completed for us. Oscar and his team are a delight to work with, friendly, dependable, and skilled. His foreman Brad is very proactive, detail oriented, and patient, making sure that we had input to aesthetic issues. It was easy to communicate with Oscar. He regularly showed up in person, and was quick to respond to texts and phone calls. Stephanie was pleasant and easy to reach when we had a billing or scheduling question. The subcontractors were great to work with too, and Oscar and Brad worked well with the roofer who had a role in the project. Oscar's team worked continuously on our projects, with no gaps to work on other projects in parallel. A recent project ended up having a much bigger scope than initially thought, and even though Oscar had other projects in his queue, he continued to work on ours until it was finished. We are extremely grateful for that. I heartily recommend Ogrcon Construction for your projects.

We did a project in the middle of Covid. So it was frustrating all around, prices went bonkers, delays, etc. I get it, I tried to roll with it. One of the major price increases for a steel beam apparently also required large fees to inspect which Oscar paid for but didn't tell me about. I think he was mad about that for the rest of the job - actually I know so since he tried to bill me $10k for it a year later (but he never got my approval or let me know about it beforehand, so I declined). What broke me was when Oscar's electrical bid wound up being 2.5x higher. Which is ridiculous obviously. I told Oscar that was too much and found my own electrician who did it for 30% less. Oscar proceeded to bail on my job, saying he couldn't do business this way. No mention of the customer or my life. It's all about Oscar. I also found two instances of massive overbilling. I believe they were honest mistakes, but in my line of work that gets you in serious trouble. I got the job done with other contractors, and Oscar did wrap up some loose ends which I appreciated. But he also gave me F you pricing and ran at crunch time.

From demolition to final inspection it took just over two weeks, which exceeded my expectations. The subcontractors they used were professional, clean, and speedy. They left the place looking good. I wouldn't hesitate to use Masterful Construction again, but I probably would work harder to make sure I have chemistry with the designer, who I never gelled with. My understanding is she isn't working with them any longer anyway. That said, the bathroom looks great in the end. Masterful Construction aren't the budget option to remodel, but the process was painless and quick, and at the end of the day, that's exactly what I need.

Since we were short on time, we decided to find a new contractor to complete our new house. Masterful jumped in and started construction even before all the design details were finalized because we couldn't afford to waste any time. Atar , the designer, stayed in daily communication with us to finalize the design while the crew, managed by Nur, began work on the rough electrical and plumbing. We genuinely felt like the whole company was focused on us, even though we know they were helping other clients at the same time. We only wish we had met Masterful sooner. Thanks to all their hard work, we got exactly what we wanted and are truly grateful.

The workmanship was high quality, and they paid attention to the details, even referring us to a local fabricator for higher quality downspouts to ensure all details were aligned. They also referred us to a wonderful paint specialist (Escamilla's Painting Inc), which made the entire exterior update so much easier and more seamless. It was especially helpful having a trusted recommendation for the next phase of the project. We really appreciate their professionalism, communication, and quality of work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor for siding, windows, or exterior home improvements!

I highly recommend using Bodas Construction for any construction project on the Coastside. Bryan…read moreBodas and his team recently completed my beautifully remodeled kitchen. They were under budget and on schedule until 2 (TWO!) shelter-in-place forced shutdowns (one that lasted more than a month). Bryan and his crew worked closely with us to make sure we had a functioning kitchen during the monthlong stoppage. And after work was allowed to resume, they quickly and efficiently completed the project. There were roughly 6 crew members who worked on our house at different stages and they--along with the office support (Carolyn and Renee)--were extremely skilled, courteous, and helpful. What was perhaps most impressive was how they worked out any issues that arose during construction. Bryan and his crew always offered options or suggestions. Special thanks to the expertly skilled workers including Eladio, Luis, Jose, Roma,n and Ivan for their pleasant nature and their fine work. Their communication throughout the pandemic -- and the entire process -- was crucial as we navigated all the protocols and changes, and as a result of their fine efforts they created a much larger, functional, and beautiful kitchen and dining area. The only issue that arose was the selection of Absolute Flooring, which ended up charging far more than envisioned for work that was only "fair." But the rest of Bodas Construction's work exceeded all expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a remodel.

From demolition to final walkthrough, the experience was seamless, professional, and stress-free thanks to their exceptional attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Every update, change, and decision was clearly and promptly communicated, making it easy for us to stay informed about the progress. We always felt that our concerns were heard and addressed even when we decided to add a separate bathroom upgrade that wasn't in the original scope. Our project was impressively organized from coordinating trades to managing the timing of materials and appliance deliveries. The timeline we were given was realistic and well managed, and they stayed on schedule without ever compromising on quality. When we started planning, many of our friends related horror stories about overruns with their remodeling projects. However, we never faced this issue (much to their envy). What really stood out was Bryan's responsiveness to the few (minor) issues that did arise nearer the end, which is to be expected in any remodel. Each one was handled quickly and professionally, often before we even had to bring it up. Our new kitchen is not only beautiful, but also highly functional, thanks to the expert planning and execution of Bryan and his crew. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bryan Bodas and his team to anyone considering a remodel or new construction project.

Some were more complex (e.g. the installation of a shower kit to convert our clawfoot tub to a shower and the construction of a storage space below our house). Some of the projects were simpler (e.g. replacing old electrical outlets, hanging artwork, replacing doorknobs, installing hooks/shelves). Osvaldo and his crew did all of our projects, large and small, with impeccable craftsmanship! The process started with an onsite walkthrough of our projects. Osvaldo gave us a detailed estimate and was communicative throughout. The day of our project work, the crew came early and ready to work. They were very careful to prep the work areas to protect our home. They worked efficiently and came back the next day to ensure everything was perfect with finishing touches. Osvaldo and team went above and beyond -- laying concrete to even out our storage space floor and adding vents. Osvaldo even sent a cleaning crew to clean our house after the project. I (regretfully) did not end up moving forward with them on this project, but wanted to write a review because I was so thoroughly impressed with my interactions with Doron. Doron was the first contractor that I spoke with about my project, and was by far the best experience that I had. He took the time to really look at my space, listened to my needs and specific requests, and gave great suggestions on how I could improve it. After taking measurements he sat down with me for over an hour patiently answering all of my questions. This was my first time considering a major remodel and he was great at anticipating where I would need guidance. He also showed me various completed projects in his portfolio and I was so impressed with the quality of his work. I could tell that he really takes pride in his team and his craftsmanship. Doron was able to provide me with an initial quote on the same day as our consultation. I ended up with further questions and changes, and he graciously set up a zoom call with me to address them the following day. Out of all the contractors that I spoke with, Doron stuck out for being the most passionate about his work and also the most detail oriented. I really appreciated his honesty with me about what I could reasonably expect. As this was my first project, I didn't have a good idea on what to expect regarding costs. I didn't end up moving forward with Method Remodeling because of my budget, but would love to work with them in the future when I am better established.

Not only are they competitively priced, but their work-product exceeds all expectations for both quality and quantity; they truly go "above and beyond"! Their variety and span of expertise is also exceptional. Power Builders has successfully completed the following projects for me in San Francisco: roof repair and replacement; deck demolition and rebuild; asbestos containment and removal; interior and exterior painting; interior wall repair, post storm damage; window replacement, including resizing of replacements; carpet removal and hardwood floor refurbishing; backstair repair/replacement to meet "code"; garage door replacement; and installation of custom front security gate. Some of these projects included movement, installation, and upgrades for various electrical devices. I was not available to be onsite for most of their work and felt very comfortable leaving them in my home to perform their work; they treated my home with the same care they would treat their own, leaving it far better than "broom swept" and back in order.
